二、实习时间:2021年1月12日至2021年1月20日实习地点:宁安4号散货轮四、实习单位和部门:中海发展股份有限公司五、实习内容:首先感谢学院为我们提供的此次实习机会,使我们作为一名大三的学生提前解除到了海上生活,亲身体验了船上的工作及职责,使我们将书上所学到的理论知识与实践有了一次紧密的结合,同时也解决了一些我在课堂上没有解决的疑问,通过本次实习不仅巩固了我的专业知识,而且使我首次接触了船员生活,总之,此次航行令我受益匪浅,下面将实习经过、受益及感受一一道来。
2021年1月11日我们接到了上船的通知,经过近15个小时的火车我们从武汉赶到了上海,在上海稍作休息后,乘大巴前往江阴,与1月12日下午4:00在江阴港登上了宁安4号散货船,从此时起开始我的首次航行之旅。
可以毫不掩饰的说:初上得船来,内心颇有几分激动,船上的设施,人员、轰轰的发动机声以及嗡嗡的汽笛声,以前这些只是在课堂上学习室脑海中想象的画面,如今就在我的眼前,如此之近,如此之亲切。
在船第一天,船舶还在江阴港卸货,我的房间在一楼,三副和几个水手正在对消防器材进行检查,几个上船来的工人正对一些过期的消防器进行更换和换剂,我们毕业后首先要做的就是三副的工作,三副职责中重要的一项就是:管理全船消防设备、器材和火警报警设备,定期养护、检查和换剂,使其处于良好的技术状态;灭火机应注明检验和换剂日期;禁止将消防器材移作他用,管理并熟练地操作固定式灭火系统,保持管系和分路阀的铭牌、标志鲜明。
一名三副的工作态度关系到整个船在遇到火灾时的应变能力甚至船员的安危,看到宁安4号上三副的工作态度很严谨认真,想必这条船上的管理也很不错。

This echo sounder is a breakthrough over the conventional paper eating sounders; there are no consumable items. The purpose of the echo sounder is to provide safe navigation by detecting the clearance below the ship (particularly in shallow waters) as required on the SOLAS Convention ships by the new IMO standards.The basic system consists of a display unit, a distribution box, a matching box, and a transducer. The 6.5" high-brightness TFT color LCD display offers an easy-to-read depth sounding in various modes, permitting optimum representation with respect to the environment.Detection range is automatically varied but there is manual override to select the required scale. The displayed record is visible for 15 min on any range and an instantaneous sounding is directly shown in large numerals in addition to the graphical display.Depths, associated time, and position are stored for 24 h in memory. The data can be played back at any time.Visual and audible alarms are generated when the water depth below transducer is shallower than a user-preset depth. When the seabed is lost because of the lowered detection or out of range setting, the alarm comes on. The receiver sensitivity is automatically controlled with the tracking depth; manual override is possible to improve the detection and to reduce the surface clutter.The transducer is available in 200 kHz or 50 kHz. The 200 kHz system is advantageous in rough weather or congested waterways in shallow waters whereas the 50 kHz system is recommended for deeper range operation. 了长足 的 发 展。 近 年 来,以 日 本 FURUNO 公 司 和挪威 SIMRAD 公司为代表的渔业电子装备厂 商开始了新一代的多波束探鱼仪系统的研制工 作。 日本古野旗下的 FSV-35 最大量程达 5 000 m,且实现了水平 360° 全向探测。 挪威 SIMRAD 旗下的多波束探鱼仪 SIMRAD SX90 最大探测距 离为 4 500 m,可以实现 360° 水平全向探测,垂 直方向发射波束倾角达 - 10° ~ + 90°,大大提高 了探测到鱼群的概率。 SIMRAD EK80 采用宽频 覆盖结合先进的信号处理技术是目前渔业领域 较为先进的分裂波束回声探测仪,可同时发射

2. 3 分裂波束系统 分裂波束技术能够测量目标在波束中的三维
位置,并可直接测定自然状态下鱼体的目标强度 及观测鱼类个体的行踪[17] 。 分裂波束探测系统 具有很宽的频带范围,可同时在不同频段上对海 洋生物、海底资源进行探测,因此有足够的分辨率 来处理较小的浮游动物及较大的鲸类声音信 号[18-19] 。 该系统运用 4 个象限的换能器,通过发 射电路将电信号转换为脉冲并发射到水中,声波 在传播过程中遇到海洋生物反向散射到换能器。 接收时每个象限换能器独立接收,通过比较各象 限接收到的信号确定目标方向[18,20] 。 在实际海 洋渔业探测中,利用分裂波束技术确定目标在波 束中的位置,并根据波束的指向性对偏离声轴的 回声信号进行补偿,从而实现对鱼类目标强度的 客观估测,其工作原理如图 3 所示。 运用目标跟 踪技术可对海洋生物的运动轨迹、游动速率及方 向等参数进行测算[18,20-22] 。

四、显示方式:旋转[MODE]旋钮选择显示方式。
1、NA V方式:此时“BELOW TRANSDUCER”在屏幕上显示。
2、DBS方式:请不要在浅水区使用此方式,以免搁浅。
3、HISTORY方式:可用[+]或[-]选择显示以前的水深记录。
4、LOG BOOK方式:可用[+]或[-]寻找别的时间的记录。
5、OS DATA方式:可显示现在的准确时间和水深。
6、HELP方式:显示帮助菜单,以便于操作。
7、MENU方式:该方式中的设置为初始设置,不要改变其中设置。
五、调节量程:旋转[RANGE]钮。

七、自动操作:按[AUTO]键,用[+]和[-]选择“ON”,在此状态下,“GAIN”和“RANGE”均为自动。

九、浅水报警:1、按[MUTE ALARM]键,用[+]和[-]调节光标中数字(报警深度)大小。
2、当测量水深小于报警水深时,警报器鸣响,按[MUTEALARM]键,消除警报。

偶尔情况下,由于内部砝码组件污染的原因,会造成 700PTP-1 工作不正常。按照以下步骤清洁阀门组件:如 果以下步骤不能修复问题,可订购维修套件(部件号 2812587)。 1. 利用一把小螺丝刀,拆下位于压力/真空开关下方两侧的
2 个阀门盖帽。 2. 小心取下弹簧和 O 型圈组件。取下止回阀时千万小心,

测深仪(FURUNO FE—700)
一、开关电源:按[POWER]键。
二、调节盘面亮度:按[DIM]键,用[+]和[-]调节亮度。
三、调节对比度和耀度:1、按[BRILL]键。
2、用[∧]和[∨]调节耀度。
3、用[+]和[-]键调节对比度。
四、显示方式:旋转[MODE]旋钮选择显示方式。
1、NA V方式:此时“BELOW TRANSDUCER”在屏幕上显示。
2、DBS方式:请不要在浅水区使用此方式,以免搁浅。
3、HISTORY方式:可用[+]或[-]选择显示以前的水深记录。
4、LOG BOOK方式:可用[+]或[-]寻找别的时间的记录。
5、OS DATA方式:可显示现在的准确时间和水深。
6、HELP方式:显示帮助菜单,以便于操作。
7、MENU方式:该方式中的设置为初始设置,不要改变其中设置。
五、调节量程:旋转[RANGE]钮。
1=5m
2=10m
3=20m
4=40m
5=100m
6=200m
7=400m
8=800m
六、增益控制:旋转[GAIN]钮,调节增益大小。
七、自动操作:按[AUTO]键,用[+]和[-]选择“ON”,在此状态下,“GAIN”
和“RANGE”均为自动。
八、图象颜色:按[COLOR]键,用[+]和[-]选择喜欢的颜色。
九、浅水报警:1、按[MUTE ALARM]键,用[+]和[-]调节光标中数字(
报警深度)大小。
2、当测量水深小于报警水深时,警报器鸣响,按[MUTE
ALARM]键,消除警报。
