Based on five-year's data,this paper analyzed the changes of regional distribution. The ranking positions,business distributions and amount of Chinese mainland contractors on the list are analyzed. The changes of ranking positions,amounts and business incomings are analyzed. The operation situation of Top 10 global contractors and Chinese mainland contractors are analyzed. 行业研究2015年9月17日世界经济下行对国际工程业造成巨大冲击——2015年度全球最大250家国际承包商业绩述评2014年是国际金融危机爆发之后的第6年，发达经济体经济运行分化加剧，发展中经济体增长放缓，世界经济复苏依旧艰难曲折。
国际货币基金组织、世界银行均先后多次下调2014世界经济增长预计。
乌克兰危机的久拖不决及其引发的西方国家对俄罗斯的经济制裁、西非埃博拉疫情蔓延以及中东地区局势的持续紧张和动荡对世界经济也产生了负面的影响，而自6月以来的因产能过剩引发的原油价格连续暴跌更成为2014年经济增长乏力的最好注脚。
这样不利的外部形势对国际工程市场造成了巨大的冲击，大多数承包商经营业绩难言满意。
据统计，2014年国际《工程新闻记录》（ENR）全球最大250家国际承包商在海外市场完成营业收入总额达5212亿美元，同比下降4.1%。
在经历了2011年和2012年两年的强劲复苏后，承包商250强海外收入5年来首次出现下降。
国际工程市场概览从全球来看，国际承包商的最大的几个市场区域仍然是亚太、欧洲和中东，占比分别达到26%、19%和15%。
非洲地区也达到13.6%，逐渐与中东市场接近。
从全球各大地区业务增长来看，2014年全球承包商整体上只在两个区域保持增长势头。
非洲地区成为今年国际工程市场的最大亮点。
美国市场也实现了5%同比增长。
其他所有市场均有不同程度的下降。
2010年以来，非洲市场是受金融危机影响最小的地区。
其中，南部非洲市场是连续5年保持连续增长的唯一区域。
2014年更是成为增长最快的市场，增长率达11%。
北非地区受“阿拉伯之春”事件的冲击，在2011年和2012年有了较大的降幅，但2013年后强势复苏，2014年又再次实现了11%的增长。
美国虽然是金融危机的发源地，但美国最早从经济危机的打击下恢复过来，正独自扛起发达经济体复苏的大旗。
美国已成为全世界最大的PPP市场，房建市场也再度活跃，很多欧洲承包商纷纷将开发美国市场作为新的增长点。

全球经济总体下滑——2015年ENR国际承包商250强分析文|卢旖娜鲁班咨询继2008年，2015年国际承包商250强海外市场收入总额再现拐点，全球经济总体下滑，中国承包商该如何应对海外市场，谋求生存和发展时的残酷竞争？近日，美国《工程新闻纪录》（ENR）揭晓了2015年全球最大250家国际承包商榜单，其中去年的235家国际承包商依然在榜单中。
根据今年的排名，2015年全球最大250家国际承包商海外营业总额共计5212.0亿美元，较2014年的5439.7亿美元下降4.2%，其中，45.1%的企业业绩下滑；海外新签合同总额5810.0亿美元，较2014年的6287.0亿美元下降17.0%。
全球经济总体再现下滑拐点。
非洲地区持续增长，营业总额较去年的622.4亿美元，增长了13.9%，是海外业绩的主要来源地。
中国承包商表现不俗，较2014年新增3家，今年共65家企业入围，数量达到了有史以来的最高水平，共完成海外营业额895.5亿美元。
中国交通建设集团有限公司以158.3亿美元的海外营业额雄踞榜首。
市场总体规模分析：全球经济总体下滑从国际承包市场海外市场收入规模的变化来看，国际承包商250强海外市场收入总额近10年的波动如图1所示。
在经历2008~2010年的低迷之后，至2013年，国际承包市场的规模重新回到了上升通道。
而2014年，国际承包商海外市场收入总额继2008年，再一次出现拐点，全球经济总体下滑。
深刻地反映出工程企业在海外市场谋求生存和发展时所面临的残酷竞争。

2019年度ENR国际承包商250强解析
近日，美国《工程新闻记录》 （ENR）公布了2019年度250家国际承包商榜单。
本文根据上榜企业2018年的国际营业额情况，从总体概况、区域格局调整、业务领域变动、中国企业（文中中国企业均指中国内地企业）表现以及行业展望等几个方面对上榜企业榜单进行分析和总结。
国际工程市场缓慢复苏2018年，全球经济处于深度调整期，多边主义和自由贸易体制受到冲击，政策的不确定性和地缘政治风险居高不下，国际承包工程企业面临的各类挑战加剧。
从ENR 公布的榜单来看，面对复杂多变的国际市场环境，国际承包商艰难开拓市场，国际工程市场开始缓慢复苏。
250家上榜企业在2018年国际营业总额4872.9亿美元，较上年增长1.0%，连续两年实现增长（图1）；国际新签合同额6048.0亿美元，较上年增长12.9%。
按各国上榜企业国际营业总额来看（根据ENR250强榜单显示，此处统计不包括北极/南极或未分配的部分合计3.6亿美元。
），2018年中国企业实现国际营业额1189.7亿美元，同比增长4.3%，占250家上榜企业国际营业总额的24.4%，较上年提升0.7个百分点。
西班牙企业以687.1亿美元列第2位，占14.1%；法国企业以426.0亿美元列第3位，占8.7%；美国企业则以342.4亿美元列第4位，占7.0%。

国际工程承包市场现状
20世纪90年代以来，随着科学技术的进步和各国经济的飞速发展，国际工程承包市场遍及世界各地。
就目前来看，世界上已形成了亚太、中东、欧洲、非洲、北美和拉美六大地区工程承包市场。
其中,亚太、欧洲、北美地区市场规模较大,集中了大部分的国际承包商。
（一）亚太市场亚太市场是指亚洲和太平洋地区，包括东南亚、西北亚、东亚、南亚和澳大利亚、新西兰等地区。
1996年，亚太地区成为世界第一大市场。
但受1997年的东南亚金融危机影响,1998年全球最大的225家承包商在这一市场的营业额下降了86亿美元。
1999-2000年，市场明显复苏,其中马来西亚、新加坡、菲律宾、泰国的石化工程市场尤为活跃，韩国的建筑业投资增长较快，南亚承包市场呈发展趋势。
由于2001年美国对阿富汗反恐军事打击以及2002年印度尼西亚巴喱岛恐怖袭击事件，亚太工程承包市场又再度受到一定的影响。
近几年，亚太地区工程承包市场增长较快，特别是中国、印度、韩国、越南等国经济的持续增长，是亚太地区建筑业增长最快的国家.2007年，全球225家最大的工程承包商在该地区的营业额为554亿美元，较上年增长37.9%；2008年继续保持23。

3亿美元.德国对亚太地区工程承包市场贡献最大，2008年亚洲地区工程承包市场前十大国际工程承包商中，前两名均为德国的工程承包商。
在未来较长时间内，由于亚太地区持续高速发展的经济和这种高速发展对基础设施的迫切需求,会使亚太地区成为世界最重要的工程承包市场之一。
(二）中东市场中东市场是20世纪70年代中期随着该地区石油美元收入的不断增加而发展起来的一个新市场.进入20世纪80年代后，由于中东各产油国石油收入锐减，以及两伊和海湾战争的冲击,该承包市场出现明显萎缩。
战争结束后，战后重建及其他中东国家基础设施建设的大规模展开,给中东市场带来了活力。
中东市场于1998年时是世界第四大市场.但是,2000—2004年,中东市场出现许多不确定因素:一是社会稳定问题；二是地区冲突，特别是以色列和巴勒斯坦间的冲突使该地区局势持续动荡,经济和投资都受到严重冲击；三是美国对伊拉克的大规模军事行动和占领,对中东市场带来很大的不利影响.2007年，全球225家最大的工程承包商在中东地区的营业额为629亿美元，较上年增长52。
