1、《系统工程理论与实践》（月刊）是由中国科学技术协会主管、中国系统工程学会主办的集系统科学、管理科学、信息科学等为一体的综合科技期刊，创刊于1981年3月，每月25日出版，国内外公开发行。
国内统一连续出版物号：CN11-2267/N，国际标准连续出版物号：ISSN1000-6788，邮发代号：2-305。
《系统工程理论与实践》创刊以来，形成了科学性强、权威度高、影响力大、覆盖面广的刊物特色。
编委会始终坚持严格审稿和理论联系实践的原则，坚持为作者和读者服务的精神，坚持规范化出版和科学、严谨、高效、求实的工作态度，树立了良好的社会形象，得到国内外同行的广泛认可。
近年来收稿量不断增长，刊发的论文质量很高，影响越来越大，成为系统工程与系统科学和管理科学等领域最有影响力的杂志之一。

2、《系统工程学报》是由中国系统工程学会主办，天津大学承办的全国性一级学术刊物，主要刊登高质量的系统工程理论、方法和应用及综述性论文，内容包括复杂系统及大规模系统理论、方法及应用，系统建模、预测、控制、优化、评价与决策及运筹学的各个分支领域，有关的人工智能技术在系统工程中的应用以及系统工程领域中的新概念、新原理、新方法等。

第一级-T类：特种刊物，往往是指《SCIENCE》和《NATURE》、《CELL》世界顶级期刊。
第二级-A类：权威的核心期刊，指的是国际通用的SCIE、EI、ISTP、SSCI、A&HCI收录检索系统的刊物，在国内外认可度都是很高的。
第三级-B类：重要核心刊物，比如国外核心期刊《国外科技核心期刊手册》或国内同一学科的中文核心期刊中具有重要影响的刊物。
第四级-C类：一般核心刊物，北大核心期刊，南大核心期刊，cscd核心期刊，国内核心数量较多。
第五级-D类：一般公开刊物，国内公开发行的刊物(有期刊号“CN”“ISSN”，有邮发代号)，比如国内的省级期刊，国家级期刊。

SCI/EI/SSCI/CSSCI——南京昂氏原点企业管理咨询有限公司研究部LRB整理1、什么是SCI？SCI是美国《科学引文索引》的英文简称，其全称为：Science Citation Index,，创刊于1961年，它是根据现代情报学家加菲尔德(Engene Garfield) 1953年提出的引文思想而创立的。
时至今日加菲尔德仍是SCI主编之一。
SCI是由ISI （Institute for Scientific Information Inc.）美国科学情报所出版。
现为双月刊。
ISI除了出版SCI外，还有联机型据SCISEARCH。
ISTP（Index to Scientific ＆Technical Proceeding）也由其出版。
SCI是一部国际性的检索刊物，包括有：自然科学、生物、医学、农业、技术和行为科学等，主要侧重基础科学。
所选用的刊物来源于94个类、40多个国家、SO多种文字，这些国家主要有美国、英国、荷兰、德国、俄罗斯、法国、日本、加拿大等，也收录一定数量的中国刊物。
2、什么是EI？美国《工程索引》其英文全称为The Engineering Index,简称EI，是由美国工程情报公司(The Engineering Information Inc)编辑出版的一部著名的综合性检索工具，于1884年创刊，其出版形式包括印刷版期刊、光盘版及联机数据库，现在还发行了互连网上Web版数据库。
EI所报导的文献，学科覆盖面很广，涉及工程技术方面的各个领域，但属于纯理论方面的基础学科文献一般不予报导。
EI报导的文献资料是经过有关专家、教授精选的，具有较高的参考价值，是世界各国工程技术人员、研究人员、科技情报人员经常使用的检索工具之一。
EI名为“索引”，实际上是一种文摘刊物。
文摘比较简短，一般是一两百字的指示性文摘，指明文章的目的、方法、结果和应用等方面，不涉及具体的技术资料。
EI收录的文摘主要摘自世界各国的科技期刊和会议文献，少量摘自图书、科技报告、学位论文和政府出版物。

附件六 SCI SSCI ISTP EI ISR CSSCI简介科学引文索引是从文献之间的引证关系上，揭示科学文献之间的内在联系和逻辑。
通过引文的统计与分析，从一个侧面揭示和了解学术发展的基本走向、基本脉络以及原创思想的发展趋势。
一、《科学引文索引》（SCI）《科学引文索引》（Science Citation Index,简称SCI）是美国科学情报研究所（Institute Scientific Information，简称ISI，）出版的一种世界著名的综合性科技引文检索刊物。
该刊于1963年创刊，原为年刊，1966年改为季刊，1979年改为双月刊。
多年来，SCI数据库不断发展，已经成为当代世界最重要的大型数据库，被列在国际著名检索系统之首。
成为目前国际上最具权威性的、基础研究和应用基础研究成果评价的重要工具。
一个国家、一个科研机构、一所高校、一种期刊乃至一个研究人员被SCI 收录的数量及被引用次数，反映出这个国家、机构、高校、期刊及个人的研究水平与学术水平，尤其是基础研究的水平。
SCI报道的核心内容不是原始文献，而是原始文献所附的参考文献。
它通过先期的文献被当前文献的引用，来说明文献之间的相关性及先前文献对当前文献的影响力。
主要由“引文索引”（Citation Index），“来源索引”（Source Index），“轮排主题索引”（Permuterm Subject Index）等部分组成。
它收录全世界出版的数学、理物、化学、农业、林业、医学、生物、环境、材料、工程技术、行为科学等自然科学领域的核心期刊约3500余种，扩展版收录期刊5800余种。
其中物理、化学和生物学方面的文献量较大。
SCI有自己严格的选刊标准和评估程序，依次每年对入选的期刊进行评价和调整，从而做到其收录的文献能全面反映全世界最重要、最有影响力的研究成果。
收录的文献类型包括：期刊、会议录、图书、科技报告和专利文献。
SCI每年还出版“期刊引用报告”（Journal Citation Reports简称JCR）。
校科研成果认定及奖励标准
（3）C级期刊。以JCR为依据，没有列入A级和B级的其他SSCI期刊和JCR分区中SCI三区、四区的所有期刊。
B3级奖是指其他省部级科学研究优秀成果奖（科学技术类/人文社科类）三等奖。

学术专著是指就某一专题进行系统研究并提出自己独立见解的专门性著作。在国际知名出版社（如：Springer-Verlag（施普林格），Random House（兰登书屋），Elsevier（爱思唯尔）等）出版的外文学术专著认定为A级、全国百佳出版社出版的学术专著认定为B级、其它公开出版的学术专著认定为C级。
1．基本依据。人文社会科学类期刊以南京大学社会科学评价中心发布的《中文社会科学引文索引》（简称CSSCI）为基本依据，以北京大学《中文核心期刊要目总览》为补充；自然科学类期刊以中国科学院文献情报中心与中国学术期刊电子杂志社联合开发的《中国科学引文数据库》（简称CSCD）为基本依据。
2．中文期刊分级。中文期刊目录分为A级、B级、C级、D级和E级。
3．符合学术规范要求。本办法给予奖励的所有成果均必须符合学术规范的要求。存在学术不端行为的成果不属计奖范围。已经给予奖励的成果，如发现存在学术不端行为，学校将追回计发的相关奖励。
第三条认定范围及奖励对象
1．科研成果主要包括学术论文、科研课题、科研获奖、学术专著、专利和研究报告等科研活动产生的成果。
2. 社会服务成果是指科研活动服务于社会实践而产生的应用对策类研究成果，包括咨询报告、调研报告和政策建议等。
3．C级研究报告，奖励1万元；
