3.1检验类型检验和试验的程度与等级的分类。
3.2雇主员工按一定的规章制度为其工作的组织。
注:雇主可能是钢管制造商或供应商,也可能是一个可以提供无损检验服务的第三方机构。

d —给定的内径;d min —给定的最小内径; T min —给定的最小壁厚; D c —计算的外径; d c —计算的内径; T c —计算的壁厚; TC —检验类型5分类与命名 5.1分类根据EN 10020中的分类方法, P195GH 、P235GH 和P265GH 钢级归类为非合金钢,其他的钢级规定为特殊合金钢。
5.2命名5.2.1 本标准中包括的钢种的命名包括: ——本标准号(EN 10216-2:2002);加上:——EN 10027-1和CR10260中规定的钢的名称,或EN10027-2中规定的钢的序数。
5.2.2非合金钢的名称构成包括: —表示压力的大写字母P ;—钢管壁厚小于16㎜时,给定的室温最小屈服强度,单位MPa (见表4): —高温符号GH 。
5.2.3合金钢的名称由元素成分(见表2)和热处理代号(见表1第三列和注脚3)组成。
6 定货信息 6.1必要信息购方应在询价和订货时提供以下信息: a)数量(总重量,总长度或总支数); b)词汇“钢管”;c)尺寸(外径D 和壁厚S 或选表11中的系列尺寸)(见表6); d) EN 10216-2中规定的钢号; e)非合金钢的检验类型。
6.2可选信息EN 10216-2中规定了一系列可选信息,现将这些信息列在下面。
如果购方在询单时没有提出要求执行以下的可选信息,则供方按一般要求供应钢管(见6.1)。

6.3订单示例 6.3.1 示例1 EN 10026-2标准, 材质P265GH, 外径为168.3㎜, 壁厚为4.5㎜的无缝钢管100吨, 检验类型1,提供EN 10204 3.1C 证.100吨—钢管—168.3×4.5—EN 10216-2—P265GH —TC1—选择要求13: 3.1C 证 6.3.2 示例2EN 10026标准, 材质10CrMo9-10,最小内径为240㎜,最小壁厚为40㎜的无缝钢管100吨, 检验类型1,提供EN 10204 3.1C 证.100吨—钢管—d min 240×T min 40—EN 10216-2—10CrMo9-10—选择要求13: 3.1C 证7 制造过程 7.1炼钢工艺炼钢工艺由制造厂自行选择.7.2脱氧过程管坯必须是全镇静钢.7.3钢管生产和交货条件7.3.1所有无损检验必须是由雇主授权并具有1、2或3级资格证书的人员操作。
操作人员的资格认证必须符合EN 10256或与其相当的标准的要求。
推荐使用按照EN 473标准取得的3级证书或与其相当的其他3级证书。
雇主授权操作必须形成书面文件程序。
无损检验操作应由得到雇主批准的NDT3级证人员授权。
注:1、2和3级的定义应符合相关标准要求,如EN 473或EN 10256(制定中)。
7.3.2钢管必须是由无缝钢管生产工艺生产。
如果没有规定按可选项1进行生产,则 钢管制造商可自行选择按热状态或冷状态交货。
词汇“热加工”和“冷加工” 系钢管按7.3.3要求进行热处理之前的状态。
选择要求1:钢管在热处理前必须是经过冷加工状态。
7.3.3钢管应按表1规定进行相关的热处理后交货。
w ww .b zf xw .c o注a: +=正火,+NT=正火+回火,+QT=淬火+回火(空冷或水冷),+I=等温退火。
注b:正火包括正火成形。
注c :对这类钢种,当其管体壁厚大于25㎜或T/D >0.15时,为获得预期的结构与材料性能,可能有必要进行淬火加回火处理。
制造厂自行决定进行(N+T )还是(Q+T )热处理,但应在询价或订货时予以声明。
这类钢种如进行(Q+T )热处理,其钢号后应附加“+QT ”符号。
8 要求8.1一般要求若钢管按7.3条要求的状态供货,并按9,10,11条要求进行了检验,即认为钢管符合本标准的要求。
另外,还需满足EN10021规定的一般交货技术条件。
钢管应能进行适当的冷弯或热弯加工。
当订单中规定钢管的内径(d ),最小内径(d min )和最小壁厚(T min )时,可用下列公式计算外径D c ,内径d c 和壁厚T c ,用以代替D, d, T 并满足8.4.1.4,10.2.2.2,11.3,11.8.1,11.9,11.11.4,12.1,表1及其注脚c ,表4,5,8,10,13,14的相关要求:w ww .b zf xw .c oD c = d+2T (1) D c = d min + (d min 容差 / 2)+2 T (2) d c = d min +(d min 容差 / 2) (3) T c = T min +(T min 容差 / 2) (4) 容差规定见表8,9,10。

NDT operations shall be authorised by level 3 NDT individual approved by the employer.NOTEThe definition of level 1, 2 and 3 can be found in appropriate Standards, e.g. EN 473 and prEN 102567.3.2 The tubes shall be manufactured by a seamless process.Unless option 1 is specified, the tubes may be either hot or cold finished at the discretion of the manufacturer. The terms hot finished and cold finished apply to the condition of the tube before it is heat treated in accordance with7.3.3.Option 1: The tubes shall be cold finished before heat treatment. 7.3.3The tubes shall be supplied in the relevant heat treatment conditions as specified in Table 1.8 REQUIREMENTS8.1 GeneralWhen supplied in a delivery condition indicated in clause 7.3 and inspected in accordance with clauses 9, 10 and 11, the tubes shall conform to the requirements of this Part of EN 10216.In addition, the general technical delivery requirements specified in EN 10021 shall apply.Tubes shall be suitable for hot and cold bending provided the bending is carried out in an appropriate manner. 9 检验 9.1 检验类型 按 EN 10216 标准供货的管子,合同要求符合性的检查: -对于 TR1 质量级钢管,进行常规检验; -对于 TR2 质量级钢管,进行特殊检验。 对于 TR2 质量级钢管,当检验文件 3.1.B 被指定时,材料制造厂应在订单中明确说明:是否 按欧共体内建立的授权机构所认证的“质量保证体系”进行操作,是否已对材料进行了明确 的评估。 注:见欧盟 97/23/EC 指令附录 I 中 4.3 节的第 3 段。 选项 9:应对 TR1 质量级钢管,进行特殊检验。 9.2 检验文件 9.2.1 检验文件的类型 应按 EN 10204 签发下列检验文件: -对于 TR1 质量级钢管,试验报告 2.2; -对于 TR2 质量级钢管。检验合格证书 3.1.B。 选项 10:应签发下列检由需方指定验文件之一: -对于 TR1 质量级钢管,如果要求特殊检验,检验文件类型 3.1A、3.1B、3.1C 或 3.2;
