Because of them, my daughter grew up taking for granted that children of all colors could go to school together. Because of them, Barack Obama and I could wage a hard fought campaign for the Democratic nomination. Because of them, and because of you, children today will grow up taking for granted that an African American or a woman can yes, become President of the United States.When that day arrives and a woman takes the oath of office as our President, we will all stand taller, proud of the values of our nation, proud that every little girl can dream and that her dreams can come true in America. 在这种内外交困的情况下,美国新任国务卿希拉里访亚之旅将日本作为首站对改善日本政府面临的现状以及美日关系都有重要意义。

但中美日三边的特殊关系使得谈论美日关系问题不能离开中国因素。

在这次自2月16日开始的为期一周的四国访问中,希拉里又将日本作为其首站,中国作为“压轴”站,这对中、美、日之间的双边关系以及多边关系不能不说是意味深远。

一、希拉里访日时的日本现状日本麻生政府面临的困境主要来自国内和国外两个方面。

(一)、国内方面首先是经济因素。

据《纽约时报》报道,受到出口萎缩、国内支出减少的影响,日本经济持续恶化,08年第四季度创下自上个世纪70年代石油危机以来最大跌幅。

日本内阁2月16日发表的统计报告显示,日本去年后三个季度的国内生产总值连续出现负增长,第四季度的国内生产总值比上一个季度下滑3.3%,按年率计算跌幅达12.7%。

这是日本国内生产总值近35年来出现的最大季度跌幅;日本汽车和电子产品海外销售量显著减少,一些公司被迫停产,削减投资;2月24日日元兑美元汇率降至08年11月下旬以来新低;此次经济危机还带来了大量的失业者,NEC、松下、尼桑相继宣布裁员,给消费者带来的心理打击也使消费支出大受影响。

日本目前遭受经济危机打击的严重程度超出了美国和欧洲出现的经济衰退。

近九十年来，美国共和党和民主党的总统候选人提名来自现任总统、副总统、州长、参议员，这是第一次前
内阁成员获得总统候选人提名。

1928 年，当时的美国商务部长赫伯特·胡佛赢得了共和党党内提名，最终他当上了总统。

中新网4月14日电希拉里日前宣布参选美国总统。日媒14日刊文，指出能否以及如
何恢复美国在国际社会的影响力，以及总统在国内的凝聚力将成为下届美国总统选举的焦
点。

文章称，因新兴国家崛起等原因，美国在世界的领导力量被大幅削弱。围绕乌克兰危机
与俄罗斯陷入对立，对中东极端组织“伊斯兰国(IS)”的抬头没能遏制。可以说与古巴关系
正常谈判取得进展是美国现阶段外交的少数几个亮点之一。

文章指出，在希拉里·克林顿的丈夫比尔·克林顿担任美国总统期间(1993年至2001
年)，美国一直在各种问题上发挥强有力的领导力，例如充当中东和平的调停人等。但是国
际环境与当时发生变化。

在希拉里宣布将出马竞选美国总统的视频里，她没有涉及外交问题。希拉里曾于2009
至2013年在奥巴马政府中担任国务卿一职。但是很难说这对她构成加分项。使用个人电子
邮箱处理公务邮件的问题在3月被媒体揭露，邮件问题和2012年美国驻利比亚大使被袭杀
事件一起，成为美国共和党强力批判希拉里的理由。
文章分析，一方面希拉里有丈夫这样一个得力参谋，另外在13年之前的4年间担任国
务卿的希拉里积累了丰富的外交经验，这是其他共和党候选人所不具备的优势。

在希拉里宣布参选的视频中，正在育儿的女性、准备创业的拉美裔兄弟、小孩即将出生
的黑人夫妇、打算步入同性婚姻的男男夫妻，以及工厂工人等相继出场。显示出尊重多样性，
力争修复国家的分裂。

文章总结，民主党的支持者确实期待继“美国首位黑人总统”之后，再出现“美国首位
女性总统”，不过回顾历史会发现，并没有那么简单。自禁止总统连任3届以来，连续3届
总统都来自同一政党的只有一个例子，那就是共和党的老布什在同党的里根(连任一次)后继
续当选总统。
