Unit 6 I’m more outgoing than my sister.Section A1a--2c各位评委老师好,今天我说课的课题是新目标英语八年级上册I’m more outgoing than my sister.SectionA(from1a-2c)部分,下面我将从七方面阐述我的教学思路。

一.说教材:本单元是新目标英语八年级上册的第六单元,主题是通过描述个人特征来学习形容词的比较级及表达比较的句子。

教材从自己讲到他人,从家人讲到朋友,通过比较把形容词比较级这一语法贯穿其中,使感性的语言材料和语法知识浑然一体。

并通过讨论选择何种个性的朋友,提高学生的认知能力和思维能力。

我讲的activity 1a – 2c 是本单元的第一课时,Section A 是基本的语言内容。

1a 呈现目标语言,1b和2a ,2b 是对目标语言的听力训练,1c和2c 是对目标语言的巩固性操练。

根据对教材的分析,我把本课定为听说课。

二.学情分析经过一年的学习,学生有了一定英语基础知识和听说能力。

学生在七年级已经学过对人物外貌特征的学习和形容词比较级的语言机构。

三.教学目标1.语言知识目标1)学习本课的生词:outgoing , twin , calm , wild , serious , athletic , note , meam .2)学习正确地将形容词原级和比较级的相互转换3)学习表述个性特征,对人物进行比较2.语言技能目标1)能听懂描述某人外表及个性特征, 人物之间外表及个性异同的句子和对话。

2)能口头描述某人的外表及个性特征, 能比较不同人物之间特征的异同。

分为SectionA, SectionB, Self Check 三个部分。

本单元内容与实际生活息息相关,是学生感兴趣的话题。

本单元是围绕story来展开话题的一个单元,分为五个课时。

本节课为本单元第一课时,主要以中国传统的故事愚公移山为主题,让学生能听懂故事,并能用英语为他人讲述故事。

(二)三维教学目标的设立《英语课程标准》指出:激发和培养学生学习英语的兴趣,使学生树立自信心,养成良好的学习习惯和形成有效地学习策略,发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神是中学英语教学的基本任务。

It has a large number of listening , speaking , reading and writing materials so that we can avoid " deaf and dump English ".●the vocabulary is great enough. The content of the lesson is related closely to students' actual life , apt to cause students to use simple English to communicate and exchange the message.. Unit 6 I’m more outgoing than my sister.Section A1a--2c各位评委老师好,今天我说课的课题是新目标英语八年级上册I’m more outgoing than my sister.SectionA(from1a-2c)部分,下面我将从七方面阐述我的教学思路。

一.说教材:本单元是新目标英语八年级上册的第六单元,主题是通过描述个人特征来学习形容词的比较级及表达比较的句子。

教材从自己讲到他人,从家人讲到朋友,通过比较把形容词比较级这一语法贯穿其中,使感性的语言材料和语法知识浑然一体。

并通过讨论选择何种个性的朋友,提高学生的认知能力和思维能力。

我讲的activity 1a – 2c 是本单元的第一课时,Section A 是基本的语言内容。

1a 呈现目标语言,1b和2a ,2b 是对目标语言的听力训练,1c和2c 是对目标语言的巩固性操练。

根据对教材的分析,我把本课定为听说课。

二.学情分析经过一年的学习,学生有了一定英语基础知识和听说能力。

学生在七年级已经学过对人物外貌特征的学习和形容词比较级的语言机构。

三.教学目标1.语言知识目标1)学习本课的生词:outgoing , twin , calm , wild , serious , athletic , note , meam .2)学习正确地将形容词原级和比较级的相互转换3)学习表述个性特征,对人物进行比较2.语言技能目标1)能听懂描述某人外表及个性特征, 人物之间外表及个性异同的句子和对话。

2)能口头描述某人的外表及个性特征, 能比较不同人物之间特征的异同。

3.学习策略目标1)主动参与学习活动,善于和他人合作2)课前做好预习,课后及时复习。

3)利用网络或其他手段收集不同图片和相关信息,扩展知识,充实生活,培养自主学习的技能4.情感态度目标1)培养学生客观认识自己,正确评价他人,尊重个体差异的品质。

2)学生通过比较两人,依据个人的交友观选择合适的朋友,享受与不同的人交往的乐趣3)培养学生学习英语的强烈兴趣和乐于参加各种活动的积极情感5.文化意识目标了解不同国家人们的交友观,从而了解英语国家的社会文化,促进对英语的理解和运用,同时提供对本国文化的理解和认识,形成全球意识,培养跨文化交际能力四.教学重难点1,教学重点:1)教会学生正确表述个人特征,掌握形容词原级和比较级之间的转换规则2)重点句型:he has shorter hair than Sam / is Tom shorter than Tim ?3) 重点话题:personal traits , compare people2. 教学难点:1)正确表述个人特征2)能在句型―as….as….‖和―….than….‖中正确使用形容词的原级和比较级,并能熟练运用这两个句型的否定句和一般疑问句。

五.教法和学法《新目标英语》中的语言目标是通过各种各样的tasks 来实现的,本课我将以自主,合作,在探究为课堂学习的三个基本维度,采用任务驱动的形式,引导学生来学习语言,让学生在用中学,学中用。

六教学准备:多媒体和录音机七.教学过程Step 1 warming – upchant ― what are they like‖chant 复习了以前学过的关于人物外貌体型的词和句,为这一节课的个人特征描述做了铺垫。

Chant 的韵律十足,还能够调动课堂气氛,激发学生学习的兴趣step 2 pre—task1 利用多媒体展示主持人李咏和潘长江的照片,让学生对其外型进行描述,如:liyong is tall and thin ,he has long hair. Pangchangjiang is a little bit short ,he is fat, he has short staight hair . 。

.用多媒体展示一些关于他们活动的图片来提示。

潘长江likes talking with people, he is outgoing .outgoing 写在黑板上,让学生重复跟读. 以此类推,根据两位主持的爱好,猜测他们的性格特点,自然导入新单词:outgoing , wild , calm , serious , athletic , smart .2 .让学生把两个人比较一下,选出一位喜欢的主持人,并说原因,由此引出本课的重点内容:形容词的比较级。

如,当一个学生说:I like liyong beacause he has long hair.我就把li has longer hair than pan 这个句子写在背板上,并让学生重复跟读。

当一个学生说:I like pangchangjiang because he is outgoing .我就把pan is more outgoing than li 这个句子写在黑板上,并让学生重复跟读。

当一个学生说:I like panchangjiang because he is funny ,我就把pan is funnier than li 这个句子写在黑板,并让学生跟读,然后下意识的引导学生用比较级+than 来表达喜欢的原因。

让学生自由谈论他熟悉并喜欢的支持人,他们会表现出极大的热情。

即使是基础不怎么好的学生在激情的推动下也会鼓起勇气出来表达自己的想法,并在老师和基础较好的同学的帮助下正确使用比较级。

3 在屏幕上展示:tall ,short , wild , calm , funny ,outgoing , serious , athletic 等形容词和它的比较级形式,让学生反复读并领会形容词由原级转换成比较级的变化规律。

学生在小学和七年级已经接触过比较级,有一定的基础,机械式的操练有利于学生进一步领会和巩固形容词比较级的用法。

Step 3 while –task1,Finish 1a and 2a ,then check it.2,在屏幕上展示1a 中的图片,让学生对三队双胞胎分别进行比较,说说他们的不同之处让学生―找不同‖可以培养学生的观察力和锻炼他们的口头表达能力,为下一步的听力训练做好铺垫3,让学生听三段录音,完成两个任务:1)按照听到对话的顺序在1a 的图上标号2)根据听到的内容,在图片中写出三队双胞胎的名字带有任务的听力训练能有目的的训练学生的听力,更容易集中学生的注意力,提高他们的听力训练。

4.我用图片上显示的对话方式和学生进行对话操练,这样既巩固所学的比较级,也锻炼了学生的听说能力,顺便校对一下学生的听力结果:是否在图片上正确标出任务的名字5 让学生听两次录音,并根据所听到的内容记下Tina 和Tara 的不同,完成2b .然后校对。

这个环节可以训练学生的边听边记笔记的能力。

Step 4 post-task让学生3个人一组,每个小组发一张表格。

其中一个人当主持人,另外2个人为双胞胎乐队的成员,结合课文的知识,让主持人根据表格的内容对双胞胎进行一场采访SHOW。

并表演出来Step 5 summaryGet the Ss to discuss the most important sentences.Then show them the sentences in Gramma r Focus the target language设计意图:充分利用本课资源和网络资源,让学生总结本课的重点语法,体现以学生为中心的教学特点。

Step 6 homework1.read the words and key sentences three times2make a conversation as the model of 1c3 Write down the survey report 。

分层作业让处于各种基础的学生都有可能得到提高,第一第二个作业面向全体学生的基础上,让基础与能力稍逊的学生完成练习,达到真正落实基础知识的目的,第三个作业要求用所学知识达到在实践中深化英语教学。

其余的语法要点都在课件中展示。

通过呈现key words 和重点句型这种板书设计,既简单明了,又能使学生思路清晰,加深对句型的理解。

突出教学重点,有效提高课堂效果。
