Some explanations for my writing: Last Friday afternoon, I went through the title and drafted the outlines for my writing. After 22:30 at night, I couldn’t go to sleep. I was wondering how to improve my writing, because I wasn’t satisfied with it at all. On Saturday morning, I rewrote it and I didn’t finish my writing until it was time for lunch. The work made me so tired that I had to have a good rest the whole afternoon. After dinner, I typed my writing on my laptop and corrected some mistakes. Perhaps, there are many other ones, which are hard for me to find out to correct. Please don’t laugh at me. And I wonder whether you can give me a hand to make my writing a more perfect one.Before reading my writing, please accept my sincere thanks to you, Loretta. Wish you happy every day in China! ☺Five Pivotal People-❇My mother My dear mother is the most important person in my life. She is an easy-going, diligent, helpful and loving short countryside woman. She is a sincere Christian. She believes in God and she always asks me to read the Bible to her when I am free. She gives me great influence in developing my own character. Like mother, like daughter.☺She is really a good example for me to follow.Although mother didn’t receive any school education, she is a pretty good teacher, who can effectively teach me how to get along with others, how to develop good habits and good manners, as well as the importance of improving myself all the time. When I need someone to understand me, when I need someone to care for me, when I need someone to listen to me, when I need someone to guide me, my dear mother is always there.Thousands of thanks to my dear mother for all that she had done for me. I will bear her love in my mind and I will try my best to give her deep and ever-lasting love in return. Wish my dear mother healthy and happy every day!-❇My young brotherMany Thanks to my dear mother, asshe gave birth to me a young brother. What a wonderful thing it is! As you Loretta once said, from that moment on, I will never feel lonely, because I have someone to play games with, to share joys and sorrow with, to discuss questions with, to help and protect, even to fight with.My young brother is a brilliant, creative and studious handsome young man. He is very gifted in arts. He was born in 1985, the year of ox, so he is twenty three years old this year. Last year he graduated from the university and now he works as a Chinese teacher in a quite good middle school in the Huai Yin city.He set about everything in a methodical and determined manner. He is loved by his students and colleagues. He is appreciated by the leaders of his school. We often have talks with each other on various kinds of topics. We can learn from each other. How great it is to have such a young brother! Wish him a good fortune!-❇One of my teacher: Yao GuanjunGood teachers are great wealth in one’s life. In my life, Mr Yao is good influence on me. His images still recurs to me from time to time. He is one of my Chinese teacher in senior high. He is highly educated and he has profound knowledge of Chinese language. He is an expert in Ancient Chinese Literature. He has a good sense of humor as well, which often made us laugh heartily.His classes aroused us great interest in our Chinese culture. So far, I have loved Chinese language more than English. Chinese language is our root, where our Chinese civilizations are lie. Attending his classes is really an enjoyable and exciting experience, because he is like a boat steering us, his students, from a narrow stream to a vast ocean of the glorious culture of our China. Such good teachers are in great demand in our China.I hope that every child has good opportunities to meet excellent teachers. Thank you, my good teacher, Mr Yao! Happy every day!-❇She (Who is she?)She is a responsible, upright, independent, strong-minded, hard-working, quiet and ordinary-looking young lady.When she came to this world, she became the apple in herparents’eyes, as she is the first child born in the family in the third year after her parents’marriage. Father gave out red eggs and sweets to the villagers door to door with great joy. When she was six or seven years old, she could sweep the floor and wash the dishes for mother. She went to kindergarten together with her young brother at her eight years old. In her early teens, she was not only able to cook some simple food for family but also feed hens and pigs raised by mother. At the same time, she was the monitor in all her primary school. Teachers all appreciated her abilities and all that she had done for her class. She made many good friends there as well.But things changed since father, the supporter of the whole family, fell ill when she was in junior high. An out-going and active girl changed into a sensitive and timorous person day by day. Mother did most of the work in the field, while taking good care of father. She tried her best to help mother. During a summer vacation, she went to work in an artificial hair factory in her town.Thanks to a kind gentleman, the headmaster of her senior high, she could have her classes for free. Not having enough money for food, she picked up the waste papers, drink cans and bottles after school. She went to find a job as a waitress in a small restaurant during the second summer vacation in her senior high. The owner of the restaurant was so mean to his workers that they should work from dawn to night, and they could only get four hundred yuan a month.In the year to enter college, her father passed away after suffering a lot from the liver cancer. At that moment, she realized she and her young brother had lost their dear father and that mother had lost her perfect partner in this world forever. They could never see him again. But father does live in their hearts all the time. Goodbye, dear father! From then on, they three ought to support each other to live on, standing totally on their own feet.At college, she was accepted as safe to give credit to, so she didn’t need to worry about the payment for her studies. She studied hard, really hard. She often read the great books borrowed from the school library deep into the night to broaden her eyes and enrich her limited knowledge while others just spent a lot of money on uselessthings to kill their valuable time. What a great pity! She is eager to build up her knowledge. She believes that knowledge can change her life if she really wants to live a good one. She also spared time to do part-time job to support her mother and young brother.Now she is a wonderful teacher, who has earned respect and love from her students and colleagues.But who is she? You may ask. After reading so much, you may feel a little tired. Okay, you have a break now and then we’ll go on in a few minutes.Who is she? Oh, She is Lucy, Wang Meiling ( Chinese name). After going through all these difficulties, I understand nothing in the world is difficult for one who sets his mind on it. If I lack the willpower, I can achieve nothing.You see, I am a good daughter of my mother, a good friend and sister of my young brother, a good teacher of my students, a good citizen of our country. I’m really important to my family, my students and my country. Don’t you think so?-❇My future husbandIt is often said that he/ she who doesn’t get married is not a perfect one. So I should look for the other half of myself in the world. But the problem is how I can find him in such a big and crowded world. I must turn to God for help.I believe everyone’s marriage is arranged by God.
