I am very glad to be here for this interview. First let me introduce myself.
My name is abc, 25 years old. I come from Weifang, a beautiful city of Shandong
Province. I graduated from Commercial College in July, 2001 and major in
finance. Then, I was a teacher in abc, When I was a senior school student,
I am interested in thought and began to read a certain classic work of Marxism,
especially I finished reading “the florilegium of Mao ZeDong”. From then
on, I have dabbled in more and more theoretical works and accumulated great
interests in theory study, especially in Marxism.
I have a dream, a dream of my study. I wish devote my whole life and energy
into the development of the Marxism. If I have the opportunity to study in
abc University, I’ll dabble in as much as document about the specialty as
possible. If it is possible, I want to get the primary accomplishment in my
major, at least, a stable basis.
Personally, for today’s China, the first task to the development of
Marxism is a process of construction. That’s to say, we should understand
Marxism mostly from the aspect of construction and development of social
society. Only when our socialistic country has a more rapid and balance
development than the capitalistic, we can enhance the attractiveness and
persuasion of Marxism eventually.

以2分之差与本科失之交臂之后，我来到了辽宁财政高等专科学校，我没有抱怨，没有气馁，为了破解当时大专生普遍存在的自卑心理和就业难题，我创建了创业者协会，提出了“创业就是就业，而且是更高起点的就业”口号，用创业者的标准来严格要求自己和所有会员，通过有效的策划和组织，带领会员进行各种创业尝试，最终实现了两个目标：一是协会所有的运营资金都来自于协会各种实践活动的收入，没有向会员收取任何会费;二是绝大部分会员经过协会的锻炼后，重拾了自信，在日后的求职和职业发展过程中，都表现出了比非会员更强的优势。据我最近对母校的了解，目前这个协会仍然在运作，依然是学校中最务实、最具影响力的协会。
2002年7月毕业后，我选择了一家小型外贸公司。基于两个原因：一是中国刚刚加入WTO，外贸必然有大发展;二是小公司里可以接触到外贸全过程，能迅速提高自身的业务素质。从对外贸一无所知到精通各个操作环节，我付出了巨大努力，白天上班请教，晚上自学研究。在完成工作目标的同时，有意识的对业务流程、单证进行规范，自编了外贸制单系统，使制单效率提高了75%，同时保证了单据的准确性。在过去的六年中，先后协助公司建立国际业务部与国际市场开发部并担任主管，建立健全部门规章制度。我负责的国际市场开发部在过去的3年中创造了近亿元的销售业绩，为公司创造利润2000多万元。目前我所服务的公司已经成为当地水产龙头企业，员工近千人，年产值超过亿元大关。
我认为我具有以下的几个优点
1. 思维活跃，悟性较强。----- 耻于安于现状、能够迅速识别利用机会，并迅速的付之行动。
2. 淳朴诚信，务实上进。----- 父母影响、贫苦经历。 3. 胸怀大志，连接城乡。----- 整合城乡供应、加工、流通产业链，助农民增收、令市民感动。
4. 善于学习，总结提高。----- 自学能力强，经常总结，做事稳扎稳打，步步为营。
个人缺点
1. 行慢于言，相对保守。
2. 内心焦躁，急于求成。
3. 沟通不主动，还需修炼。
我的领导，也就是我现在所服务公司的老板，认为我擅长于“目标管理”、“执行力强”，所以也非常支持我报考大工MBA，大工是我的一个梦想，希望9月份能够在这里聆听老师们的教诲。相信我---张立威同学一定会给老师争光，为大工添彩!
