通常,我们工作过程中遇到最多得问题包括学生扰乱秩序、学生成绩参差不齐、题目太深奥学生听不懂等,面对这些问题,我觉得应该要这样解决:第一,面对学生扰乱课堂秩序得问题,采用暗示法,用目光引导学生得注意力回归到课堂教学中;或者采用提问法,请扰乱秩序得同学回答问题,牵动她得注意力以回归课堂;或者采用动态管理法,走进学生中提示扰乱秩序得同学注意听讲;对于个别经常扰乱课堂秩序得学生,要在课后单独进行教育。
第二,面对学生成绩参差不齐得问题,一般就是采取因材施教得做法,分层教学,尊重个体差异,避免“一刀切、齐步走”得教学方法,如对成绩好得学生多留些思考题,对成绩差得学生进行单独辅导,组织成立学习小组,合作竞争,让成绩好得学生与成绩差得学生结对帮助,提高大家得积极性.第三,面对有些题目太深奥学生听不懂得问题,要从备课时着手解决。
