第一次上机检索实习题目及实习指导一、作业要求:1、自建WORD文档,将作业按题号顺序及格式誊写在上面。
2、为WORD文档命名,文件名按“学号、姓名、班级、第N次作业”(如:050812宋兴宇电气051第N次作业,学号和姓名班级之间不要加空格或其它符号)的顺序命名,然后将该WORD文档上传至http://202.113.115.25(用户名:lib,密码:1234)中对应的班级文件夹中。

The effects of binders on the polymorphic transformation kinetics of carbamazepine (CBZ) were investigated by thermal anal. And x-ray diffraction anal. The binders used were hydroxypropyl cellulose (HPC) (HPC-SL, mol. wt. 30,000-50,000; HPC-M,mol.wt.50,000-70,000; HPC-L,mol.wt.110,000-150,000) CBZ anhyd. from I and various concns. of binder solns. Were mixed at 1000rpm and 25°.the amt. of dehydrate transformed was evaluated based on the latent heat due to dehydration on DCS curves. Since the first-order plots for transformation process of CBZ showed a straight line, the transformation rate const., k and induction period, IP were estd. based on first-order kinetics by the leastsquares method. The k of CBZ decreased with increase of HPC-L concn., but the IP increased. In contrast, the k of phase transformation on addn. of crystal seeds was almost the same as that without seeds, but the IP significantly decreased on seed sddn. the result suggested that the IP was a nucleus formation process, but the seed addn. did not affect the crystal growth process. The increase of IP on addn. of HPC might be induced by inhibition of △μ.
