2021款雷克萨斯ES300h转向沉重且多个故障灯点亮
44-CHINA ·November文/江苏 田锐2021款雷克萨斯ES300h故障现象一辆2021款雷克萨斯ES300h油电混合动力车，搭载全新A25B型2.5L排量阿特金森循环发动机及P710型E-CVT变速器，行驶里程为36 866km。
据车主反映，该车在正常行驶过程中，组合仪表内多个故障灯突然点亮，且出现“由于故障，方向盘变重，请到经销店检查”的提示信息(图1)，随后车主尝试着转动方向盘，发现转向较之前相比明显变得沉重。
当即，车主将车辆驶入我店进行检查和维修。
图1 故障车组合仪表内多个故障灯点亮故障诊断与排除将车辆启动按钮置于Ready-on模式，发现组合仪表内的转向故障灯、主警告灯均点亮，且组合仪表信息显示栏出现“由于故障，方向盘变重，请到经销店检查”的提示信息。
在驻车状态下，反复大角度转动方向盘发现转向助力严重不足。
随即驾驶车辆在厂内试车区域进行路试，行驶中着重针对转向助力随速增益维度及回正力矩与之匹配阻尼两项参数进行考量，最终确认该车转向系统转向助力失效，故障属实且可再现。
连接Lexus GTS专用诊断仪对该车进行健康检查，发现动力转向控制单元中存有两个故障码(图2)：C1512-扭矩传感器2故障；C1513-扭矩传感器偏差过大。
根据维修手册故障范围指引，动力转向扭矩传感器故障是导致上述两个故障码的直接原因。
图2 故障车动力转向控制单元故障信息本着科学规范，高效快捷的免拆诊断原则，诊断前首先对该车型动力转向控制系统中的扭矩传感器的工作原理进行梳理，系统零部件位置示意如图3~5所示。
动力转向扭矩传感器位于动力转向机总成内，多极磁铁安装在输入轴上，磁轭安装在输出轴上，输入轴和输出轴由扭杆连接，其内部包含2个对置安装的霍尔集成电路。
系统根据从霍尔集成电路之间经过的磁通量的方向检测转向方向。
此外，系统可以根据多极磁铁和磁轭的相对位移得出磁通量密度的改变量，从而检测出转向扭矩。
动力转向ECU总成监测2个霍尔集成电路输出的扭矩传感器信号以检测故障。

雷克萨斯NX300H发动机故障灯点亮作者：陈杰来源：《汽车与驾驶维修（维修版）》2017年第07期关键词：空气流量计故障现象：一辆雷克萨斯NX300H运动型多功能车，搭载2AR-FXE发动机和混合动力系统，行驶里程2万km。
用户在本店进行2万公里基础保养项目后驾车离开，没行驶多久，便致电反映仪表上的发动机故障灯异常点亮，且中央显示屏上显示检查混合动力系统。
另外，用户反映此时踩下加速踏板时，发动机加速无力，最多只能到60 km/h左右。
因为来之前车辆行驶都无任何异常，所以用户怀疑是在维修保养时由于维修人员错误操作导致车辆出现故障。
检查分析：笔者接车后，首先确认故障现象。
仪表发动机故障指示灯点亮，且有混合动力系统故障的提示。
询问维修人员得知，该车只是做了2万公里的基础保养，更换了机油和机油滤清器、空气滤清器和空调滤芯。
据此，笔者首先检查机油量，正常，并且没有出现漏油的情况，接着使用故障诊断仪对发动机系统进行检测，发现存储了故障码“P0171——系统状态过淡”，即混合气过稀。
保存故障码后尝试删除，发现可以正常删除。
于是再次上路试车，发现没行驶多久，故障再现，说明故障当前存在。
笔者初步分析可能的故障原因包括：进气系统漏气、喷油器总成故障、空气流量计故障、发动机冷却液温度异常、燃油压力异常、排气系统漏气、空燃比传感器及其线路故障、PCV 阀和软管故障、碳罐电磁阀长通或者管路安装错误、真空传感器及其管路故障、发动机控制单元ECM故障等。
首先来了解一下故障代码的含义。
燃油修正包括短期燃油修正和长期燃油修正。
短期燃油修正值是指用于将空燃比持续保持在理论值的燃油补偿值。
来自空燃比传感器的信号指示空燃比与理论空燃比相比是浓还是稀。
这使燃油喷射量在空燃比偏浓时减少，在空燃比偏稀时增加。
磨损和工作环境的改变都会使短期燃油修正值偏离中间值。
长期燃油修正控制总体燃油补偿，用于补偿短期燃油修正造成的与中间值的长期偏差。
在闭环燃油控制下，燃油喷射量与ECM估算的量相偏离，并导致长期燃油修正补偿值发生改变。

◆文/山东 司诗成2012款雷克萨斯300h 混合动力系统报警故障现象一辆2013年生产的雷克萨斯300h，发动机型号为2AR，VIN号为JTHBWIGG3D2027xxx，行驶里程为131 876km，在行驶过程中车主发现组合仪表报警，显示“检查混合动力系统”(图1)。

将故障车开到机电车间诊断工位后，确实发现车辆组合仪表屏上提示“检查混合动力系统”，且多个故障灯同时点亮。
用电脑诊断仪GTS对混合动力系统进行检测，发现系统内存储有故障码：P0A08-264，具体含义为：“DC/DC变换器状态电路”。
翻阅维修资料，查阅逆变器控制系统电路图(图2)得知：DC/DC转换器将HV蓄电池的直流电压244.8V转换为直流电压12V，以对车辆照明和ECU系统部位供电，此外还对辅助蓄电池充电。
晶体管桥接电路先将直流244.8V转换为交流并经变压器降压，然后经整流和滤波转换为12V直流，DC/DC转换器控制输出电压，以保持辅助蓄电池端子处的电压恒定。
动力管控制ECU，通过NODD信号线路向DC/DC转换器传输停止指令，并接收指示，12V充电系统正常或异常状态信号。
如果车辆行驶时DC/DC转换器不工作，则辅助蓄电池的电压将降低，这将阻止车辆继续运行。
因此动力管理控制ECU监视DC/DC转换器的工作情况，并在检测到故障时提醒驾驶员(图3)。
生成故障码的条件是：在电源开关置于ON(READY)位置的情况下，DC/DC转换器故障或辅助蓄电池电压降至12V或更低时出现故障码P0A08-264。
