2 安全注意事項
• 使用馬達(減速機) 、驅動器時,請勿超過其規格值。否則有可能引起觸電、火災、致傷或機器破損。 • 請勿將物體插入驅動器的開口部中,否則有可能引起火災、觸電或致傷。 • 運轉中或停止後短時間內,請勿碰觸馬達(減速機) 、驅動器,否則有可能因馬達(減速機) 、驅動 器表面的高溫而引起燙傷。 • 搬運時請勿利用馬達(減速機)的出力軸、電纜線,否則有可能致傷。 • 馬達、驅動器的周圍請勿堆放妨礙通風的障礙物,否則有可能引起機器破損。 • 請勿空手碰觸馬達出力軸(鍵槽、切齒部) ,否則有可能致傷。 • 馬達(齒輪軸)和減速機相組裝時,注意勿將手指等挾在馬達和減速機之間,否則有可能致傷。 • 馬達(減速機) 、驅動器請確實地固定在安裝板上,否則由於落下有可能造成機器破損。 • 馬達(減速機)的旋轉部(出力軸)上請安裝防護罩,否則有可能致傷。 • 將馬達(減速機)安裝在機器上時,注意勿將手指等挾在機器和馬達或機器和減速機之間,否則有 可能致傷。 • 請確實地將負載安裝在馬達出力軸上,否則有可能致傷。 • 發生裝置故障或動作異常時,請在外部安裝能使裝置整體安全緊急停止裝置或緊急停止電路。否則 有可能致傷。 • 出現異常時,請立即停止運轉、切斷驅動器的電源,否則有可能引起火災、觸電或致傷。 • 運轉中請勿碰觸旋轉部(出力軸) ,否則有可能致傷。 • 馬達即使處於正常的運轉狀態,有時其表面溫度也會超過 70 °C。人有可能接近運 轉中的馬達時,請在顯眼的位置張貼如下圖所示的警告標誌,否則有可能引起燙傷。 • 馬達(減速機)及驅動器報廢時,請盡可能將其拆解,作為工業廢棄物實施處理。

扭矩扳手CMC

扭矩扳子CMC 评定与表示1、概述1.1测量方法:JJG707-2014《扭矩扳子检定规程》1.2环境条件:室内温度(23±0.5)℃, 相对湿度65%。
1.3测量标准:NJ 系列扭矩传感器及DMP-2000测量仪和加载装置。
1.4被测对象:1)中国航空工业东方仪器厂生产的ZNB-12A 型扭矩扳手,精度等级3级,量程范围:(2~12)Nm ,对其测量点6 Nm 和10 Nm 进行校准。
2)中国航空工业东方仪器厂生产的ZNB-100A 型扭矩扳手,精度等级3级,量程范围:(20~100)Nm ,对其测量点20Nm 、60Nm 和100Nm 进行校准。
1.5测量方法:开机通过自检,根据所用传感器选择其对应的通道,输入系数,待扭矩测量仪处于工作状态时,将扳手设置于预置值处作为测量点,用加载装置缓慢平稳地施加扭矩,读取扭矩测量仪显示值,重复测量6次。
2、数学模型2.1以扭矩扳子示值为依据,在标准装置上读数时,示值误差以e 表示,数学模型为:e =M i -M式中:e ……扭矩扳子测量点的示值误差,Nm ; M i ……扭矩扳子在测量点的标称值,Nm ; M ……扭矩标准器测量值的算术平均值,Nm 。

同步带受力情况的分析1 张紧力同步带安装时必须进行适当的张紧,以使带具有一定的初拉力(张紧力)。
初拉力过小会使同步带在运转中因齿合不良而发生跳齿现象,在跳齿的瞬间,可能因拉力过大而使带断裂或带齿断裂;初拉力过小还会使同步带传递运动的精度降低,带的振动噪音变大。
而初拉力过大则会使带的寿命降低,传动噪音增大,轴和轴承上的载荷增大,加剧轴承的发热和使轴承寿命降低。
故控制同步带传动合宜的张紧力是保证同步带传动正常工作的重要条件。
设0F 为同步带传动时带的张紧力,1F 、2F 、F 分别为带传动工作时带的紧边拉力、松边拉力、和有效拉力。
为了保证同步带在带轮上齿合可靠、不跳齿,同步带运转时紧边带的弹性伸长量与松边带的弹性收缩量应保持近似相等。
