目录1.概述 (2)2.原理 (3)3.保护功能说明 (4)4.操作与信息屏显示 (6)5.保护器尺寸及接线图 (111)6.保护器配件表 (13)1.概述PIR-400I磁力启动器智能综合保护装置(以下简称保护器),是国内首先设计成功的能使用于含有爆炸性气体(甲烷)和煤尘的煤矿井下智能化多功能综合保护器,能与380v、660v、1140v电压等级、最大电流至400A的各种型号磁力启动器配套使用,以实现上述供电系统的各种功能.保护器采用了先进的微处理器与红外遥控技术,高精度的数据处理及先进的保护算法,保护精度高,反应速度快。
能完成漏电闭锁、过载、短路、三相不平衡(包括断相)、欠压等多种保护功能。
该保护器有如下特点:●采用10×5汉字字符液晶显示器,配合菜单式人机交互界面,操作直观简便。
运行时实时显示当前三相电流和系统电压,显示信息丰富。
●各项保护功能参数均可以通过菜单选择调整,适用范围广,保护精度高。
●具有“记忆”功能。
每次调整的各项保护功能参数均记忆保存,下次上电或系统复位时自动提取上一次设定的参数。
而且,保护器还能记忆故障信息,包括上一次的故障类型,故障时间,故障发生时三相电流值,系统电压值均保存,可以通过菜单调出来显示。
方便维护。
●具有软硬件自检功能,如有问题,系统给出相应的出错信息。
●通过门上按钮可以方便的执行远控/近控功能。
●具有电流检测功能,输出200~1000Hz信号(可添加)。
●可选择数据通信接口与控制系统联接。
根据用户需要可以配备RS-485/232或者国内领先的电力线载波通信接口(可添加)。
保护器用模块化结构,优化的软硬件抗干扰处理,具有友好的人机界面,使安装、使用、维护更简单,使用寿命大为增加。
2.原理本保护器由电流、电压传感器、主控板、显示屏及红外遥控器四部分组成.电流、电压传感器为穿芯式,可直接穿在三相母线上,便可获得与一次侧电流成正比的电流信号及电压信号.主控板是对采集的模拟量及开关量进行快速的采样并完成各种运算处理,一方面能实时地在显示屏显示、三相电流及电压值;在出现故障时能根据故障性质决定脱扣跳闸的时间,并记忆故障有关参数以便于查询,在必要时还可通过RS485通讯接口与整个监视系统进行通讯.显示屏上还包含六个按钮,通过简单操作可随时对保护器的保护功能进行整定.当保护器装入隔爆型磁力启动器后,除可以通过窗口观察到显示屏上的各种信息外,通过遥控器操作也可在现场和不打开开关外壳的情况下完成对保护器的各种保护功能的整定及试验,使之真正实现保护器的智能化.其原理图如框图1所示:3.保护功能说明1.漏电闭锁功能:在磁力启动器合闸前能对供电线路对地绝缘情况进行检测,当绝缘电阻低于7k(针对380V)、24k(针对660V)、42K (针对1140V)时,能实现漏电闭锁功能,使磁力启动器不能合闸。

Gently move the end of the filter back and forth to break the seal then rotate while pulling straight out. Avoid knocking the filter Rotate the filter while pullingstraight out.If your air cleaner has a safety filter, replace it every third primary filter change. Remove the safety filter as you would the primary filter. Make sure you cover the air cleaner outlet tube to avoid any If your air cleaner is equipped with a Vacuator Valve Visually check and physically squeeze to make sure the valve is flexible and not inverted, damaged or plugged.Inspect the new filter carefully, paying attention to If you're servicing the safety filter, this should be seated into If the service cover hits the filter before it is fully in place, remove the cover and push the filter (by hand) further into the air cleaner and try again. 按住并松开电源开关将ACE400i开机,此时探测模式会停留在上次使用的模式上,而且仪器会自动进行凋节地面矿化,随时可以开始进行探测。
ACE400i需要四节五号AA电池才可以使用。
盖瑞特厂家在发货的时候会随货赠送四节五号电池并已安装至电池盒里。
2. 选择模式。
通过模式按键选择不同的探测模式。
3. 调整设定。
调节一下灵敏度或者识别设定。
4. 开始扫描探测。
将探测盘保持离地面2-3m的位置,然后左右快速摇摆探测盘进行探测。
探测盘必须要左右快速移动摇摆来探测金属目标(1m/秒的速度),但是在精准定位模式下需要缓慢移动探测盘来定位金属。
ACE 400i 包含配件如果任何部分丢失,请联系您当地的经销商。
探测器的组装将底部杆子的凸轮锁解开然后将杆子延伸出来。
如图所示将垫片安装固定好。
将上部杆子的凸轮锁解开然后与主机杆子连接,然后调节合适的长度,将凸轮锁上紧。
将探测盘连接线缠绕在杆子上。
注意:如果需要的话,您可以将护肘后托下位置,然后再用螺丝固定。

开机和基本控制电源开关:按住电源开关键一秒的时间,将主机开机。
恢复出厂设置:如果想要恢复出厂设置,请按住电源开关键持续五秒(当主机发出快速的两声报警)。
电量指示:显示电池的电量状况。

频率调节:当您按住√/X按键的时候,使用DISCRIM的+或-来调节频率。
从频率F1到F4进行选择,来降低来自其它金属探测器或者电子设备的干扰。
目标信息目标识别标签:与目标识别光标配合一起指示目标类型,FERROUS黑色金属(铁金属)在标签的左半部,比较薄的有色金属或者低传导性的有色金属在中间部分,较大的金属或者高伟导性的金属(比如银)在右边部分。
单项识别光标:显示目前金属识别的奖态,显示的黑块就代表那种金属没有被排除,而空缺的区域则是被排除的金属。
目标识别光标:会指示所有被探测到的金属,但是只有没被排除的金属才会产生报警声音。
数值识别:提供0-99的数值来识别金属目标类型,而且数值识别比光标识别要更精确。
硬币深度指示:显示的是硬币或者跟硬币差不多尺寸的目标的深度。
注意:如果目标比硬币大,那么可能显示的深度会比实际深度浅,而如果目标比硬币小,显示的深度可能比实际深度要深。
您即将看到的表格会告诉您数值目标代码的范围以及所代表的金属种类。
数值可能会因为金属目标的尺寸以及大小改变,因为小金属物体的传导性不可能与大金属的传导性一样。
另外,矿化的土壤也可能会导致目标数值错误,尤其是对于小物体。
技巧:当探测盘的中心位置感应到金属目标,而且探测盘在摇摆的时候平行于地面,保持与地面一样的高度的时候,数值识别功能是最可靠的。
音频功能音调识别:ACE400i会根据探测到的金属类型和传导性来发出三种有区别的音调:·高传导性目标(数值代码>60)会产生独一无二的铃音信号。
·中低传导性目标(数值代码40-60)会产生中高信号。
·黑色金属目标(数值代码<40)产生的是低音调信号。
铁音频:通过此功能,操作者可以通过特殊的声音来识别铁金属(通常铁金属的信号都是被屏蔽的),避免支挖掘不想要的,例如:瓶盖或者铁锭等金属。
(详情可见第14页。
)耳机接口:可使用0.25英寸接头的耳机。
选择模式(识别方式)举例:这是硬币模式下厂家出厂设置的识别方式。
您可以选择四个厂家默认的模式,或者您也可以选择使用自定仪模式来保存个人的光标排除设定。
使用MODE模式按键来选择五种模式:·ZERO-DISC全金属模式(零识别模式):全金属探测。
12个光标全部为打开状态。
没有金属被排除。
使用这个模式可以寻找所有的金属种类,或者当您不知道要寻找哪种金属类型。
当全金属模式帮助您定位到一些信号不一致的时候,这种情况一般意味着是非常接近有价值金属的垃圾金属。
·CUSTOM 自定义模式:这个模式可以让用户自已来进行设定程序,而且当ACE400i金属探测器关机后会自动保存用户的设定。
厂家出厂设置的自定义模式与COINS硬币模式是一样的。
开始通过DISCRIM按键来左右移动光标,然后通过√/X来排除自已不想要的金属光标。
(详情可见第12-13页。
)·RELICS 遗迹模式:这个模式是排除了小铁,而在低传导性区间探测到了有价值的金属,例如铅,黄铜和青铜。
·COINS 硬币模式:这个模式是寻找大部分类型的硬币,排除了常见的垃圾金属,例如铁和箔。
有一些响应与箔金属相近的有价值的金属可能会被错过。
挖掘一些垃圾金属也是受期待的,例如铝制的易拉罐。
灵敏度使用灵敏度SENSITIVITY的+或-按键来调节灵敏度的8个等级。
增加灵敏度可以帮助寻找一些小物体或者较深的物体。
当探测器发生不稳定的状态,可能是由于矿化、垃圾金属或者电磁的干扰产生的乱报警的情况,此时就可以降低灵敏度来减少干扰。
但是不规范的操作导致的错误信号,即使通过积别或者改变频率也是无济于事。
(灵敏度按键)(灵敏度等级指示)光标识别光标识别:通过DISCRIM的+或-按键配合着√/X按键来排除自已不想要探测的垃圾金属。
ACE400i拥有12个识别光标,在显示屏上方的下部分。
这些识别光标都可以根据您自已的喜好来进行设置排除或者不排除。
这里有两种设定光标识别的基本方法。
第一种方法就是通过DISCRIM的+或-将上方的识别光标左右移动。
然后通过√/X按键来排除或者打开下方的光标。
(可见下方的图例)第二种方式就是只用√/X按键来调节。
当您测试的时候,探盘扫过不想要探测的例如铁金属,机器发出报警的同时,显示屏上方的光标会跳转到相应的位置上,此时您按下√/X 按键,即可将它排除。
建议:光标识别功能也可以用来寻找特别的金属物体。
例如,如果一个耳环丢失了,可以在全金属模式下来扫描与耳环一样光标的金属来注意识别光标的位置。
然后使用DISCRIM 和√/X按键将除了耳环以外的光标全部排除。
举例:手动调节光标识别。
通过这两个按键来调节光标通过DISCRIM按键将识别光标移动到您不想要探测的金属光标上方,然后再用√/X按键来进行排除(见下图)。
注意:只有在CUSTOM自定义模式下做的任何金属光标排除或者激活打开才能被保存,如果是在其它四种厂家默认的模式下改变设置,关机之后将不会被保存。
铁的屏蔽有的时候有价值的金属可能会被铁金属包围,为了避免铁金属信号将有价值金属信号屏蔽,使用刚刚好的识别来排除铁金属(例:如图一那样的铁钉)。
这样您就会同时探测到硬币和铁钉(见图二),这样就不会屏蔽或者丢失有价值的金属。
按一下IRON AUDIO按键来打开或者关闭铁音频功能。
通过铁音频功能,操作者可以通过特殊的声音来识别铁金属(通常铁金属的信号都是被屏蔽的),避免去挖掘不想要的例如瓶盖或者铁锭等金属。
铁音频也可以调节包括所有目标在内的中音调范围。
操作者可以通过设置关闭低音调的铁金属目标和中音调的目标,从而更好的识别有价值的目标。
当您打开铁音频的时候,铁目标不仅可以听到,而且机器会发出与众不同的多重音调。
例如,当探测盘遇到的是一个铁钉,机器会发出快速的低音调。
如果遇到的是一个扁平的铁金属例如瓶盖、钢垫圈,机器发出的声音会是低音调一高音调一低音调的回路(详情可见第十四页)。
注意:铁音频功能只有在显示屏上方的前面六个铁金属区间的光标有排除的情况下才可以用,因此前面六个光标区间中,至少得有一个光标被排除,您才可以听到铁的特殊音频报警。
建议:建议在铁分布非常密集区域关闭铁音频。
否则就会产生太多信号。
接着,如果目标物探测时发出异样或不连续反馈声音,则开启铁音频检查其是否为铁。
关于铁音频功能的使用方法见下图。
铁(低音频)中音调高音调关闭铁音频:低音调、中音调和高音调正常划分。
←静音→(低音调)中音调高音调关闭铁音频:铁识别参数设置为19,则19以下目标物为无声。
(低音调)中音调高音调开启铁音频:19以下目标物会发低音,19以上目标物会出中音或高音。
精准定位按住精准定位按钮可以快速确定目标物的确切位置。
如何精准定位:·将探测盘置于目标物位置,保持一定高度,距地面约为2公分。
·按住精确定位按键,保护探测盘距离地面一定高度,扫描目标物区域。
·通过前后左右呈十字形扫描来确定最大信号。
当找到最大的信号时,屏幕上方的信号格也会达到最大。
·当探测盘的中心正好在目标物上方,深度表会显示硬币大小的目标物的深度。
精准定位时LCD屏会显示“PP”符号。
建议在一个测试点来熟悉精准定位功能。
这个图标表示的是8.5x11英寸的探测盘精准定位的中心。
上方标度表示信号强度硬币深度指示器精准定位按键(按住然后进行精准定位)为了得到最佳精确定位效果,请与地面保持同一高度(比如2公分),并且确保探测器的地平衡按钮调到合适位置。
台架试验您应该多进行台架试验,这样才能更熟悉探测器的操作。
如何进行台架试验:1.将探测盘放置在一个平坦的、没有金属的台面上。
2.选择全金属模式。
3.将不同的金属物体(硬币、瓶盖、铁钉等等)在距离探测盘8-10公分的位置扫过。
仔细听每个金属扫过探测盘时,机器所发出的声音音调,与此同时观察每个金属扫过时机器上的目标代码。
4.在您探测器的所有模式下都进行测试。
注意每种模式下的声音以及图标。
5.将您每次的台架测试结果记录下来,以后在实际探测过程中可以用来参考。
经过长时间的台架试验之后,当您已经确定并且熟悉探测到不同金属的数值或者光标变化得到时候,那您就可以进行埋土试验。
