二、认真备课、上课，改进教学方式、注重辅导学法在集体备课的基础上，我能自觉钻研教材、研究学生，进行二次备课。
虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。
课上教态自然、讲课生动、难易适中、照顾全部，课堂就能够吸引住学生。
本人能做到每天都有积极的精神状态，让学生感受到一种积极的学习气氛。
