其通用性很强,内部集成了多个不同类型的IO口以及10M/100M 以太网和RS-232/RS-485的通讯接口。

用户使用HBS楼宇自控系统的监控软件编辑好现场运行程序后,通过以太网下载到DDC后,DDC即可根据要求独立工作,又可与监控计算机或其他控制器联网使用。

DDC内置周计划时间控制程序、节假日控制程序、循环控制程序等,可以满足实际控制的各种要求。

应用范围:非常适合应用于暖通空调系统中新风机组或空调机组的全面控制,可以同时监控两个典型的空调机组,也可以用于冷热源系统的群控。

同时可应用于各种离散点的监控,适用暖通空调系统、变配电系统、给排水系统或照明系统的混合监控。

通过RS-232/RS-485接口,可以将其它厂家的一些智能产品接入控制系统。

火烧板设备安装使用说明书、火烧板设备安装步骤:1,调节设备的支腿,使设备整体处于水平状态(带加长工作台的将两加长工作台安放至设备的前端和后端,并与设备保持在同一水平线上);2,连接液化气罐和氧气瓶,需15kg 液化气罐六个全开或者两个50kg 液化气罐全开(冬天根据用气量,再加罐),需连接至少两套氧气线路(开一个氧气开关,另一个备用),连接多个气瓶的要并联多个氧气线路;3,接入电源:电源为220V的使用2*2.5mm2的电缆线(带除尘设备的需电源为380V 的三相线,需电缆线规格为4*4mm2);4,检查各线路是否有漏气、漏电的情况;5,将水泵放入水桶(水泵吊起不能落到桶底、严禁无水空转),打开水泵开关;6,检测各个开关、仪表的功能是否正常;7,检查机器润滑系统是否正常。

1-11-2、调节使用:1,拉下放开手刹测试机头活动灵活性,调节手刹至前导向轮压力适中;2,调节除泥系统:调节滚刷限位器,使滚刷高度略低于板材上表面约10m m,测试水泵流水的通畅性,根据板材厚度调节挡板杆的高度(约高于板材5mm—10mm);3, 打开喷枪的氧气开关(开至最大) ,燃气开关约打开1 /3圈(外接燃气开关的, 喷枪上的燃气开关开至最大)。

点火时先开氧气球阀开关再开燃气球阀开关(氧气压力表调至约0.05MPa,燃气压力表调至约O.OIMPa),点火后慢慢加大氧气压力,同时加大燃气压力,燃气和氧气达到一定压力比例后(一般燃气压力至0.04MPa,氧气压力至0.3MPa),看所有喷枪的火焰均匀程度,调节喷枪的燃气开关直至所有喷枪火焰大小相同(调节中心火焰,蓝火长约6mm—8mm)。

4, 打开自动运行、除泥开关,将传送、摆动变频显示器各调至25 左右,查看设备运转是否正常,有无异样或异响。

三、正常工作:1,打开自动运行和除泥开关,把板材传送到距离喷枪嘴500mm处关掉自动运行然后点火,氧气的压力值一般保持在0.3MPa 不动,燃气压力在0.03-0.04MPa左右,氧气、燃气的压力根据不同的板材进行适当调节。

其工作原理是:高温增压空气流经散热片,将热量通过对流作用传递给冷却管外壁,然后经过壁的导热作用传给管内壁,再由管内水的对流作用把热量带走,以完成换热。

空冷器传热元件有:椭圆管方片、圆管圆片及圆管方片等几种结构形式。

管与片的连接方式通常有:钎焊式、整体轧制式和机械胀接式。

冷却管由胀管器将其两端紧紧地胀接到管板上。

侧板作为空冷器的一部分,与管板用螺栓连接紧固。

端盖(即进水端盖和回流水端盖),作为循环水室,按设计的水流程数设置隔水筋。

端盖上装有旋塞用于空冷器的放气和排水。

端盖与管板间装有密封垫并用螺栓将其紧固端盖、管板和冷却管的材质是根据冷却水质和设计水流速来选择的。

2、空冷器的安装和拆卸空冷器安装前必须阅读本操作使用维护说明书。

安装空冷器时必须确保有一定的清洗空间,以方便专业人员维护产品。

在安装空冷器前,应先拆卸下进、出气侧和水管连接法兰上的罩盖物;并用松香水洗去用于保护气侧和水侧密封面的保护物。

空冷器既可以直接安装在发动机上,也可以悬置安装在风道中。

空冷器气侧连接孔与风道连接孔用螺栓联接坚固,同时加装发动机供应商提供的密封材料。

空冷器进出水法兰与冷却水管法兰用螺栓联接坚固,同时加装发动机供应商提供的密封材料。

为避免空冷器在安装过程中变形和产生应力,所有的连接面都应该平行,公差越小越好。

所有连接点都要做到气密和水密。

运输吊耳是用来提吊和搬运空冷器的,在管组侧板上也焊有起吊耳。

3、试运行空冷器在出厂前都进行了水压试验,并检验合格。

所有维修工程师和现场服务的全体专职人员在安装和试车前必须阅读本手册并且经常使用它。

订购备件及其它相关问题,请注意泵参数牌上标明的大连深蓝泵业产品的系列号、泵规格以及出厂编号。

1.2质量保证产品质量保证依据定货合同执行。

1.3安全规则1.3.1使用手册的指示标志- 不注意安全规则会导致人员危险而表示的危险符号:- 电压警惕符号:- 需要注意而没注意从而导致的机械故障或运行故障的安全规则符号:注意 - 直接在装置上的指示符号,如:旋转方向箭头、泵名牌、接口说明符号等,为了使用方便,要保持这些标志的完整、清晰。

1.3.2人员的资格和培训服务、维修、检查和安装的全体人员必须具有从事这种工作的资格。

每个人的责任、权限和检测范围必须固定和清楚。

如果没有一定的相关知识,可经过厂家进行必要的培训和教导。

对于使用者,还需要完全理解生产商提供的操作手册。

1.3.3安全操作说明- 泵只有在数据单中所规定的范围内运行,才能保证其正常工作。

在任何情况下,都不要超过数据单中提供的数据极限值。

- 如果辅助装置(如冷却装置、最小流量装置、润滑装置、密封冲洗装置)发生故障,会导致泵电压增高、密封失效,轴承温升增加等现象发生。

因而确保泵的辅助装置运转正常。

- 若泵零件温度很高或很低以至于会对人员造成伤害时,应采取防护措施,避免接触。

- 为防止停车时回流现象出现,必须安装止回流装置。

- 运行前必须检查安全防护装置是否可靠(如联轴器护罩)。

- 输送危险污染环境的液体要符合环境保护法。

1. 用途
500kV电力系统用金属氧化物避雷器是用于保护500kV电力系统中电气设备免受大气过电压和操作过电压损害的电器。

产品执行标准:GB11032-2000?交流无间隙金属氧化物避雷器?。

2、使用条件
1〕适用于户内、户外;
2〕环境温度不高于+40℃,不低于-40℃;
3〕太阳光最大辐射强度为1.1kW/m2;
4〕海拔高度不超过2000m;
5〕交流电源的频率不小于48 Hz,不高于62 Hz;
6〕长期施加在避雷器端子间的工频电压不超过避雷器的持续运行电压;
7〕地震烈度8度及以下地区;
8〕最大风速不超过35m/s。

4. 构造和优点
500kV电力系统用金属氧化物避雷器由元件、绝缘底座及附件均压环构成,元件由芯体、瓷外套、端部密封构造及绝缘部件构成,芯体由非线性金属氧化物电阻片叠加组成。

避雷器具有良好的密封构造和可靠的压力释放装置。

金属氧化物避雷器电气、机械性能稳定,运行可靠。

具有保护特性好、无工频续流、陡波响应特性好、耐污性强、通流容量大、构造简单、便于维护等优点。

5. 工作原理
避雷器的核心元件是金属氧化物电阻片,它具有优异的非线性电阻特性,在电力系统正常运行电压下呈现为高电阻,流过的电流很小,可视为绝缘体,
而在过电压作用下,电阻片呈低电阻,使有害的过电压能量迅速通过避雷器泄放入大地,把过电压限制在与之并联的电气设备绝缘耐受水平以下,从而实现对电气设备的保护。

注:防污型在型号后加注W、重防污型加注W1。

7. 验收、安装
(1) 验收
①安装产品前,翻开包装箱,检查随机文件(安装使用说明书、装箱单、产品合格
证)是否齐全、正确。

②按装箱单逐项检查配件是否齐全。

③检查产品外表是否有碰伤痕迹,瓷套是否有裂纹、掉块现象。

④检查螺栓紧固标记,确认是否松动,一旦发现松动,须紧固后进展安装。

(2) 安装
参照避雷器外形及安装尺寸示意图和避雷器安装过程示意图,将避雷器固定于安装根底上,避雷器接线端子与高压导线相连接,接地端子与接地线相连接,也可通过放电计数器或避雷器监测器与地线连接。

避雷器应竖直安装,严禁倾斜。

在安装起吊避雷器时,使用软绳捆住上部法兰,保证捆套结实,谨防脱落。

螺栓紧固扭矩(适用于钢制螺栓)见下表。

考前须知:我公司500kV避雷器由上、中、下三段元件组成并在产品标牌上标识有产品生产编号和元件序号(可参见避雷器标牌示意图),产品包装形式为三相一组组合包装,每组产品的同段元件包在一个包装箱中,用户在安装避雷器时应按照产品编号进展匹配组装,保持产品编号统一,以便于避雷器运行后的管理维护。

*考前须知:在起吊避雷器时应使用软质的
吊绳进展起吊。

1、在安装时螺柱应自下向上穿入。

2、在进展螺柱安装时,谨防碰伤瓷套伞裙部位。

考前须知:在定位连接时注意避雷器“避雷器元件〞标牌的位置,上下避雷器元件的标牌应位于避雷器的同一侧,如避雷器外形及安装尺寸示意图所示。

⑶在两段元件定位到位后,放下上
段元件使之完全压放在固定牢
靠的下段元件上,然后安装固定
螺母如图7,最后对螺柱两端的
螺母进展扭矩确认。

*考前须知:
1、在进展上、下段元件连
接安装时,谨防碰伤瓷套
伞裙部位;
2、螺栓紧固扭矩为125N•m。

8. 监测、维护
(1)监测:避雷器投入运行前及每年雷雨季节前,应进展预防性试验。

运行前试验工程为:
①直流参考电压试验
在避雷器两端施加直流电压(电压脉动率不大于±1.5%),待流过避雷器的电流稳定在lmA时,读取电压值U1mA,该值不小于标准规定值。

②直流泄漏电流试验
在避雷器两端施加0.75倍直流参考电压 (电压脉动率不大于±
1.5%),待电压稳定后,流过避雷器的泄漏电流值不大于标准规定值。

巡检工程:
③工频持续电流值的检测
装有避雷器在线检测仪器的避雷器应定期巡检,必要时使用避雷器专用的阻性电流测试仪检测,在运行电压下通过避雷器的全电流有效值或阻
性电流峰值不超过投运起始测量值的1.5倍。

注意:测量时严禁断开地线。

(2)维护:按电力系统规程规定执行。

9. 注意:
(1)避雷器在运输和保管过程中,必须按照包装箱上的指示垂直向
上放置,严禁平放,一旦出现横置,必须进展性能测试,确
认无质量问题前方可使用;
(2)严禁剧烈冲击、振动,运输车辆在三级路面上行驶时,时速不大于40km/h;
(3)用户不得随意拆开避雷器。

用户假设有特殊要求,可来人来函,进展协商、供货。
