本蓄热式电暖器是针对峰谷电价收费标准设计,能够更好地满足客户需求。
通过设置可以使本产品只在夜间将电能转换为热能并高效存储,来保证24小时的放热能达到房间内预定的温度。
注意:本产品为电子蓄热产品,严禁覆盖!!!严禁淋水!!!敬请遵守,否则有损坏机器或失火危险。
严禁覆盖本电暖器安装说明:1、严禁放置在易燃易爆物品旁边(如窗帘正下方),水源和有滴水旁边,有可燃气体的地方。
2、严禁用电暖器干燥衣物或把物品放在电暖器旁并保证电暖器底部良好通风。
3、该产品必须由本公司指定专业人员进行安装调试!4、在重新装配电暖器期间,如果一部分热绝缘部件出现损坏或磨损,则应更换该部件;5、安装前和安装中严禁通电。
6、严禁不得当安装,防止触电。
7、若出现故障必须由我公司指定人员维修更换零部件,严禁私自打开。
8、使用时若电源线损坏,必须由我公司专业维修人员进行更换。
9、严禁推拉骑坐电暖器,严防倾倒。
10、严禁老人、儿童靠近电暖器,以防烫伤。
11、卫生间使用时必须断电并远离水源。
12、电暖器在最初几次工作时可能会发出气味,属于正常现象,房间应保持良好通风。
加热几次后味道即会消失。
13、说明书应长期保留作为将来的参考。
14、电暖器与易燃材料(如窗帘和家具)之间必须保留60公分以上距离。
15、要保持电暖器平稳。
必须把电暖器放在一水平表面上,并注意避开不平整表面(例如:16、由于地毯或地砖层在电暖器下面局部突起而引起的不平整表面),保持电暖器的安放稳定性。
17、加热器的电源线应连接到触点距离大于3mm的全极断开、额定电流大于20A的空气开关上。
18.蓄热式电暖器固定及安装方法:(1)打开包装,清点配件是否齐全。
(2)将支脚用自攻螺丝钉固定,按放在电暖器底部。
(3)电暖器以支脚站稳并在理想的位置靠着墙壁,两端离墙壁最小保留75mm的空间,而立顶部的突出部分,最少余留250mm的空间,请拿去任何妨碍电暖器牢固站稳的地毡等物品,以确保电暖器牢固。
电暖器的使用程序方案

使用程序方案一、主机与遥控器的要求:1、主机要求:方形数码彩屏,7个触控式按键有“开/关、设置、档位、上调、下调、时段、定时”键。
主控板配超温保护器和室内温度传感器,要求时钟精确度高使用寿命长。
所有功能操作用主机或遥控器均可完成,无操作时15秒后屏保,屏保时按任意键显示屏点亮。
点亮后屏幕上显示设定温度,5秒后显示室内温度。
操作时,每按一次按键都能听到“嘟”的声响,表示接收到信号。
2、遥控器要求:不带显示屏的多方位红外遥控器,有7个按键“开/关、设置、档位、上调、下调、时段、定时”键。
要求遥控距离10米,其它同上。
二、使用要求1、通电:主机接通电源后听到“嘟”的长声响后表示电源接通,进入待机壮态。
待机显示logo并闪烁,屏保时显示logo长亮2、开机和关机:按“开/关”键,听到“嘟”声后表示开机。
显示屏点亮,同时加热器进入加热状态。
每次开启时故障自动检测,如发现故障会显示代码报警提示。
在开机状态下,按“开/关”键,听到“嘟”声后表示关机。
3、时间设置:按“设置”键,时钟亮启并闪动时。
按“上调”或“下调”键递增或递减调节时钟。
再按“设置”键分钟闪动,按“上调”或“下调”键递增或递减调节分钟,再按“设置”进入小时设置,然后循环。
键设置完成后按“开关”键退出。
4、档位:按“档位”键,此时“档位”图标闪动,然后按“上调”或“下调”键递增或递减调节档位(调节范围为0~2档),当加热器启动或停止工作时,加热“”图标也随之闪动或停止闪动(当超温保护停止加热时,加热图标也应停止闪动)。
5、温度设置:在不需要时段设置时,主机和遥控器均可直接按“上调”或“下调”键,递增或递减调节温度。
调节范围为5℃-45℃,出厂默认为40℃,主机正常显示为室内温度。
当温度低于设定温度3℃时,重新启动加热。
6、时段的定时开/关机和温度的捆绑设置方法:a、时段设置:按“时段”键,此时“时段”图标闪动,然后按“上调”或“下调”键,递增或递减调节任意时段(调节范围为0~9)。

1、时间调整
开机后,定时控制器即显示当前时间,如果需要调整,按上下箭头,3秒钟后,时间闪烁进入调整状态,按设置键依次调整小时、分钟。
按上下箭头调整,调整完毕再按设置键,确定或5秒钟无按键动作,自动保存。
2、蓄热时间调整
控制器可进行八个时段进行蓄热,建议用户只用一至两个时段蓄热,开机机器后,按设置键3秒钟进入设置模式。
3、手动开机调整
有特殊要求,要在非确定加热时间内启动机器加热,可以手动进行调整,这个时候电暖气将不受预先设定的时间控制,即时加热,当加热时间和预热时间重合时,则恢复预定加热开关时段,如手动时间较长,(超过6小时)仍不能并入预定时段内,请按开关建,停止加热。
数秒钟后,再按开关键开启机器,即可按原时间段工作。
蓄热式电暖气,是利用夜间(23时至次日7时)电网低谷时段的低价(北京每度电仅3角钱)电能,在6-8小时内完成电、热能量转换并贮存,在电网高峰时段,以辐射、对流的方式将贮存的热量释放出来,实现全天24小时室内供暖。
蓄热式电暖器每天只用通电6-8小时,就能实现全天24小时取暖,达到了节省取暖费用的目的。
