The credit shall be available aga inst Seller' draft draw n at sight on theope ning bank for 100% in voice value accompa nied by the shipp ing docume nts specified in Clause 10 hereof. Payme nt shall be effected by the ope ning bank by telegraphic tran sfer aga inst prese ntati on to them the aforesaid draft and docume nts. The letter of credit shall be valid un til the 30 th day of the date of shipme nt in the locality of the ben eficiary.买方应在收到卖方按合同第11章所述的发货通知后，通过买方开户银行开出一份金额为100%合同总金额的以卖方为受益人的不可撤销的即期信用证给卖方。
