第四节 领导者的行为
一、密执安研究(利克特模式)
1947年以来,利克特和他在密执安大学社会研究院的同事们对 领导方式进行了研究。他们研究了工业、医院和政府中的领导 者们,并从几千名雇员中取得了数据。
领导者的职责可以分为广义的职责和狭义的 职责。
狭义的领导职责包括:
