教师爱岗敬业演讲稿：做最好的自己，做最好的老师做最好的自己。
这是我经常重复的一句话。
这是说给学生听的，也是说给我自己的。
弹指一挥间，十多年的岁月就在绘声绘色的讲课声中，就在孩子们的欢笑声中，就在一节又一节课的交替声中滑过。
回顾耕耘之路，有欢笑也有泪水，虽然脚印参差不齐，深浅不一，但每个脚印里都倾住了我满腔的爱心和辛勤的汗水！我无怨无悔！因为我心中有一个信念，那就是：做最好的自己，做最好的教师！我所说“最好的教师”不是与我敬仰的霍懋征、窦桂梅、李镇西等老师相比——他们的人格、学识、能力乃至天赋，我是永远无法企及的；我所说的“最好的老师”也不敢与5.12大地震中“英雄教师”相比——向倩老师用双臂保护学生，身体被砸成三段，刘宁老师救出全班学生却永失爱女，他们用鲜血甚至生命践行了师爱的无私与永恒。
而我只是沧海一粟。
只是怀有一颗炽热的心坚守在自己的岗位上，兢兢业业，勤勤恳恳，我是默默的耕耘者，我是悄悄的播种人。
每天做的只是一些非常细腻、琐碎的工作，仅此而已。
但我要和有一个人比，那就是我自己。
和自己比！就是今天的我和昨天的我相比——备课是不是更认真？上课是不是更精彩？读的书是不是更多？布置的训练任务是不是更科学？找学生谈心是不是更诚恳？帮助“学困生”是不是更细心？教育反思是不是更深刻？听到各种“不理解”时是不是更冷静？??我坚信每天都这样和自己比，每天都做最好的自己，坚持不懈，我便不断地向“最好的教师”的境界靠近。
现在我可以骄傲地说，同样是教师，今天的我与十年前的“我”相比，可以说是“最好的教师”了。
但对于明天而言，和未来相比，我还不算是“最好的教师”。
所以我还会继续和自己比，因为“做最好的教师”是我永远的追求，直到我教育生涯的终点。
做最好的教师，是一种平和的心态，是内心的宁静，是“竹杖芒鞋轻胜马，一蓑烟雨任平生”的闲适与从容，更是“惊涛拍岸，卷起千堆雪”的荡气回肠。
我出生在一九七八年，随着年龄的增长，亲眼见证了改革开放所带来的国富民强。
法制中国，和谐社会，科教兴邦，复兴中华，做最好的老师，是对时代赋予我们的神圣使命最庄严的宣誓。
做最好的教师是激情、是豪情、更是扎实的行动！一位有三十年教龄的历史老师上了一节公开课，听课的老师入了迷,竟连做记录也忘记了。
课后，他们向讲课老师请教，您花了多少时间来备课？那位历史老师说：对这节课，我准备了一辈子，而且，总的来说，对每一节课，我都是用终生的时间来备课的。
不过，这节课的直接准备，只用了大约十五分钟。
这就是我追求的最好的教师的“真境界！”我是一名教师，我的生活在课堂，我的生命在学生。
虽然那间教室里守巢的是自己，可它却放飞了希望，虽然那支粉笔洒下了泪滴，可它却画出了彩虹。

2、我们深知：教师的爱是“捧着一颗心来，不带半根草去。
”的一种无私的爱。
教师的爱是对学生的爱从不求回报，甚至如潭千秋一样舍生忘死的去呵护自己的学生。
教师在工作中，无论遇到学生、家庭、领导的不理智、误解、歧视、压迫等，他们决不因此而影响到对学生的教诲和关爱，他们决不会把对学生的爱与自己的个人目的和利益联系起来。
所以教师的爱就是一种“吃得是草，挤的奶和血”的无私的爱。
3、我们深知：教师的爱一种神圣的爱。
因为“疼爱自己的孩子是本能，而热爱别人的孩子是神圣！”我们的教师所给予的爱恰恰就是这种神圣。
教师的爱是公平的，她不分贫穷和贵贱。
教师思考的是学生未来的长远发展，他们从不因眼前的不理解而放任迁就。
教师爱的的情感是超人的，他们对芸芸众生能够区别对待，因人施教，做到对好学生不溺爱，对差学生不操之过急、循循善诱。
教师的爱包含母爱且胜于母爱，教师的爱包含父爱且超越父爱，是一种严格要求和精心施教的神圣的爱。
所以，我们教师的爱就是遵照胡总书记提出的“真情、真心、真诚”六个字去关爱每个学生，用我们的高尚的爱、无私的爱、神圣的爱，让他们健康成长。
二：教师的责任教师工作就是一个社会的平凡岗位，做着貌似“平凡”的工作。
然而，我们都知道“一个孩子的失败，对一个教师来说，只是几十分之一的失败，但对于一个家庭来说，就是百分之百的失败。
”所以教师的工作就是一种替他人家庭做嫁衣裳的、有高度社会责任性的工作。
我们都知道坏学生是家庭的溺爱、或歧视、漠视造成的，我们都知道坏学生是社会不良环境塑造出来的，所以教师的工作就是一种“以人为善，以人为本”的工作，是心灵塑造、价值观与人生观塑造的人性工作。
就是以‘人性向善’为价值理念引导学生去营造明丽的内心生活，建构坚实、丰富、光明的精神世界；就是“以人为本”的理念去引导学生追求人生的意义和价值，引导学生去对世俗、对功利超越，唤醒、去弘扬人性、提升人性的一种无比正义的、无比光明的工作。
汶川地震的惨状我们历历在目，教室塌了，我们老师一定要去救护我们的学生，我们有这种道德、有这种人性的责任、人性的义务去呵护一个个活生生的生命。
但坍塌的教学楼不也无情的吞噬一个个老师的生命吗？谁去救护我们教师呢？我们想只有坚固的教学楼才能保护我门教师和学生。
这个社会里谁来造一个坚固的教学楼？谁来减少地震的灾害？谁来保护我们教师和学生？这才是汶川地震应该反思的主题！教师在地震中救不救人不是汶川地震应该反思的主题！教师救人这是一种“人”的责任，不是一种“工作岗位”的责任。
