钱学森 英文作文

钱学森英文作文Qian Xuesen, also known as Hsue-Shen Tsien, was a prominent Chinese scientist who made significant contributions to the fields of aerodynamics and astronautics.Born in 1911 in Hangzhou, China, Qian Xuesen studied at Shanghai Jiao Tong University before going to the United States to pursue his graduate studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In the 1940s, Qian Xuesen worked on the Manhattan Project, which was a research and development project that produced the first nuclear weapons during World War II.After returning to China in the 1950s, Qian Xuesen played a key role in establishing the country's missile and space program. He is often referred to as the "father of Chinese rocketry."Qian Xuesen's work laid the foundation for China's space exploration efforts, and he is remembered as a pioneering figure in the country's scientific and technological development. In addition to his scientific achievements, Qian Xuesen was also a passionate educator who mentored numerous students and inspired future generations of scientists and engineers.Qian Xuesen's legacy continues to be celebrated in China and around the world, and his impact on the fields of aerospace and defense technology is widely recognized.。

In
1935,he went abroad to go on his dream. After 3 years,he was awarded a doctorate, the latter remain in the United States and lecturer, and engaged in rocket and bomb.

In 1943, Qian and two others in the Caltech rocketry group drafted the first document to use the name Jet Propulsion Laboratory; it was a proposal to the Army for developing missiles in response to Germany‘s V-2 rocket. This led to the Private A,民兵, which flew in 1944, and later the Corporal, the WAC Corporal, and other designs.
Return to China

According to knowing lots of about advanced technologies ,the US government can’t allow him to leave. In 1950,when the US.Navy Minister Kimble said:“Qian wherever, are equivalent to five divisions,I would rather kill him in the United States than allow him to leave.”Evevtually,he went over all problems and return to motherland to build up own country in space science and technology.
Early life and education

In 1934,he graduated from JiaoTong university。 Later,he went to Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the US(美国麻省理工学 院) and California Polytechnic University(加利福利 亚大学)
Qian Xuesen was born in Hangzhou, the capital of Zhejiang province in 1911. He left Hangzhou at the age of three, when his father obtained a post in the Ministry of Education in Beijing.. Autumn of 1929,Qian went to JiaoTong university.Department of Mechanical Engineering(机械动力工程),studing railway mechanical engineering.

Though he has a mind full of science, he is still a kind man, a colorful man, he has a pretty wife Ying Jiang and an excellent son and the scientific area he is regarded as a giant fighter, but in his friends and families’ eyes he is a ordinary man who is doing what he want to do and what he is supposed to do. In his own mind his life is worthy of being like this :struggling and contributing!

As a result both of his work, and of support from the Soviet Union (despite the fact that relations between these two countries had deteriorated badly in the late 1950s), China was able to test its own atomic bomb in 1963-64. A mere 15 years after its founding, it had joined the elite nuclear club. This was a seminal moment in the country's development.
