sicher,dass der Controller spannungsfrei ist.Die Wegnahme des Freigabesignals des Controllers reicht nicht aus.3.Verkabeln Sie den EMME-AS mit dem Controller vollständig gemäßder nach-folgenden Tabellen.Ausreichend große Leitungsquerschnitte sowie Schirmungder Motor-/Encoderleitung mit beidseitigem Massekontakt bieten Ihnen dievorkonfektionierten Leitungen von Festo( Zubehör).Fig.34.2Mechanischer Einbau1.Reinigen Sie die Welle des Motors4.Nur auf trockenen und fettfreien Wellenzapfen greift die Kupplung rutschfrei. 2.Schieben Sie den Läufer bzw.den Ausleger der anzutreibenden Mechanik in einesichere Lage.3.Verbinden Sie den Motor an den Bohrungen3am Motorflansch5mit deranzutreibenden Mechanik.Vorkonfektionierte Motoranbausätze für Linearan-triebe finden Sie im Zubehör von Festo( Zubehör).4.Drehen Sie die Befestigungsschrauben fest( Anleitungen zum Antrieb undMotoranbausatz).Achten Sie dabei darauf,dass keine axiale Kraft auf die Welle des Motors ausgeübt wird.5InbetriebnahmeHinweisDer Motor kann sich beim Lösen der Haltebremse unerwartet in Bewegung setzen.•Sichern Sie die anzutreibende Mechanik gegen unbeabsichtigte Bewegungen.•Stellen Sie sicher,dass die Motorwicklungen vor dem Lösen der Haltebremse unbestromt sind.•Bestromen Sie erst jetzt die Haltebremse.Dadurch lässt sich der Motor frei drehen.Je nach Gerätetyp bestromt der Controller die Haltebremse automa-tisch.•Vollziehen Sie die Inbetriebnahme des Motors in Verbindung mit dem Controller gemäßder Beschreibung des Controllers.6Bedienung undBetriebWarnungHeiße the driven mechanical components into a safe position.3.Connect the motor to the driven mechanical component by using the holes 3on the motor flange 5.Pre-assembled motor kits for linear drives can be found in Festo's range of accessories ( Accessories).4.Tighten the mounting screws ( Instructions on drive and motor kits).When doing this make sure that no axial force is exerted on the shaft of the Ihave ensured that the counterlungs are hanging freely and that the Velcro is attached to the bottom of thecounterlung case.____ I have turned my displays on.____ I’ve opened my diluent valve and checked that the cylinder is full. It has ________ PSI/BAR in it. I’vechecked the pressure gauge for any sign of leakage of diluent in the system. I’ve ensured that the ADV andthe bailout regulator are working correctly. (The diluent gas I am using is appropriate for the dive that I amplanning)____ I’ve opened the oxygen valve and checked that the cylinder is full. It has ________ PSI/BAR in it. I’veensured that the manual add valve is working by pushing the button and watching the displays, whilebreathing on the unit. Also, I’ve ensured that the constant flow is working by listening for the flow.____ I’ve calibrated the sensors in oxygen. ( If I am using the Jetsam displays, I will ensure that they are in the“ON” position, NOT the calibrate position before I jump in the water.) I have verified the sensor readings inair.____ I’ve ensured that the size of my bail-out gas cylinder is adequate for the dive that I am planning, that it isfull and that the regulator is working correctly. I have also ensured that my wing and drysuit inflation areworking correctly.____ I have pre-breathed my KISS rebreather for at least 5 minutes before entering the water.____ I will double check that my oxygen and diluent cylinders are open, that my displays are on, and mycomputer is properly programmed before I enter the water.____ Once in the water, I will do a bubble check with my buddy to double check that there are no leaks in mysystem.The diluent tank is NOT an adequate gas supply for emergency situations.。
