二、怎么看美剧学英语口语？1. 美剧最好每天都看，大量看，保持足够好的语感。

如果可以的话，建议是下载双语字母的进行观看。

我个人建议：先看一遍没有字母的，然后再看一遍带英文字幕的，最后再看一遍中英文字幕的。

期间最好准备一个笔记本，随时记录不懂的单词，和一些短语句型。

看美剧的同时练习口语。

如果是抱着放松心情的态度去看美剧，就不要想着要去提高英语口语，就好好放松吧。

别整那些有的没的了。

如果是想学好英语口语，提升自己的英语表达能力的。

建议如下：一定要看双语字幕的，尽量不看字幕去看剧，同时最好是一边跟着练习口语。

就是人家在讲什么，你也跟着讲，听不懂的就暂停，看字幕把不懂的念几遍，再重复观看，直到把句子念通顺了，再正常播放。

这个一定是很枯燥的练习，没办法的。
