目前，在世界范围的安装用户已3超过5,500家。
经过15年的改进与发展，TOPSPro已成为一种世界公认的包装4与运输专业技术人员的功能强大的创造性设计软件。
5TOPS Pro包装设计及运输优化软件使用户根据产品特性，从设计理念、6纸盒包装、中包装、纸箱包装、托盘堆码方式、纸箱强度分析到运输器具装载7的一系列设计步骤中，使包装结构大小和形状达到最优化，运输空间最大利用，8总费用最小。
9目前，除TOPS Pro外，还有下列3个相关模块载软件:10Mix Pro是TOPS Pro的一个新模块并与之无缝接口。
用该模块，用户可用手11动方式将大小不一的包装产品混装于所选择的托盘上。
这个新特性对仓库使用12的托盘陈列设计十分有用。
13MaxLoad Pro是一个运输器具(卡车、火车车辆、船只、飞机货舱戴自定义器14具)的包装产品装载的策划及优化软件。
它提供了三维“拖一拉’编辑器及色键15图，使用户极其方便的用虚拟平台建立装载图形，实现大小不一的产品混载于16运输工具上的方式及图形显示。
17TOPSepAC是TOPS Pro的一个附加特性。
提供了一种基于网络的包装与运18输装载设计。
它使用户将包装技术规格转换成网页，然后公布到因特网上或公19司内部的局域网上。
用户随时随地用任何阅览器都可使用TOPS Pro软件进行专20业设计。

分为三大类:颗粒料、散料和粉料。
23b.内包装设计。
用户可选择普通盒、圆形罐、捅、瓶、牛奶盒、薄膜袋24等内包装容器库中的现有形式，也可以用CASY功能定义自己的内包装形式;同25时，可将图形戴公司的标志加到容器的不同表面。
26c.中包装设计。
用户可选择展示盒、浅盘和普通盒等二次包装容器库中27的现有形式，也可以用CASY功能自定义浅盘形状并设计提手，也可以设计隔板28戴衬垫。
29d.运输包装设计。
用户可选择普通运输箱、浅盘、圆捅、异型桶、瓶和30袋子等运输包装容器库中的现有形式，还可以自定义运输箱式样。
也可以只给31出箱中的内包装数量或只给定一个数量范围或只给出运输箱每一尺寸的限度，32程序经过计算产生符合要求的箱结构。
也可以输出箱纸板的数据。
33e.托盘化集装设计。
用户可选择托盘和衬板等集合包装容器库中的标准34形式，也可以自定义新托盘(包括样式和大小)。
根据需要可加角柱、层间纸板、35顶盖、收缩裹包或加紧固带等。
其中的堆码强度分析基于箱子的边压值(ECT)、36环压值(RCT)和Kellicut方法结合环境因素，利用了McKee公式。
用MixPro模37块还可以创建大小不一的包装产品的托盘混装及图形显示。
38f.装运设计。
用户可选卡车、船只和火车车辆等运输工具库中的现有形39式或自定义运输器具。
通过堆码强度分析，将产品或托盘化集装产品有效装入40运输工具。

452 TOPS Pro主要界面46TOPS Pro控制面板(Control Panel)如图I所示，是系统的主要操作区域。
47在此可选择要进行的分析类型、分析时采用的步骤和定义每个步骤所需的尺寸48大小。
控制面板包含系统的主要性能:菜单条、Window，工具条、包装设计次序49区域、按钮式菜单、新特性按钮和快捷按钮。
50a.菜单条( Menu Bar):由8个菜单构成，每个菜单由若干下拉式菜单组51成。
这8个菜单分别是:文件(File)、编辑( Edit)、显示(View)、定义(Define )、52工具(Tools输出(Export )、监视53( Supervisor)和帮助( Help)。
54b. Windows工具条(Toolbar):含若干图标，可完成常用的标准操作:新分55析、基于预定义模板新分析、打开、保存、打印、前步、后一步、取消、自设56计内包装、自设计运输包装、MixPro修改内包装、修改中包装、修改运输箱、57修改托盘集装、修改卡车装载、扁空纸箱运输、包装箱分析和显示自设计包装58等。

共有6个按钮式菜单:被包装产品、内包66装、中包装、运输包装、托盘集装和运输车辆装载。
每个菜单表示某个分析的67一个步骤，并且各有一个图标相对应。
68d.包装设计次序( Package Design Sequence):它构成某一分析的一系列步骤。
69例如，将运输纸箱更好的装在一个托盘上就是你建立的一个分析次序。

813 TOPS Pro 4. 0包装设计与分析实例82问题:假定要为某公司设计一种油瓶，并将它们托盘堆码，通过卡车运输。
83目的:找到将瓶子放入盒、盒放入箱、箱堆码到托盘上、集装托盘放到卡车84上的最佳方案。

Pro-Face触摸屏操作说明一．触摸屏程序的传送：1.工程的传送1).传送的设置从工程管理器或画面编辑器里,选择“传送”命令,出现“Transfer Settings”对话框.[Send Information]Upload Information 是否传送“上载信息”到GP. 没有“上载信息”将不允许GP→计算机的传送.GP System Screen 是否传送“GP系统设置”.建议[Gp Setup]做好设置,进行系统参数传送.Filing Data(CF Data) CF的配方数据传送.[Send To]&[Communications Port]选择通过串行口或者Ethernet传送、以及相应的传送参数(计算机上使用的COM口及速度等).[Transfer Method]Send All Screens 传送所有画面.Automatically Send Changed Screens 传送上次传送以来修改过的画面.(推荐)Send User Selected Sreens 传送选择的画面.[Setup]Automatic Setup 自动.如果没有系统则自动传送.(推荐)Force System Setup 强制.建议系统软件升级时执行.Do not Perform Setup 不执行.Simulation 用计算机模拟PLC的功能.如果需要使用模拟功能,必须选择此项并进行传送.如果要恢复正常与PLC的通讯,必须去掉此项再次进行传送.Setup CFG file GP OFFLINE菜单的语言.2).Password 口令保护传送时可以设置一个传送保护口令,同时限制画面数据的下载和上载.2. 从计算机传送画面到GP 简称“下载”.传送之前,会有编译检查过程.如果检查有错误,将不能下载.3. 从GP传送画面到计算机. 简称“上载”.如果GP里没有“上载信息”,将不允许GP→计算机的传送.有“上载信息”时,还可能进行传送口令保护.4. 模拟1)模拟步骤模拟功能可以在没有PLC的情况下,用计算机模拟PLC与GP 进行通讯,以便调试画面程序.过程: 如果需要使用模拟功能,必须选择simulation并进行传送.从工程管理器菜单或者工具栏按钮启动“simulate”.这时将自动进行simulation的检查.如果没有传送simulation选项,不能进入下一步.在simulation窗口里,通过“start”“stop”按钮或菜单命令,可以方便地开始、停止模拟功能.如果要恢复正常与PLC的通讯,必须去掉simulation并再次进行传送.2)模拟窗口的画面说明可以模拟画面号、模拟切换画面、选择数据输入/显示格式、开始/结束模拟、退出模拟、以及模拟各种内容,显示当前画面中Tag、部件的信息和状态,显示或改变系统数据区.二．画面说明：1．触摸屏一带电即进入“初始画面”，显示华能自控集团信息和电站名称，系统时间等内容。

The pressure is created by an alternating/variable pressure pump that pumps air into a mattress filled with air cells. Each cell contains tiny holes allowing air to escape. Thisfunction provides a continuous pressure relief environment while helping to reduce heat and moisture from building up by allowing air to diffuse through the mattress surface. B efore plugging in the Altus Pro Pump, make sure the voltageis compatible with AC120V/60Hz output.OPERATIONTurning ON the powerWhen the power switch is pushed to the "ON" position, the switch will light up green along with a “BEEP” sound to signal the Altus Pro Pump will soon begin inflating the mattress. By default the pump will start in the Auto Firm mode to fill the mattress. There will be a three second delay from the sound of the “BEEP” till the time the pump begins to inflate the mattress. The LOW PRESSURE indicator (red) will flicker as the inflation of the mattress takes place.8NOTE• T he audible LOW PRESSURE alarm will not be heard when inflating themattress for the first time.• I f the pressure does not reach the 10 mmHg pressure setting in3.5 minutes after the pump is turned on, the audible alarm will start tobeep, and the LOW PRESSURE indicator will continue blinking.• T he user can then adjust to the desired firmness once the mattresshas been completely inflated.Pressure AdjustmentThe pressure of the mattress can be set by pressing the Pressure Rangekeys. There are a total of 8 different pressure levels to select from, rangingfrom 10 to 25 mmHg. See page 5, option No. 1 for location and details. Automatic pressure controlDuring normal operation, the Altus Pro will monitor pressure changes andkeep it at the set level. If the pressure drops below the set level, the blowerwill automatically speed up to compensate and increase inflation of the mattress. When the set pressure level is reached, the pump will maintain.NOTE• I f the pressure is consistently low, the alarm will beep and the indicatorlight will turn on.• I f there as an obvious leakage (i.e. loose connection, hose disconnection,cell puncture, etc.) the audible/visible alarms will be activated.For Patients:Mute: T his button will silence the LOW PRESSURE alarm, but the indicator will continue blinking. Re-pressing the MUTE button will re-activate theaudible alarm. To silence the POWER FAILURE alarm tone, press thepower switch to the off position.Seat Mode:P ress the SEAT button to achieve even support and 5 mmHghigher pressure to prevent the patient from bottoming out whenplacing the patient in the seating position for feeding or otherapplications.9For Patients (cont.):AUTOFIRM: W ill automatically inflate the mattress to the maximum levelof 25 mmHg. Press the AUTOFIRM button again to return tothe previous pressure level. After 30 minutes the pump willautomatically return to the previous pressure level.Panel Lock: To lock/unlock the panel controls.For Nursing CareBed Mobility• P ress the AUTOFIRM button to automatically inflate the mattressto the maximum level of 25 mmHg• P ress the AUTOFIRM button again to return to the previouspressure level.• A fter 30 minutes the pump will automatically return to theprevious pressure level.Seating Position• P ress the SEAT button to achieve even support and 5 mmHg higherpressure to prevent the patient from bottoming out when placing thepatient in the seating position for feeding or other applications.Alarm• L OW PRESSURE — When the pressure drops below the predefinedlevel, the indicator light will blink along with a BEEPING alarm tone.• P OWER FAILURE — If the pump loses power, the indicator light willblink along with a BEEPING alarm tone.• M UTE — This button will silence only the LOW PRESSURE alarm, butthe indicator will continue blinking. Re-pressing the MUTE button willre-activate the audible alarm. To silence the POWER FAILURE alarmtone, press the power switch to the off position.CPR• W hen there is an emergency and CPR needs to be performedon the patient, pull the Inflation/CPR tube to quickly release the airfrom the mattress.• T he Inflation/CPR tube is located on the lower right side of the pump,opposite side from the power switch.CLEANINGCheck the air filter on the rear of the unit regularly for buildup ofdust/dirt. If buildup is visible turn off the control unit and disconnectthe power cord from the wall outlet. Remove the filter by openingthe filter door. Replace with a clean filter. Ensure the replaced filtercovers the entire filter region. Hand-wash the removed filter in warmsoapy water and allow to air dry. When dry, store the filter in a safeplace for the next filter maintenance.Filter, order item X1X1TLALEZ08 (3/package)10CLEANINGIn this section describes the procedures to clean and decontaminate the APM System. It is important to follow these procedures before using the system on patients.Pump• Do not immerse or soak pump in water.• C heck for external damage and move the pump to clean, flat and level work surface where you will be able to clean your Altus Pro Pump.• P lace the pump on the work surface• S pray a cloth with a quaternary ammonium solution first and wipe theoutside of the case and faceplate.• D O NOT spray any cleaning solution directly on the surface.• D O NOT use a Hypocarbonate or Phenolic based cleaning solutionas this may cause damage to the case.• D O NOT allow excess cleaning solution on faceplate or control panel.(If solution gets inside the pump, damage will occur.)• W ipe with a clean cloth and make sure all areas are clean and dry(top, bottom and both sides).• A fter the pump is thoroughly cleaned and dried, proceed to plug in the pump and test to see if it runs normally.• Unplug the pump and store with proper identification tag. Mattress• W ipe down all surfaces with soap and water before using anyother disinfectant.• A ny obvious blood spots should be wet down thoroughly with a1:9 Hypochlorite solution (1 part bleach to 9 parts water) and allowto dry for at least 10 minutes. Then blot with a clean, damp cloth.• T he air cells are unsnapped from one side and are sprayed on all sides with a disinfectant. Let it sit for the required incubation time and wipedown with a clean cloth. (Make sure to disconnect all the air cells,one by one, and spray the disinfectant on all sides, including all theconnecting tubes and hoses. Let it sit for least 10 minutes).• I f there is a base after you remove all the air cells, the base has to besprayed down with the disinfectant, inside and out. Let it sit for therequired incubation time and wipe down with a cloth.• R epeat the process with the tubing set: spray, incubate, and then wipe clean.• Dry the mattress in a SUNLESS area after cleaning.For your safety, the pump is equipped with a thermal shut-off in case ofoverheating. If the unit stops, check that the fuses on the back of the pump are still operative and replace if blown. Check that the filter is cleanand replace as necessary.Cover• Unbutton or Unzip the top cover and remove from the mattress.• B rush or wipe down all surfaces with soap and water before applyingother disinfectant.• C over needs to be immersed and soaked in disinfectant for therequired incubation time.• A fter pre-soaking, rinse throughly on a regular cycle in a washer withno soap, then laundered with mild detergent on a hot/cold setting.(wash temperature 93°F, rinse temperature 78°F).• C over can be dried on a low heat setting. 电机参数，通常我们都有现成的电机模板参数文件或者ProDriver中自带的电机参数库文件，完成参数DATA的Download工作。
对于一台新的驱动器，简单的电机运转测试过程：1、联机确认驱动器的型号正确2、选择正确的Motor型号。
（ProDriver、导入文件或自己根据参数设定）3、确认Power、编码器以及转速、报警等安全参数设定无误4、寻找编码器原点5、Autotuning自整定6、通过Ramp function generator运行Speed control 进行简单的电机动作测试7、回原点方式设置并运行测试（如果有使用需求的话）如果有其他的模块使用，可参见详细的ProDriver参数手册，进行相关设置。
使用提示：1、确认你点击了软件左下角的Connect按钮进行了联机。
2、注意驱动器的设定参数有保存save至EEPROM中。

Pro-Safe 简单操作手册
FSSS新的Database 放在电脑SOE0152 D盘CACTRSPT文件里一、用Pro-Safe 软件打开FSSS DATABASE。
二、在线下装（ON-LINE DOWNLOAD）若需要在线下装程序，请按照下面步骤执行：1.把LEVEL 设置成“1”。
2.如下图所示，点击BUILD，查询系统是不是存在错误。
若没有，执行下一步。
3.完整分析DATABASE，如下图所示。
TOOLS→ENGINEERING→Integrity Analyzer.4.系统交叉分析DATABASE，如下图所示。
TOOLS→ENGINEERING→Cross Reference Analyzer.5.执行在线下装程序。
交叉分析完成后，点击ON-LINE change Download按钮，执行下装。
6.Output Enable.Important notice:如果在线下装时，若平台处于生产状态，在执行Output Enable前，请确认没有报警或关断信号的存在。
上述动作完成，整个ON-LINE download就全部结束了，系统可以正常运行了。
Important notice:FGS（SCS0132）中的DO卡件都设置了回路检测功能，EDS(SCS0131)中的部分DO卡件没有设置回路。
若进行ESD（SCS0131）回路检修时，在合刀闸前请确保输出为安全电压。
三、离线下装（OFF-LINE DOWNLOAD）1.完成在线下装的第1到第4步。
2.执行离线下装。
完成交叉分析后，点击download进行离线下装。
3.离线下装完成。
四、添加新点以及通道的更改。
1.添加新点，如下图所示：（建议：参考已存在的相同类型的点，COPY，然后修改TAG NAME，保存即可执行下一步。
）Copy 并修改完TAG NAME 之后，要为其分配通道。
如下图所示：选中要分配的卡件，如下图所示，新建的点会出现在右侧，选中要分配的通道，然后双击右侧新加的TAG。
