Create and Manage GroupsThe Groups feature allows Instructors and students to create groups of students within a course. These Course Groups have their own area on Blackboard Learn. These spaces are equipped with tools that can assist in this collaborative process: Blogs, Wikis, Journals, file sharing and Group Assignments. Groups can be created one at a time, or in sets. After you create a group, you can edit the group’s tools, name, availability, and members.Group Enrollment MethodsInstructors can create a single group or multiple groups in which students can be enrolled manually, randomly, or by allowing the students to enroll themselves. These enrollments can be changed at any time. These groups can be linked through the Course Content page like any other Course Content item.- Manual Enroll: Allows you to assign each student in your course to a group. Manual enrollment is available for both single groups and group sets.- Random Enroll: Automatically distributes students into groups based on your settings for maximum members per group or total number of groups. This is only available for group sets.- Self-Enroll: Allows the students to enroll themselves in groups by using a sign-up sheet.This is available for both single groups and group sets.Create a Single Group1. Access the Groups page from Control Panel by selecting Users and Groups Groups2. On the Groups page, select Create.3. In the Single Group list, select Self-Enroll or Manual Enroll4. Type a name and optional description. Make the group visible to students.5. Select the Tool Availability for the group6. Enroll students in the groupo If you chose Self-Enroll, type a name and provide instructions for the sign-up sheet. 出现教学平台首页3)学生用户登录教学平台的用户名为本人学号,初始密码与用户名相同4) 在用户名输入框输入用户名如2010XXXXXXXX。

5) 在密码输入框中输入密码;6) 单击登录按钮。

初步了解教学平台——认识我的主页登录Blackboard 教学平台后页面上部会有一系列的选项卡,点击不同的选项,可见不同的内容,了解一个选项卡下的内容,对您能够尽快使用该教学平台将有很大帮助。

1.我的主页登录Blackboard 教学平台后,首先看到的应是默认的选项卡“我的主页”,在此选项卡下用户可以看到自己可用的工具,自己学习的课程,系统及相关课程最新的通知,以及系统提供的日程表及快速指南等模块2.认识选项卡是平台内划分不同区域的标识。

位于 Blackboard 教学平台的左上方。

作为学生用户可以看到的选项卡有:我的主页,课程、院系工具● 我的主页:汇集了教师用户所教授和参与的课程信息以及可以使用的一些工具。

● 课程:汇集了我校Blackboard 教学平台现有的所有在线课程。

工具栏 选项卡 注销按钮 模块3、模块模块是平台内基本功能组合,通过这些模块课直接访问某些功能。

比如,“我的课程”显示用户的所有课程(注册为学生的课程);“我的通知”显示平台上所有和用户有关的通知。

A Word document that lists the questions for the SAGE premium videosYou may use the Media Guide as a quick reference to help you review and select media assets and assessments for use in your course.16) What if my Coursepack file un-Zips automatically after I download it?On Macs, Zip files will automatically un-Zip upon download. Be sure that the file you import into Blackboard is the correct format. It should be a Zip file, so this may mean you will need to re-Zip the file prior to importing.17) Why are my tests out of order when I go to deploy them?Due to a limitation in Blackboard, tests are not shown in alphanumerical order when they’re being deployed. Unfortunately you’ll have to search the list of tests to find the ones you’d like to deploy. You may try using Ctrl+F (PC) or [open apple]+F (Mac) to search for the test you need.18) When I edit a question in a test or a pool, are my updates saved everywhere?If questions in a pool are linked to the corresponding questions in a test, any edits you make to a question in one location will automatically be made to the question in the other location. For example, if you edit question #1 in the Chapter 3 Pre-Test in “Pools”, and those questions are linked to the corresponding questions in the Chapter 3 Pre-Test in “Tests”, then your edits to question #1 will automatically be made in “Tests” as well. If questions are not linked, then you will need to edit the question in both “Tests” and “Pools” in order for the changes to be reflected in both places.。
