Do not bind the signal line and power line together.Use open collector transistors (sink type) for the signal output sections of the controller.1. Pulse InputⅢInput circuit and sample connection1. 1-Pulse Input Mode Pulse Signal"Pulse" signal is input to the pulse signal terminal. When thephotocoupler state changes from "ON" to "OFF", the motor rotates one step. The direction of rotation is determined by the following rotation direction signal.Rotation Direction SignalThe "Rotation Direction" signal is input to the rotation direction signal input terminal. A "photocoupler ON" signal input commands a clockwise direction rotation. A "photocoupler OFF" signal input commands a counterclockwise direction rotation.2. 2-Pulse Input Mode CW Pulse SignalWhen the photocoupler state changes from "ON" to "OFF", the motor rotates one step in the clockwise W Pulse SignalWhen the photocoupler state changes from "ON" to "OFF", the motor rotates one step in the counterclockwise direction.CW and CCW refer to clockwise and counterclockwise direction respectively, from a reference point of facing the motor output shaft.Pulse Signal Characteristics• The pulse voltage is 4~5V in the "photocoupler ON" state, and 0~0.5V in the "photocoupler OFF" state.• Input pulse signals should have a pulse width over 5µs, pulse rise/fall below 2µs, and a pulse duty below 50%.• Keep the pulse signal at "photocoupler OFF" when no pulse is being input.2. A.W.OFF (All Windings Off) InputⅢInput circuit and sample connectionKeep the voltage between DC 5V and DC 24V.When voltage is equal to DC 5V, external resistance (R) is not necessary. When voltage is above DC 5V, connect external resistance (R) and keep the input current below 20mA.When the "All Windings Off" signal is in the "photocoupler ON" state, the current to the motor is cut off and motor torque is reduced to zero. The motor output shaft can then be rotated freely by hand.When the "All Windings Off" signal is in the "photocoupler OFF" state, the motor holding torque is proportional to the current set by the current adjustment rotary switches. During motor operation be sure to keep the signal in the "photocoupler OFF" state.This signal is used when moving the motor by external force or manual home position is desired. If this function is not needed, it is not necessary to connect this terminal.Switching the "All Windings Off" signal from "photocoupler ON" to "photocoupler OFF" does not alter the excitation sequence.When the motor shaft is manually adjusted with the "All Windings Off"signal input, the shaft will shift up to Ϯ3.6˚ from the position set after the "All Windings Off" signal is released.ⅢManual Setting of the Home PositionInput the "All Windings Off" signal, set the motor to the desired position,then release the "All Windings Off" signal.ⅢDESCRIPTION OF INPUT/OUTPUT SIGNALSKeep the voltage between DC 5V and DC 24V.When voltage is equal to DC 5V, external resistance (R) is not necessary. When voltage is above DC 5V, connect external resistance (R) and keep the input current below 20mA.ⅢPulse Waveform CharacteristicsPulse Signal5minimumHome Position Set Signal ReleaseAll Windings Off SignalPhotocoupler ONPhotocoupler OFFThe shaded area indicates when the photocoupler diode is ON. The motor moveswhen the photocoupler state changes from ON to OFF as indicated by the arrow.(Photocoupler state corresponding the input pulse)• The minimum interval time when changing rotation direction is 10µs.This value varies greatly depending on the motor type, pulse frequency and load inertia. It may be necessary to increase this time interval.• In 1-pulse input mode, leave the pulse signal at rest ("photocoupler OFF") when changing rotation directions.Keep the voltage between DC 5V and DC 24V.Keep the current below 10mA. If the current exceeds 10mA, connect external resistance (R).3. O.HEAT (Overheat) OutputⅢOutput circuit and sample connectionThe "Overheat" signal is output to protect the driver from heat damage if the internal temperature of the driver rises above 176˚F (80˚C).When connected as shown in the example connection, the signal will be "photocoupler OFF" during normal conditions, and "photocoupler ON"when the temperature exceeds above 176˚F (80˚C).When the "Overheat" signal is output, turn the driver power OFF, then adjust the operating conditions (ambient temperature, driver/controller settings, etc.), or use a fan to cool the driver. After takingappropriate measures, turn the power ON. Turning the power ON will reset the "Overheat" signal and release the "Automatic Current Off"condition.Ⅲ Relation to the "Automatic Current Off" function switch1.When set to ACD• The "Overheat" signal is output when the internal temperature of the driver exceeds 176˚F (80˚C) during operation.• Regardless of any pulse signals input, motor excitation will cause the shaft to be free and the motor will come to a natural stop.Pulse SignalOverheat Signal Output LED Motor Condition2.When set to OFF• The "Overheat" signal is output when the internal temperature of the driver exceeds 176˚F (80˚C) during operation.• The motor will continue to run regardless of the "Overheat" signal output.Pulse SignalOverheat Signal Output LEDMotor Condition。

智能马达保护器使用手册一、概述1.1用途ZNB-200型智能低压电动机保护装置(以下简称装置)是我公司研制的低压智能配电产品,该产品针对交流380V的低压电动机设计,集保护、测量、信号等功能于一体,集中实现了低压电动机的综合保护、测量及操作与控制。

1.2使用环境a)环境温度:-10℃~+55℃,b)贮存温度:-25℃~+70℃,在极限值下不施加激励量,装置不出现不可逆变化,温度恢复后,装置应能正常工作;c)相对湿度:不超过85%;d)大气压力:86kPa~106kPa;e)使用地点不允许有爆炸危险的介质,周围介质中不应含有腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的气体及导电介质,不允许充满水蒸气及有严重的霉菌存在;f)使用地点应具有防御雨、雪、风、沙、灰的设施。

1.3技术特点本装置具有如下主要技术特点:a)集保护、测量、信号等功能于一体;b)具有接地保护、过流保护、过压保护、低压保护、堵转保护、适合增安电机的TE 保护、缺相保护、逆序保护、过热保护、不平衡保护、启动时间过长保护、轻载保护共12种保护。

各种保护功能均可选择投/退(启动时间过长保护始终投入)。

除启动时间过长保护、堵转保护、缺相保护和逆序保护只能动作于跳闸外,其余都可编程为动作于报警或跳闸。

c)能够测量的电气参数有:电压(Uab,Ucb)、三相电流、有功功率、无功功率、视在功率、功率因数、正序电流、负序电流、零序电流;d)有一个事件报警出口;e)小型化外形尺寸,适合于各种开关柜型;f)采用先进的32位ARM芯片,运算速度快,抗干扰能力强。

g)保护原理成熟可靠,能够经历长时间的现场运行考验;h)大屏幕LCD汉字显示,全中文菜单操作;二、主要技术参数2.1工作电源a)额定电源电压:220V,允许偏差:直流 -20 %~+10 %。

Use a screw hole (No.10-24UNC, effective depth 0.39 in.) provided at the tip of the output shaft of 5GU RAA and 5GE RAA as an auxiliary means for preventing the transfer mechanism from disengaging.< The example of output axistip screw hole use >Note • Do not use excessive force, or hammerthe transmission parts onto the gearmotor shaft as damage may occur. • Output shaft of 5GU120RAA to 5GU180RAA , 5GE120RAA to5GE180RAA cannot be turned by hand.For position alignment, turn on the motor.• Use your gearmotor under ambient temperature of +14 to +122 °F and85% humidity.• Do not use your gearmotor where it may be exposed direct sunlight waterand/or oil.• Do not use your gearmotor in locations subject to severe vibration or shock,a large amount of dust, inflammable gas and or corrosive gas.• On rare occasions, a small amount of grease may ooze out from thegearhead. If there is concern over possible environmental damage resulting from the leakage of grease, check for grease stains during regular inspections. Alternatively, install an oil pan or other device to prevent leakage from causing further damage. Oil leakage may lead to problems in the customer’s equipment or products.• If the ambient temperature is low, the motor may take a longer time to startor its speed may drop. This is caused, among others, by an increased friction torque of the oil seal used on the gearhead output shaft. As the motor continues to operate and the sliding part of the oil seal breaks in, the friction torque will drop and the motor will operate at the specified speed.• Direction of rotation of the gearhead output shaftThe motor and gearhead output shaft rotate in opposite directions.• Maximum permissible torqueSince the output torque of the gearhead increases proportionally with the reduction of speed, a high reduction ratio of the gearhead will result in anoutput torque that cannot be taken up by the physical construction of the gearhead. Use gearheads within the maximum permissible torque set for each speed reduction ratio. Also, be sure shaft rotation is not stopped by an external force or load obstruction. The resulting shock may damage the gearhead.• Permissible overhung load and permissible thrust load“Overhung load” refers to load placed on the output shaft of the gearhead in a direction perpendicular to the shaft as shown in the Figure below. The “Thrust load” is a load applied in the axial direction of the output shaft. 感应马达安装、保养使用说明书

本使用说明书仅限于提供安装及保养使用之说明,不提供任何具商业目的之用途,本公司对本件感应马达所提供之保证仅限于双方签订之销售合约载明之内容,若就本件感应马达之储藏、运输、安装和测试有任何之疑问,请务必于开始使用或自行维护前洽询东元电机之服务中心。

安装及使用前注意事项:1.确认铭板数据与您的需求相符。

2.确认马达未有受到损害。

3.拆除任何轴端压板( 但马达运输前须再装上)。

4.缓慢旋转轴端,确认可以自由转动。

5.安装后需确认马达轴向设计及泄水孔位置适合于使用场合。

6.吊环及其它吊重装置,使用前必须已旋紧。

警告,请遵守以下之安全预防措施:1. 如果马达未正确的安装、操作或保养会造成严重或致命的伤害;负责安装、操作、保养及除役的人员须受完整的训练,务使其了解上述作业对于个人及其它人员之危险性。

欧盟可参考的安全信息为:EN60204-1、EN60034、EN292、EN294、IEE配线法规。

特定的工业及国家有更进一步的安全要求,请咨询他们的贸易及安规单位。

2. ExCB Ex n认证防爆马达安全使用注意事项:a.不论使用与否,所有端子用螺帽和螺栓,须正确地锁紧。

b.电源接线须含有绝缘套管之R(圆)型端子,当锁紧接线时,不可低减空间距离。

c.辅助接线端,导体之绝缘须延伸至端子喉部1mm以内处。

d.任何接线端都不可有导线股线松脱现象。

e.泄水塞头(当有安装时)在使用后须立即更换,并且以适当的密封材料加以密封。

f.黄铜端子导电板须正确锁紧,以避免减少空间距离。

3. 维修时,所有连接到马达及其附属配件之电源须切离及拆线,转动体部份须确认已停止。

4. 马达附有吊重装置( 如:吊环、吊耳)时,其仅供吊马达本体使用;吊运马达时,非马达本身之组装对象须拆除。

当有一个以上之吊环( 耳)时,则须一起使用分担重量。

5. 接近高分贝噪声源之机器时,须戴防护耳罩,马达的噪音值可咨询东元。

有关旋转电机噪音之信息请参考EN 60034-9。
