In fact, sustainable business practices can lead to long-term economic growth and competitiveness. Companies that prioritize sustainability can reduce operational costs through energy efficiency measures, waste reduction, and sustainable supply chain management. Additionally, sustainable businesses often attract environmentally conscious consumers, leading to increased brand loyalty and market share. Types of SustainabilityThe four types of sustainability include human, economic, social, and environmental. All four are required to maintain the entirety of life on Earth. Although interconnected, it is important to note the differences of each in terms of its nature and requirements.Types of Sustainability / HumanThe very basic need of human sustainability is good reproductive health and safe childbearing. Those that reproduce have the responsibility of caring for their children, giving them access to proper education, and promoting their health and wellness. At some point, the children should have enough skills and knowledge such that they can sustain their own way of life. It is at that point that they become considered as productive human capital as well as individuals that can go through the process of reproduction and rearing. As long as this process is maintained at a rate that all human systems can support, human sustainability should be no cause for concern.Types of Sustainability / EconomicIn simple terms, economic sustainability is having a set amount of capital for a certain period. Those who consume that capital must also conserve it so that they will continue to enjoy it towards the end of the specified period. This means that we must preserve all our resources as we consume them so that human beings in the future can enjoy them as well. To achieve this, we must regenerate our resources at a rate that is equal to or faster than our consumption.Types of Sustainability / SocialSocial capital is an important aspect of sustainability because it is through communities and civil societies that humankind can easily and inexpensively work together. Without proper levels of social capital, it can easily deplete and violence as well as mistrust can take over. When that happens, societies and everything else that depends on them will be destroyed. Through proper maintenance of and adherence to laws, rules, and values that societies have developed for the common good, social sustainability can be achieved.Types of Sustainability / EnvironmentalEnvironmental sustainability is important because it involves natural resources that human beings need for economic or manufactured capital. Materials taken from nature are used for solutions that address human needs. If nature is depleted faster than it can regenerate, human beings will be left without raw materials.Furthermore, environmental sustainability also involves ensuring that waste emissions are at volumes that nature can handle. If not, all humans and other living things on Earth can be harmed to the point of extinction.可持续性分类四种可持续性包括人类可持续性,经济可持续性,社会可持续性和环境可持续性。

Theoretical Framework
1.Social Sustainability
The impact of social sustainability on organizational behavior is significant. Social sustainability affects procedures within the organization, including the presentation of individual specific behav-ioral policies and policies that impact behavioral outcomes with the control of others through max-imizing positive outcomes and minimizing negative outcomes (Delgado, Gunasekaran, & Mani, 2019). These procedures must come from the study of thematic areas, such as self-presentation, in-terpersonal influence, organizational politics and impression management (Delgado, Gunasekaran, & Mani, 2019). However, in order to assess our current knowledge base or identify gaps and areas for further investigation, few efforts have been made to combine this work. This paper critically an-alyzes and reviews the theory and research of the social impact process in the workplace, especially emphasizes the human resource systems, and organizes it according to the content, location, object and way of influence. In this process, we find out the neglected areas, involving the challenges of theoretical construction and the key problems which need empirical research.
Social sustainability affects the organizational design of an enterprise, and the organizational struc-tures should be adapted to the corporate environment; what is more, social impact is an important part of it (Dubois & Dubois, 2012). The significance and usability of utilizing social efforts with the help of the Internet raises the uncertainty of business conditions, which is characterized by huge risks and huge returns. Some companies may choose to adopt more flexible and responsive business units to deal with this problem. One technique might be to adopt a matrix structure in which busi-ness settings are divided by function and several other criteria so that it can bring together employ-ees from two different departments in one team to deal with specific tasks. By implementing this approach, organizations can improve responsiveness through founding a professional logistic team and increase efficiency by having a specialized logistic units.
(Caridi, Ciccullo, Gosling, Pero, & Purvis, 2018).
2. Environmental Sustainability
It is worth noting that the current knowledge, social and economic environment has led to wide-spread acceptance of environmental sustainability as one of the most important issues in the tempo-rary workplace (Colicchia, Creazza, & Evangelisata, 2017).
Increasingly stringent environmental laws, legislation, and social pressure has been placed on or-ganizations to raise awareness and responsibility for the environment in order to actively promote environmental improvement with their partners in the supply chain. The market impact of large corporate customers on suppliers are obvious (Barbosa-Povoa, Carvalho, Gomes, & Mota, 2015). Private and public sector organizations are increasingly aware of the potential environmental impact of the goods and services provided to them. With the enhancement of customer environmental awareness, good environmental protection practices have become a key factor in the selection of material suppliers. Recent research suggests that there may not be a conflict between meeting envi-ronmental performance needs and improving profitability. However, many organizations find it dif-ficult to address complex issues related to the exchange and implementation of environmental poli-cies and practices throughout their supply networks. The main reasons are the diversity of trading partners involved in its supply chain and the integration of the "environment" with the exit of or-ganizational mentality, culture and system complexity. (Bask, Laari, Ojala, Rajahonka, Solakivi, & Toyli, 2018).
In the interim economy, environmental sustainability is now a key goal for most supply chain man-agers because it is not only environmentally beneficial, but can also be achieved by reducing opera-tional costs. Ensure that new customer revenue and improved business performance are directly linked to the bottom line To achieve the goal of environmental sustainability, supply partners
should consider their operations, innovations, and compliance within the supply chain management (Dam & Petkova, 2014).。
