大禹治水，是疏而非堵
背景知识
RafeEsquith在他的名著《第56号教室的奇迹》中说到，如果你想用自己强硬的命令迫使学生“听话”，无异于用一把来福枪指着他们的头完成命令—可以达到某种效果，但是恐惧永远无法让人信服。
大禹治水能够成功就在于他的方法是疏导而不是堵塞。
作为上海瑞思学科英语的一名少儿英语教师，我所教的学生中，就有一个特别典型的案例。
下面我会给大家讲述一个我亲身经历的，有“堵”到“疏”的教育方式给我和学生都带来无穷收益。
故事案例
K是一个漂亮的小女孩，现就读s3. 孩子很聪明，但学习处于中
等水平。
上课注意力不集中，经常在笔记本上画画。
更让我头疼的是：虽然是女孩子，但绝对“巾帼不让须眉”，K经常跟班里其它孩子发生冲突，甚至往往都是她先“动手”。
一会和年龄较小的孩子互打，一会和同龄孩子吵架吵得声嘶力竭。
我刚开始觉得这只是个别矛盾，于是帮她解决了一个又一个的问题。
可是渐渐我发现，我几乎节节课都要给她解决问题。
连办公室的老师都说：“怎么每次都看见你来办公室。
”在我这方面，从刚开始的温柔劝解，到严肃警告，效果都不明显。
尤其这个年龄的孩子有了自己的自尊心，有的时候会伴有叛逆情绪下意识保护自己的自尊。
当我严厉指出她的问题时，她甚至会显得很不服气，说：“我都知道，你们老师就会用这几招。
让我们自己认错，然后握手和好。
”00后的孩子啊，真真让我这个80后的小老师瞠目结舌！换言之，我没有从根本上解决她的问题。
现在的孩子，尤其是高年级孩子，如果老师想用简单粗暴“吓唬”住他们，就好像是试图筑起一面高高地墙来挡住洪水猛兽，简直就是不可能。
忽略了8-9岁儿童心理特点，也太小看了班级管理。
有一段时间我都对这个问题很苦恼，甚至晚上失眠的时候都在想什么办法能够帮到她。
通过向我们中心课管有经验的老师请教，K原来的带班老师请教，自己看书学习等多方面努力，我总结了几招帮助这类孩子的杀手锏。
杀手锏一：转移注意力。
我从培养她的责任意识开始，转移她的注意力到更有意义的事情上。
利用她的长处，让她来设计班级海报，并绘画完成。
这些都是在她课间的时候完成的，于是在客观上，她就
少了很多可能和别人发生冲突的时间和机会。
在这个过程中我发现，她是一个有才华，并且认真且负责人的小孩子。
在她专注的时候注意力是很集中的。
而且我发现，她是一名求关注型选手。
每当她完成一小部分海报设计，都会拿给我看：“Yuqi, look!”如果我因为忙没空搭理她，她会站到凳子上然后跳到我背上一定要我看。
如果我适时给她肯定，她会超开心地继续忙活。
于是我反思自己，以往在上课的时候我对她的关注远远不够。
我看到了她注意力不集中，提醒她，却没问过她需要什么帮助。
杀手锏二：谈话要谈真正的问题，否则治标不治本。
在最后一次她又跟别人发生冲突的时候，我彻底改变了谈话的内容和方式。
以往我注重于解决当下的两个孩子之间的不愉快，把问题归类于偶尔性的突发事件。
这次，我只把她一个人留下来，关注她的问题。
当我把关注点都放在她一个人身上的时候，我看到自己以往徒劳的原因是：我没有真正帮助到她解决心理的问题。
在这次单独对话中我发现，她的问题有二：1。
最近心情比较低落没有发泄方式。
2。
学校里其他同学的发泄方式就是吵架，甚至打架，她深受他们的影响。
这次我才惊醒到，这是她这一段时间的心理问题啊，怪不得之前的劝解屡屡无效。
好在我的优势是，和学生关系都特别好。
于是我用自己的故事给她讲解：“我有一次受了特别大的委屈，也特别伤心。
于是我在开车回家的路上大声唱歌，唱的可难听了，但是特别管用，还没唱到家呢，心情已经舒畅很多。
之后就能调整好心态不那么难过了。
你可以试试，这是我的独家秘笈，可管用了！”孩子好像对我的“亲身经历”特别感
兴趣，看她听得可认真了，完全没有以前的叛逆态度。
分析总结
从这两件大的事情之后，首先K不再和班里的小伙伴频繁发生冲突了。
甚至有一次我看到她，在用我讲给她的故事，劝另一个小女孩：“你别老嚷嚷，我跟你说，Yuqi老师跟我说….” 。
我看到这个情景的时候，心里特别感动。
她不仅约束好了自己，还承担起了一点小老师的责任。
我想，这次和她的谈话是真正能走进她的内心了。
孩子在这个有点成熟又很幼稚的年龄段，他们自己本身也是很矛盾的。
有了自己的想法，却不会表达。
有了问题，却不知如何解决。
所以，在这个时候，老师，家长对于孩子的疏导就显得特别重要。
当我给了K一个解决问题的方法，并用其他方式引导，帮助她，孩子就不再是一个班里的捣蛋鬼。
随时为孩子挺起可以依靠的肩膀，是建立信任的最佳方式。
大禹治理洪水的方法是疏导，而不是堵塞。
堵，可能更会加剧问题严重性。
疏导，对孩子来说是一种更适合的教育方式。
这里，我并不想神话我的两招杀手锏，K也不是说在这之后突然变成完美天使，像在童话故事里一样再也没有任何问题。
现在，她上课偶尔还是会开小差，但是由于我们建立的信任，现在我说一句：“K, be a good listener.”对于她的意义和在她身上体现的效果，完全不可同日而语。
我想说，她的进步让我感到骄傲，让我体会到了教书育人的快乐。
