本项目旨在研究涉及中国文化特色词的翻译方法，为译者能够更好地翻译中国文化特色词提供参考指导，促进中国特色文化的输出和传播。
【关键词】中国文化 特色词语 翻译愈来愈多的西方学者意识到中国不再是“失声的中国”，中国文化的强势，让他们把目光转移到汉语研究上，随着中国与世界各国关系的友好和融洽，以及国外孔子学院的遍地开花，掀起了一股又一股“中华热”与“汉语热”。

具有中国特色的新词语反映了我国特有的事物和现象，蕴含中国民族特色，其翻译具有自身的特殊性，即具有“实效性、创造性和不可替换性”等特点。
因此，相对应的英译几乎没有任何先例可供借鉴，这就需要译者的独创。
同时，由于外译的需要，新词语翻译的实效性就显得尤为重要。
但由于译文的受众目标，多为母语为非汉语的外国读者，因此，信息的反馈比较滞后，难以针对读者的接受度对问题译词进行改译或打磨润色，错译、误译就在所难免。
因此，具有中国文化特色词语的翻译理论及其策略研究还有很大的不足，值得我们不断地去打磨和探索，用承优和创新的精神去填补空白。

1.中国特色词汇英译的研究现状所谓中国特色词汇，就是那些表达在政治、经济、军事、科技、艺术、教育、伦理道德等方面具有中国独特事物的词语，承载着中国五千多年文化内涵和传播中国特色的词语。
国外对中国特色词汇英译的研究最早可追溯到20世纪90年代。
西方学者对中国特色词汇英译的研究是从中式英语和中国英语的概念和特点开始的。
之后越来越多的外国人和主流媒体频繁地使用中国特色词汇，如《纽约时报》、《泰晤士报》等，这些杂志报纸上的中国特色词汇的翻译大多采用了异化的翻译方式。
近几年来，国内学者们对中国特色词汇英译的研究主要集中在中国外宣文的翻译，研究视角多是目的论、功能对等理论、顺应论、归化、异化策略等。

中国特色词汇是中国特有的文化现象，这些词汇的准确翻译直接影响着我国的多个方面。
在二十一世纪初期，我国就对中国特色词汇进行了翻译方面的研究。
本文从中国特色词汇的定义和分类进行出发，并对中国特色词汇在翻译过程之中出现的翻译方法进行了叙述，将翻译过程之中使用到了音译方法、直译方法、直译加注释方法、音译加注释方法以及意译方法进行就全面的介绍，将其中包含的差异进行解释，从而为中国特色词汇的发展提供了依据。
一、中国特色词汇的定义和分类（一）定义在二十世纪八十年代，葛传椝最早将“中国英语”概念进行了提出。
他认为不论是传统的旧中国还是新中国，在表达过程之中会将我国传统特有的一些事物进行表达的。
例如，古代的科举考试、翰林院，近代的五四运动、德先生和赛先生等等，这些词汇在英语民族之中都不是常用的词汇，这些词汇可以成为“中国英语”。
由于“中国英语”的出现，将中国的传统文化进行了有效的传播。
中国英语和其他国家的英语进行比较，例如英国、美国或者是加拿大等等，中国音乐具有一定的合理性，表达方式也非常的合理。
很多学者对中国英语有着一定的界定，将中国英语作为规范英语为中心，将中国社会文化中的特定事物进行充分的表达，不会受到汉语母语的影响，采取音译和语义的方法将中国英语增加到英语交际之中，这就是中国特色词汇。

葛传椝对中国英语的贡献主要有以下几点：第一点，中国英语和其他国家的英语有着相同的地方，由于中国英语具有客观的特点，在长时间发展之中不会衰落。
政治文献中中国特色词汇的翻译
出不穷，汉语语言的发展也得到了极大的丰富，诞生了一大批具有典型中国特色的汉语新词或表达法。
这些特殊词汇或表达法语言生动活泼，形式简洁明了，内涵含蓄丰富，反映了中国社会在各个时期独特的社会文化现象，涵盖政治、经济、文化、社会、外交、艺术、科技、网络、教育、日常生活等方方面面，成为人们了解—个时代的“晴雨表”。
政治方面，如“一国两制”、“两手抓９９、Ｕ三个代表”、“三下乡”、“三讲教育”、“八荣八耻”、“公款消费”、“节日腐败”、“双规”、“地方粮票”等；经济方面，如“包产到户”、“练摊”、“倒爷”、“假日经济”、“黄金周”、“出口创汇”、“下岗”、“回扣”等；教育方面，如“高考移民”、“高考状元”、“保送生”、“特长生”、“自费生”、“普九工程”、“希望工程”、“素质教育”等；社会现象方面，如“小姐”、“托儿”、“红包”、“啃老族９９、４１毕婚族”、“超女”、“哈日９５、“粉丝”、“包二奶”、“弱势群体”等。
这些词中，有些是旧有词汇被赋予了新义，有些是外来词汇进行了中国化改造，有些是根据汉语特点新造出来的词汇。
从总体上看，这些特色词汇反映了汉语构词灵活，内涵丰富的特点，很难在英语中找到意思一致的词汇或表达，因此，给译者带来极大的困难，尤其是在政治文献的翻译中。

三、政治文献翻译的特点及其要求政治文献是对外宣传的重要组成部分，其主要功能可以分为宣传、劝说、号召和表达四大类。
ＰｅｔｅｒＮｅｗｍａｒｋ（２００１）根据不同文本的主要功能将文本分成三大类：表达型文本（ｅｘｐｒｅｓｓｉｖｅｔｅｘｔ）、信息型文本（ｉｎｆｏｒｍａｔｉｖｅｔｅｘｔ）和呼唤型文本（ｖｏｃａｔｉｖｅｔｅｘｔ）。
