2术语2.0.1桥下净空安全值 safety value of headroom under the bridge superstructure设计水位加各种可能发生的水位增高值后,或最高流冰水位以上,预留的安全值。
2.0.2 水文断面 computing section for hydrology为进行水文观测和水文分析计算而选定的河流横断面。
2.0.3 基本河槽宽度 basic width of river channel多年洪水过程作用下形成的河槽平均宽度,由河相关系确定。

水文统计名词水文学(hydrology)研究存在于大气层中、地球表面和地壳内部各种形态水在水量和水质上的运动、变化、分布以及与环境及人类活动之间相互联系和作用的学科。
是地球物理学和自然地理学的一个分支。
按研究范围分,有水文气象学、陆地水文学、海洋水文学、地下水文学等。
他与水利水电工程及其他与水有关的建设事业有密切联系,直接为综合利用水资源和环境保护服务工程水文学(engineering hydrology)亦称“应用水文学”。

历史洪水(historical flood)历史上曾发生过的大洪水或特大洪水。
在中国一般指水文站有系统观测资料以前发生的。
调查历史洪水的痕迹、涨落过程、发生的年份和量测历史洪水痕迹的高程、过水断面面积,借以推算历史洪水的洪峰流量,估算其洪水总量及发生的重现期,供洪水频率计算使用或直接作为工程设计的依据。
对于提高洪水频率计算成果的精度有重要作用。
洪水总量(flood volume)简称“洪量”。
洪水在一定历时内从流域出口断面流出的总水量。
一般以计。
在降雨径流预报中常计算一次降雨所形成的一次洪水总量,可由本次洪水过程线的流量起涨时刻至退水段上终止时刻之间的面积来求得。
在水文计算中有时需要统计某一时段的最大洪水总量(如一天最大、三天最大洪水总量等),通过频率计算,求得各种事端最大的设计洪水总量,据此推求设计洪水过程线,作为水库调洪算的依据。
