1、在粘贴碳纤维布抗弯加固中，可采取U型箍锚固，或梁底附加锚栓锚固。 2、U形箍的锚固原理，即利用U形箍对碳纤维布抗弯加固的钢筋混凝土梁进行锚固时，在侧面的碳纤维传递外部裂缝齿状体混凝土之间的剪应力，控制裂缝的发展速度。 3、同时底部混凝土和纵向碳纤维受到横向U形箍的约束，界面应力通过U形箍传递给拱形桁架梁，抵抗了剥离应力和剪应力，改善了界面局部应力集中问题，降低了局部混凝土单元的主拉应力对纵向纤维布的作用，起到了阻止剥离的作用。 4、U形箍能较好地抑制斜裂缝发展，提高斜截面的抗弯能力，并使梁底粘结界面内的粘结强度充分发挥，从而提高了梁的极限荷载。 5、而采用梁底附加锚栓锚固，当碳纤维布的剥离是由靠近加载点处的斜裂缝引起时，剥离迅速向两端发展，很快越过锚栓，锚栓的抑制作用则微乎其微。 6、锚栓对碳纤维布的剥离效果不明显，原因是膨胀螺栓与打孔之间有一定的直径差，锚栓会由于碳纤维布发生剥离时产生的牵引力而发生侧向变形，当侧向变形达到一定程度时，锚栓的抗剪作用才得以发挥。 7、可以说，锚栓对抑制碳纤维布的剥离效果不明显。而当碳纤维布的剥离发展到一定程度时，锚栓对碳纤维布的整体滑移还是能够起到一定的抑制作用。 8、综合来看，相较于U形箍来说，梁底附加锚栓的锚固作用是相对较弱的。 9、钢板U形箍锚固，是一种刚性锚固方案，而碳纤维U形箍或其他形式的碳纤维锚固，属于柔性锚固方案。 在粘贴碳纤维布加固中，对于采用碳纤维布的柔性锚固方案来说，由于危险截面处混凝土开裂后裂缝附近的碳纤维布应力迅速增加，形成较高的集中应力。这样，靠近危险截面处的锚固碳纤维布的应力也随着加大。 随着裂缝宽度的增加，锚固处的碳纤维布逐渐成条带撕裂，最后锚固区内梁侧粘贴的碳纤维布和剩余的锚固片材瞬间全部剥离，加固构件发生破坏。 而由于材料的特性，钢板U形箍不会发生像碳纤维U形箍一样的条状撕裂，所以其在低强度混凝土构件的碳纤维布加固中有着较优的锚固效果。 在施工方面，用来锚固的钢板U形箍一般较薄，容易腐蚀，影响使用寿命，所以要对其进行防护处理，这就增加了施工的复杂度。 而且钢板在重量上大于碳纤维布，成型比碳纤维U形箍困难，对粘结面要求高，施工不太方便，很难保证三面与所加固构件完全吻合，难以保证施工质量，这是它不及碳纤维U形箍的地方。 综上所述，在不采取任何附加锚固措施的时候，碳纤维布强度发挥率仅有12%，没有充分发挥其材料强度，所以碳纤维布加固混凝土梁时，不采取任何附加锚固措施是不经济的。 而碳纤维U形箍虽然有不及其他锚固措施之处，但由于其重量轻，不宜腐蚀，锚固范围大，在施工上比一般的锚固方式操作更方便。此外，针对碳纤维材料单方向受力这一弱点，我们可以采用双向或多向粘贴碳纤维布的方法来解决。 当然，无论是碳纤维布加固主体还是碳纤维U形箍锚固，两者的加固效果决定于碳纤维布的质量，所以，当你花费了100块的精力做加固设计，千万别毁在了5毛特效的加固材料上！
