教育部、卫生部关于举办高等医学教育的若干意见正文:---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 教育部、卫生部关于举办高等医学教育的若干意见(教高[2002]10号)根据高等医学教育规律和我国卫生事业发展对卫生人力的需要以及行业人才准入的有关规定,经研究,现对举办高等医学教育提出以下意见:一、各类高等学校(办学机构)增设医学类[指临床医学、口腔医学、中医学、藏医学、蒙医学、维吾尔医学、针灸推拿学及预防医学等,现阶段包括麻醉学、医学影像学(五年制)、医学检验(五年制、授医学学士)等,下同]本、专科专业,报教育部,教育部征求卫生部同意后审批;增设相关医学类[指基础医学类、法医学类、护理学类及辅助医疗类、医学技术类,下同]、药学类本、专科专业须根据各地区相关专业人才需求,报主管部门,主管部门征求省级卫生行政部门同意后批准,本科专业报教育部备案。
教育部将适时对专业目录进行调整。
二、根据今年3月教育部、卫生部和中医药管理局共同颁发的《关于医药卫生类高职高专教育的若干意见》规定:职业技术学院和非医药卫生类高等专科学校原则上不得举办医学类专业。
因特殊情况确需举办的,应由学校所在地教育行政部门向教育部提出申请,教育部将会同卫生部派专家组对申办学校相应专业的办学条件、实习条件和师资情况进行评估。
具备条件且确实需要的由教育部批准后方可招生。
三、自2002年10月31日起,停止自学考试、各类高等学校的远程教育(广播电视教育、函授教育、网络教育等)、学历文凭考试试点学校举办医学类专业学历教育。
成人高等教育举办的医学类专业、相关医学类专业、药学类专业的学历教育,自学考试和各类高等学校远程教育举办的相关医学类专业、药学类专业的学历教育,只能招收已取得卫生类执业资格的人员,停止招收非在职人员。

有機土壤/污泥活化劑(OSA)建議使用方式與說明有機土壤/污泥活化劑(OSA)建議使用方式與說明【注】面積換算:1 畝= 666.67 平方米;產品包裝:20 公升/桶裝『本產品(OSA)使用方式說明可分為三大部分進行』1.農林業種植施作一般農地施作建議以養地為施作優先選項,目的先使得土壤中含有益生菌進行活化作用,後續再進行益生菌補充的動作,進一步讓土壤益生菌成為環境中優勢化微生物,以建立良好的土壤代謝迴圈,而達到作物產量提升、品質提高的最終目的。
OSA 于使用時均需稀釋以利OSA 均勻分佈並存於土壤環境中,稀釋倍數為100~500 倍,施用週期同樣以2~4 周為一個施用週期,端視作物種類生長週期而定;若為多年生作物,則以2~3 個月為一個週期。
建議產品用量:初期養地1 畝地使用量為100~200 公升OSA,後續每週期施用40~60 公升OSA 進行補充,其他如施肥、澆灌..等例行工作依據原有經驗,采不變原則。
另外,若屬於葉菜類種植之情形,由於其特性為生長週期較短(2~4 周即收成),需採用于種植前先行養土約3~5 天(1 畝地使用量為100~200 公升OSA 稀釋100~500 倍均勻澆灌於土壤中),隨後栽種苗栽,原有經驗之澆灌頻率及水量以OSA 稀釋500~1000 倍進行澆灌,其他如施肥、澆灌..等例行工作依據原有經驗,仍采不變原則。

第2章 程序设计语言的设计概述本章介绍程序设计语言的设计目标以及为实现这些目标所遵循的设计准则,设计语言最后要给出语言的参考手册,为此,从表示的角度介绍与语法,语义和上下文约束有关的概念和表示法。
目前在程序语言语法文本中,语法形式表示是完整的,语义表示多半是非形式的。
本章仅给出各种形式语义的初步概念,有关理论后文还要讲述。
2.1 表示与抽象(Representation & Abstraction)程序就是程序设计语言表示的计算。
所谓表示是人为制造的符号组合以表达我们需要表达的意思。
每个合乎语法的表示都表达了某种语义,例如:float n; //n是C语言中的浮点数变量sqrt(n); //对n取平方根由于我们约定float是浮点类型的关键字,故float n这个合法表示表明“n是浮点数”, 是一个静态的说明。
同样,sqrt(n)说明要做“对n取平方根”的动作。
表示是对事物抽象的表达。
抽象是对论题本质的提取。
当我们为某软件投入市场作市场调查并写出分析报告时,我们已先完成了抽象(从社会效益、技术效益、经济效益列出定性或定量的分析),也完成了表示(报告正文)。
表示的规则是语法的,抽象的,内容是语义的。
同一事物可在不同抽象层次表示它。
同一程序可用高级语言表示、汇编码表示以及机器码表示。
当然,高级语言上面还可以有甚高级、超高级语言不断抽象上去。
所以,每种语言都是在某个抽象层次上的表示。
从日常概念中,我们可以得知概念愈是抽象其内涵愈小(只包含主要特征,略去其余)而外延愈大(能满足该主要特征的事物愈多)。
例如“张三在种地”也可以说“张三在改变生态环境”,还可以说“张三修理地球”都没有错。
之所以不错是表达了主要概念:“地表情况有了变化”。
但张三用锄种玉米的细节全被抽象(忽略)掉,且“李四砍树”也可以说成“改变生态环境”、“修理地球”。
当然,这种近乎失真的外延是不希望的,同样,能满足高级语言描述的计算的机器码实现也可以不止一个。

【主要成分】盐酸多西环素
【适应症】主要用于治疗猪的支原体,放线杆菌,巴氏杆菌,副猪嗜血杆菌,链球菌,大肠杆菌,沙门氏菌、葡萄球菌及附红体等感染引起的包括咳喘,腹泻(仔猪黄白痢)、关节炎及皮炎出血等疾病;还可用于治疗牛羊肺炎、腐蹄和产后感染。
【用法用量】每1kg体重,猪、羊10-30mg(本品0.1-0.3ml);牛10-20mg(本品0.1-0.2ml)。
【临床推荐】
重症咳喘、气喘、腹泻最强搭档1:100kg体重猪,5ml支20%氟苯尼考注射液+1支10%盐酸多西环素注射液,混合注射,一日一次,连用3日,疗效显著。
重症咳喘、气喘、腹泻最强搭档3:100kg体重猪,1支10%盐酸多西环素注射液+20%替米考星预混剂拌料(1000g/1000kg饲料)连用3天后,继续使用替米考星预混剂拌料5天。
特别适合群体发病。
