理念

随着城市建设的需要，大批农民工涌入城市，为城市的发展和建设做出了不可磨灭的贡献。对于留守儿童这个群体也许我们并不陌生，社会对他们成长和发展的关注度较高，然而也有部分农民工带着他们的孩子来到我们的城市，希望让他们有机会成为所谓的“城里人”，他们就是流动儿童。

第六次人口普查数据显示，当前有2.3亿农民工进城务工，跟随他们进城的流动儿童大约有2000万。中国发展基金会秘书长卢迈说，这些在城市社区居住的流动儿童面临着教育、贫困和社会边缘化等诸多问题，直接影响着他们的行为、心理和职业技能的发展。今天的流动儿童，就是未来所在城市的新市民和劳动力。他们的社会融合问题，关系到所在城市未来的经济社会发展和稳定。通过调查了解到:有三成的流动儿童曾感到压抑和被歧视，在卢迈看来，城市流动儿童的心理问题比留守儿童的心理问题更严重，也更值得关注。,

流动儿童父母的学历普遍较低，居住和卫生条件较差，流动儿童生活学习环境不尽人意，孩子甚至连做作业必须的桌椅也没有。大部分流动儿童课余时间在家里，没有参加各类兴趣培训班，也缺少课外书籍。他们虽然身居城市，但由于与城市孩子的生活差距和不平等，使他们始终处于城市边缘。多数孩子感到受压抑、被歧视，认为城里人看不起他们。不少孩子自卑心理较重，自我保护、封闭意识过强，行为拘谨，性格内向，不愿与人交往。

流动儿童在学习方面两极分化较为严重，少部分流动儿童能正确认识自己所处的学习和生活环境，学习态度端正，学习习惯良好，能独立自主地解决学习问题，遇到困难能虚心向老师和同学求助，学习成绩优良。但绝大多数流动儿童学

习不刻苦，上进心不强，学习主动性和自觉性较差，自信心不足，缺乏良好的

学习习惯，学习成绩欠佳，厌学、逃学、辍学等现象较为普遍。

流动儿童是城市的边缘群体，这不仅表现在物质条件余生活环境方面的缺乏，还包括来自各个方面的歧视，这些都对流动儿童的心理产生一定的负面影响。流动儿童会感觉到自己与城市孩子的差别，而且这种差别在城市壁垒面前难以逾越。他们过早地体验了世态炎凉，遭受别人的冷眼与歧视。他们受到的这些不公正的对待会使他们感到孤独、寂寞、自卑，甚至对社会产生对立情绪。当他们的努力得不到跟其他孩子一样的回报是，首先产生的就是对公平的渴望，这种愿望长期得不到满足就会产生激进、反抗等边缘化的扭曲心理。

针对上述问题，我们将组织开展这次小组工作，我们这个小组的案主是被排斥在主流社会之外的特殊社会群体流动儿童。传统的社会工作助人的目的在于促进人与环境之间的交流、在个人所在的微观和宏观环境之间进行干预，以解决案主与环境之间的不平衡和不适应问题。而增权取向的社会工作，则相信人之所以与环境交流之间出现障碍，以致于无法是实现自己的能力和价值，主要是环境对个人的压迫和限制。个人拥有主观能动性和潜能，个人有能力有机会为自己的生活作出决定并采取行动。我们要相信我们的案主流动儿童有改变自己的能力，自身的潜能需要等待挖掘。

在具体开展工作时，工作人员要有很好的观察能力，认真观察流动儿童之间的沟通和互动，工作人员不需要事事介入，激发儿童之间互助的能力。理论架构与干预策略

1、治疗与发展并重的介入式策略

2、个案介入的不足，心理问题和认知偏向难以及时发现和治疗，学校社会工作除学业辅导外，教师辅导、师生关系辅导、学生心理辅导这些都不足以解决流儿童面对的问题。我们开展的的团体社会工作必须倡导机会平等、在团体过程中体现社会工作专业价值。

3、治疗与发展并重的介入式策略

注重能力建设和社区内源性发展，用一种正面的和积极的态度来看待社区的发展，将能力的提升与社区的自主改变联系在一起，通过群众的参与，让人们在发展的过程中学习，获取发展的知识并形成新的态度。

目标和目的

目标:通过小组辅导的专业方法增强流动儿童的自信心，带领他们认识自身的优势，激发他们的潜能，培养他们的团队合作精神，从而促进他们的全面发展，拥有健康的身心。

目的:

1、通过初步的观察组员的情绪，找出呈现焦虑、恐惧、封闭、伪装甚至不太友好的组员进行重点关注。

2、学习聆听技巧，让孩子们在沟通游戏的过程中感觉到尊重和平等，消除他们的恐惧和自卑，建立平等的人际关系。

服务对象

1、6到14岁的流动儿童

2、特点:希望有个充实的暑假生活，通过自己的努力改变自我保护、封闭意识过强的现状，增强自己与人交往的能力，尽快融入同辈群体的流动儿童。

小组特征

1、暑期夏令营身心教育成长小组

2、节数:六节

3、日期:2013年7月11日至8月15日每周四下午

4、地点:就近借用普通住宅小区社区活动中心(具体活动还包括室外)
