数学教学重结论，更应重过程三水中学附属初中范彩虹 2005.10传统的教育重结论，而忽视了结论形成的过程。
新课程非常强调过程，新课标在阐述目标时就是让学生去经历一下、感受一下、想象一下、思考一下、尝试一下。
过程指的是探究过程与探究方法，结论指的是探究结果。
如果说，概念原理体系是学科的“肉体”，那么探究过程和探究方法就是学科的“灵魂”。
只有两者有机结合才能体现一门学科的整体内涵和思想。
那么如何才能引导学生自主探究问题解决的思路、途径、方法，体会数学学习生动有趣的学习活动的呢？我在以下几方面做了尝试，并收到较好的效果。
一．激发学习的兴趣，进入学习角色以往的数学学习常被人认为比较枯燥、乏味、和缺乏激情的。
夸美纽斯认为，“应该用一切可能的方式把孩子们的求知与求学的欲望激发起来”。
充分利用学生好奇心强，新奇事物的刺激会唤起学生求知的欲望的特点，教师借助活动，创设与教学内容相应的具体形象和富有感情性的教学环境氛围，促使学生利用自己原有认知结构中的有关经验去同化所学的新知识，进入学习角色。
情景的创设，可以根据数学与现实生活的关系，把数学知识还原到生活原型、活动情景和矛盾冲突中去，是激发学生学习的欲望的首要条件。
如在学习《用字母表示数》时，我根据初一学生的年龄特点，引入一首童谣“一只青蛙一张嘴、二只眼睛、四条腿，扑通一声跳下水；二只青蛙二张嘴、四只眼睛、八条腿，扑通二声跳下水；三只青蛙三张嘴、六只眼睛、十二条腿，扑通三声跳下水；四只青蛙四张嘴、八只眼睛、十六条腿，扑通四声跳下水…”怎样才能把这首童谣唱到尾呢？“n只青蛙n张嘴、2n只眼睛、4n条腿，扑通扑通跳下水。
”初一的学生稚气未脱，有趣的童谣，吸引了全班同学的注意力，学生们也很乐意参与其中，使课堂充满浓厚的学习氛围，用字母表示数就变得顺利成章。
启发学生归纳出用字母表示数的思想，认识到字母表示数具有问题的一般性，就便于问题的研究和解决，由此产生从算术到代数的认识飞跃。

一、今天我们班幼儿人数为34人，共有33位家长前来参加，爸爸妈妈参加的较多，没来参加的主要是因为有的家长正好赶上有事，有的爷爷奶奶自己带孩子，家里有事走不开，有王雨佳，董明哲，刘晓迪，魏子翔四名幼儿事假未能参加此次活动，并已向老师说明情况。
二、幼儿总体表现情况本次家长开放日活动按计划照常进行，从早上7：30开始，一直到中午11点结束，开展了丰富多彩的教学和户外活动。
家长观看了孩子晨间活动、表演活动《给小动物喂食》，手工活动《串珠》，益智和结构区活动《好玩的玩具》，图书区看了好看的图书。
接着8：10—8：40进行了早餐活动，然后入厕，8：50—9：20进行了主题活动《小手爬》，孩子的参与性非常好，而且有个别孩子表现非常积极活跃，主动举手，争着回答问题，让家长们又高兴又好笑。
但也有部分孩子课上不爱举手，胆子还是较小，有的孩子注意力也不太集中，我们在以后的教学活动中，做到尽量照顾好每一个孩子，让每个孩子都有表现的机会，让每一位家长都能感觉到自己孩子的进步。
在讲课中有个亲子活动环节，家长都很配合，气氛活跃，和孩子一起开心地游戏，特别是爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶们，也着实让家长体验了一次童年游戏的快乐。
后孩子们开展了户外活动，家长们开展了家长会。
期间孩子们休息、入厕、喝水、午餐等生活环节也比较有序，家长们看到幼儿园的环境和育儿设施建设非常完备，老师耐心细致的教育，自己孩子在园的良好的表现，纷纷表示都挺满意的。

（四）体检.体检对象从总成绩合格者中依高分到低分地顺序，按招聘岗位数与体检人数：地比例确定.体检标准按《广东省教师资格申请人员体格检查标准》地有关规定执行.体检不合格地，可从笔试成绩合格地人员中由高分到低分依次递补.个人收集整理勿做商业用途
（五）考核.体检结束后，根据考生体检结果确定拟聘用人选，并对其进行考核，考核内容包括考生地政治思想、道德品质、能力素质、学习和工作表现、遵纪守法等方面地情况.个人收集整理勿做商业用途
（六）公示.经面试、笔试、体检、考核合格地考生在区人事人才和教育信息网站上公示，公示时间为个工作日.个人收集整理勿做商业用途
（七）聘用.对公示后合格地考生报区政府人事主管部门办理有关聘用手续.
五、招聘教师实行试用期考核制度
招聘教师均实行试用期考核制度，试用期为年，试用期考核不合格地不再聘用.
六、其他规定
（一）犯有严重错误，受过党纪、政纪处分以及正在接受有关部门审查尚未作出结论地人员，或具有法律法规规定地其他情形地，不予报考；
（二）在招聘考试中作弊地人员或在招聘过程中查实具有弄虚作假行为地人员，取消考试资格，且三年内不得报考我区教师招聘.
（三）各招聘单位地招聘工作受区教育系统招聘教师工作领导小组监督，监督投诉电话：－（区教育局），－（区编办）.个人收集整理勿做商业用途
