[非常故事]袁世凯的职场之道袁世凯年轻时非常仰慕李鸿章,为了能在李氏集团谋得一个职位,他一边刻苦读兵书,一边勤奋练武,做好了充分准备。

可惜,李氏集团的招聘要求非常高,首要条件就是举人以上学历。

袁世凯只拿了个拔贡的文凭,两次参加高考都名落孙山。

没有文凭这块敲门砖,只能望李氏的大门而兴叹。

后来,得知李鸿章的部下吴长庆招聘,没有学历限制。

虽然对方远在山东,而且只是李氏集团的一家分公司,袁世凯还是毫不犹豫地递了简历,虽然文凭不高,但兵法武器样样精通,于是,袁世凯被顺利录取了。

到新公司没多久,藩属国朝鲜发生宫廷政变,在朝鲜国王的请求下,清政府令吴长庆率兵征讨。

终于等来一个展示自己的机会,袁世凯主动请缨,要求做先锋,打头阵。

在这场战斗中,袁世凯英勇无比,不怕累,不怕苦,时时刻刻冲在最前面,而且善于用兵,总是能调动大家的积极性。

在他的带领下,很快就取得了战争的胜利。

当然,这一战,最重要的是让清政府看到了他卓越的军事才能,顺理成章地委任他为通商大臣暨朝鲜总督,驻扎在朝鲜,管理一切日常事务。

顺利升职后,袁世凯并没有懈怠,仍努力练兵,并成功击退觊觎朝鲜的日军,再次展现了自己的军事才能,巩固了自己的地位。

后来,中日战争爆发,袁世凯从朝鲜撤兵,回到天津。

不久,他听说张之洞要编练新军,并且已经得到朝廷的许可,对于作为武将的袁世凯来说,这可是个千载难逢的好机会,若能在新军中谋个职位,就向权力中心靠近了一步。

可是,他跟张之洞又不熟,万一对方不肯接受自己怎么办呢?为了保险起见,袁世凯立即动身,进京求见军机大臣翁同龢,大谈自己的练兵计划与设想,说得翁同龢连连点头,觉得这个年轻人见识非凡,确实有才。

于是,袁世凯知兵的美名就这样传开了,连他仰慕的李鸿章都对他赞赏有加。

后来,翁同龢和李鸿章将这个不可多得的军事人才举荐给了张之洞,编练新军正是用人之际,况且是个军事人才,那就更得重用了。

于是,袁世凯成了定武军的将领,这是一支新建陆军,有七千人之多。

读写任务概要导与练之记述文写作方法—串联要素法记叙文的概要, 一般包括记叙文的六个要素(who; when; where; what; how; why), 也就是考生应先通读阅读短文,找出这六个要素,然后用自己的话将这六个要素串成一两句话即可。

当然, 不一定每篇记叙文都包含这六个要素,但“某人做了某事, 结果如何”是应当包括的。

因此, 要写好概要, 须找到以下两个问题的答案:(1) 谁做了什么?(who did what)(2) 结果如何?(what was the result)如果是夹叙夹议的文章, 还要加上这个故事给人们的启示或教育。

在写作过程中还注意以下几点:(1)由于字数限制为大约30个词, 我们不一定要使用The story tells us或者The author/The passageshows us that等开头套语。

(2)时态应与原文时态一致。

(3)一般以第三人称的形式来表述。

如I要变成The writer, he/she等。

(4)可选用以下句式开头。

The passage/story is about...The author tells us a story about a...The passage is a story about...In order to... sb. did sth. / sth. happened.
