While study, having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us. And the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’ greater expectations on us than we could reach. Later, when we are likely to graduate, some other problems will also annoy us. I think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job.The chief problem we should face to is our attitudes towards stress .People usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress. It’s unwelcome! Yes, however, very necessary. Just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way. But is this kind of living condition as perfect as we hope? Without stress, they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things. Too much satisfaction result in nothing except a countermarch of the society. No stress, no development. So a certain amount of stress is good. It can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness.And our answer to stress is another vital problem. How to do with ourselves when stress suddenly breaks into our life? To wave the white flag and admit our inability, to give up to our ideality, or worst, just to suicide as to put an end to everything … Of cause not. The principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously. We should try our best to release ourselves. Such as to do some exercise , to listen to traditional Chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges .It’s no use crying over spilt milk . Only to accept what has happened can solve the problem.Ok, I think I was under large stress 3 minutes before, but now I am here and have finished my speech. 这种简单的英语报告对渲染课堂气氛、调动和激发学生英语学习的积极性和创造性、及时复习巩固课堂学习内容起着不可低估的作用。
关键词：值日报告;作用当今世界，英语已成为我国对外开放和与各国交往的重要工具，这就对英语教学提出了更高的要求。
英语教师要努力把教学过程变成一个交际过程，并培养学生运用英语进行交际的能力。

My father still didn’t get up,while my mother was surfing on the internet as usual.Everything in my family was so tranquil just like every Saturday I spent at home after I’ve come to university.The door of my room was shut mutely and about 10 minutes later it would be opened by my mother and then my cell phone was ringing.“Where are you?” said mum with surprise“I’ m with my friend leery at the Century Square ,East Nanjing Road”“So?”“So,I’l l eat out and will return home late this afternoon.”“Well,well.Take care of yourself and don’t be to late to get home.”“O.K.No problem”Do you know what happened during March 30th to April 1st?If you don’t have any idea,let me tell you.I accompanied my friend to attend the mass election of My Show.In the contrast with the scenery besides my neighbourhood, here is an absolutely opposite scene.There were youngsters all over, talking,laughing,singing ,dancing and various activities.However,they have the same expectation, aspiration and their eyes gleamed with same hope-----to be outstanding from ordinary people and raise to be a super star.I was excited and seemed to be more nervous than my friend. If she becomes a pop star, I’ll become the focus of the media as well. She was handsome and her style is akin to Seven’s. She has a good reputation in her university, so I thought it was very likely for her to get the pass.Can you guess what? To my disappointment, she failed.The judge asked her to sing a second song but she didn’t prepare and then was eliminated.Though she didn’t pass the mass election , I still have confidence in her.
