Tips: ①英语中，许多表天气的名词+y=相应的形容词。
Eg：
cloud(云) +y→cloudy 多云的 wind（风）+y→windy 多风的(晴朗的)
rain(雨) + y→rainy(下雨的) snow(雪) + y→snowy (下雪的)
sun (太阳) + n +y→sunny
②表示下雨，下雪时，可以用rain，snow的不同形式来表达
It is rainy/snowy in Beijing. (rainy/snowy是rain/snow的形容词形式，“下雨/雪的”)
= It is raining/snowing in Beijing. (rain/snow作动词) 北京在下雨/雪。
