Financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering . As students in the university , we are also under our special stress . While study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us . And the things make us felt stressed may be our parents's greater expectations on us than we could reach . Later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . I think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we've learned at college in our future job .The chief problem we should face to is our atitude towards stress .People usually say they can not live in the sun except they escape from stress . It's unwelcome ! Yes , however , very necessary . Just image a world where stress does not exist and people lead their life in a very comfortable way . But is this kind of living conditionas perfect as we hope ? Without stress , they may feel very satisfied with the current life but lack of power to discover new things . Too much satisfaction result in nothing except a countermarch of the society . No stress , no development . So a certain amount of stress is good . It can stimulate us and increase our level of alertness .And our answer to stress is another vital problem . How to do with ourselves when stress suddenly break into our life ? To wave the white flag and admit our unability , to give up to our ideality , or worstly , just to suicide as to put an end to everything. Of cause not . The principle is to tackle with stress gentlely and harmoniously. We should try our best to release ourselves . Such as to do some exercise , to linsen to traditional Chinese music or classical music to ease our minds and to learn to view these changes of life as challenges .It's no use crying over spilt milk . Only to accept what has happened can solve the problem .Ok , I think I was under large stress 3 minutes before , but now I am here and have finished my speech . Here is the last thing I want to add to my topic ,face to it and overcome it ,stress is also a piece of cake .That is all . Thank you very much.经典英语演讲稿第7篇i started a company called this is for i created an online marketplace for professional truck drivers when they are in need of work to match with a motor carrier who needs a we are just rolling my concern is the my concern is for all industries, what can we do with the regulationissued to help us through these phases? you heard the president when he started he has rolled back already so many regulations to make it possible to move he was only less than a dozen days in office when the executive order stated for every new regulation you want tocreate you've got to get rid of i think that is bringing down theregulatory i feel -- i hear the same message when i'mtouring the i'm visiting every district there's 68 of i hold business the regulatoryenvironment is clearly one that is crippling a lot of small businesses as well as large i believe that it is a trillion dollars a year a cost for all businesses to comply with that is a time of a little example, just now i was in portland and seattle, and then i came back when i was at a small brewery, the owner said theregulations that bothers him, let me give you one he saidi want to launch a new we had thebody in the hesent in the label and it was kicked the label was we it kicked back i finally found out it was a,missing in the text on the label of the description of the we were delayed six months launching our you are a small business person trying to reclaim that six regulations we don't经典英语演讲稿第8篇Doing exerciseHaving funWhen having to make a choice most peoplethink they have to choose between the two. Far too often people gofor the latter and naturally choose fun. For instance many peoplewould prefer watching television, or more commonly known as TV toexercising, we all know that it’s true, right? The problem is, ifyou don’texercise you will become weak and ultimately out of shape and it isno fun to be out of shape, right? So the question is, why not turnexercise into fun?As an example, if TV is your favorite thingto do, why not connect your TV set to an electric generator that ischarged by a stationary bike, you know, the kind of bike youpeddle, that doesn’t go anywhere. 经典的英文演讲稿(精选5篇)经典的英文篇1my definition of successtoday i am very glad to be here to share with you my ideas of success. what is success? it is what everyone is longing for.sometimes success would be rather simple. winning a game is success; getting a high grade in the exam is success; making a new friend is success; even now i amstanding here giving my speech is somehow also success.however, as a person’s whole life is concerned, su ccess becomes verycomplicated. is fortune success? is fame success? is high social status success? no, i don’t think so. i believe success is the realization of people’s hopes and ideals.nowadays, in the modern society there are many peoplewho are regarded as the successful. and the most obvious characteristics of hem are money, high position and luxurious life. so most people believe that s success and all that they do is for this purpose. but the problem is wether it is real success. we all know there are always more money, higher position and better condition in front of us. if we keep chasing them, where is the end? what will satisfy us at last? therefore, we can see, to get the real success we must need something inside, which is the realization ofp eople’ hopes and ideals.different people have different ideas about success; cause people’s hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to comeby, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.what is success? everyone has his own interpretation as i do. but i am sureevery success leads to an ever-brighter future. so ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make asuccessful life!i have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed-we hold theses truths to be self-oevident, that all men are created equal. i have a dream that one day on the red hills of georgia, sons of former slaves and sons of former slave owners will be able to sit together at the table of brotherhood. i have a dream my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. i have a dream today! when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and hamlet, from every state and city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of god’s children-black men and white men , jews and gentiles, catholics and protestants-will be able to join hands and to sing in the words of the old negro spiritual, “free at least ,free at last . thank god almighty, we are free at last.”经典的英文演讲稿篇21.An aim in life is the only fortune worth finding.生活的目标,是唯一值得寻找的财富。

英语演讲稿带翻译范文一:我们是世界,我们是未来演讲稿We Are The World ,We Are The FutureSomeone said we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite. I dont know who wrote these words, but Ive always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.We are young. How to spend the youth? It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask what do you understand by the word youth? Youth is not a time of life, its a state of mind. Its not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. Its the matter of the will. Its the freshness of the deep spring of life.A poet said To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. Id like to share it with all of you. Lets show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our love.career and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our futurein this way. Well, lets make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell me.Yeah, it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves. We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself.Dont cry because it is over, smile because it happened. From the past, weve learnt that the life is tough, but we are tougher. Weve learnt that we cant choose how we feel, but we can choose what about it. Failure doesnt mean you dont have it, it does mean you should do it in a different way. Failure doesnt mean you should give up, it does mean you must try harder. As what I said at the beginning, we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite. The past has gone. Nothing we do will change it. But the future is in front of us. Believe that what we give to the world, the world will give to us. And from today on, lets be the owners of ourselves, and speak out We are the world, we are the future.世界是我们的,未来是我们的一些人说我们正在读一本无穷的书中的第一章的第一节。

第1篇: 英语演讲稿开头惊艳全场 And I know what youre thinking. You know, Im up here bagging out inspiration, and youre thinking, "Jeez, Stella, arent you inspired sometimes by some things" And the thing is, I am. I learn from other disabled people all the time. Im learning not that I am luckier than them, though. I am learning that its a genius idea to use a pair of barbecue tongs to pick up things that you dropped. (Laughter) Im learning that nifty trick where you can charge your mobile phone battery from your chair battery.Genius. We are learning from each others strength and endurance, not against our bodies and our diagnoses, but against a world that exceptionalizes and objectifies us. I really think that this lie that weve been sold about disability is the greatest injustice. It makes life hard for us. And that quote, "The only disability in life is a bad attitude," the reason that thats bullshit is because its just not true, because of the social model of disability. No amount of smiling at a flight of stairs has ever made it turn into a ramp. Never. (Laughter) (Applause) Smiling at a television screen isnt going to make closed captions appear for people who are deaf. No amount of standing in the middle of a bookshop and radiating a positiveattitude is going to turn all those books into braille. Its just not going to happen.第2篇: 英语演讲稿开头惊艳全场 Nowadays, more and more graduatestudent step in society to find a satisfied job. At the same time, we have a serious problem. Because female could do many things which men could do . As far as we know, the female’s IQdon’t be lower than man. So these employing units shouldn’t discriminate female. biggest setbacks in the last 12 years has been tax regulations. as we are embarking on tax forms discussions, what are you going to do for small businesses to help change those regulations in favor of small businesses?many of the same things we have been discussing, comprehensive tax reform. mr. gary co. in the here has beenspearheading this charge at the white house. you can definitely pick his brain about tax reform. it is high on his mind these days.lowering the corporate rate, encouraging business to grow, encouraging businesses based here to stay here, bring theircapital back that has been trapped overseas will have anenormously positive impact within our country and free updollars that can be reinvested. in conjunction with regulatoryreform, we have come out of the gate swinging. it's a major focus. my father's particular sensitivity to this issue is havingbeen a successful person in business himself. he understands thelimitations, whether businesses he was lookingto buy or grow, dealing with suppliers and smaller businesses that services companies. he very much understands how the regulatory environment, while important has grown to a place where it is the unintended consequences is stifling entrepreneurial spirit. we are going to bring that back. we have started doing it. tax reform is going to be incredibly important for every american. we are optimistic about those things. and continued progress.i would like to add, small businesses will say to me any tax reduction will be great. just let me know what it is. what is going to be my percentage. tell me what the rate is going to be so i can plan. without fail, every single one of those businesses tell me they will take that money and reinvest it in their business and hire more people. that will grow our economy. we will see that growth when we see tax rates go down. especially those in thellcs, all that money flows through. you know exactly how that works. we are working on it.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇6We've all been taught that we should help people. It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others. It may even win us favors in return. However, we must be realistic. We can't say yes to every request. If we did, we would fail or go crazy for sure. Sometimes we simply don't have the time to help. In this case, we must know how to say no politely. When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic.A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing todo. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. In short, we cannot please everyone all the time. Refusing favors is a part of life.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇7During my brief time in office, our world has reminded us daily of the necessity and the urgency of our work. We’ve witnessed the coarsening of public discourse and the volatility of national and international affairs. We’ve mourned when gun violence has cut future short, and gatherings of the faithful – Jewish, Muslim, and Christian –have ended in bloodshed. We’ve continued to confront the existential threat posed by climate change, and we’ve reeled as extreme weather has destroyed homes and claimed lives. And we’ve grown increasingly aware of the scourge of sexual harassment and sexual assault, and have struggled to consider how institutions, Harvard among them, can prevent and address behavior that threatens individuals and weakens communities. To be sure, there is much in this world that rightly troubles us. But there’s even more that gives us cause for hope. And it’s that spirit of hope – the willingness both to see the world as it is, and to consider how we can help make it better –that is in many ways the spirit that defines this university and I believe joins us all together.Since I took office on July 1, I’ve seen the value of both knowledge and education at work in the world. I’ve seen the good being done by our faculty and our students, by our alumni, and our staff, and our friends. A nd I’ve seen expressions of compassion, and patience, and kindness, and wisdom that havemoved me deeply.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇8So many people under estimate the power and importance of a smile, that simple little facial expression characterized by an upward curving of the corners ofthe mouth.A smile has many meanings: pleasure, friendliness, welcome, amusement, and many more; and it is part of a universal body language that doesn’t need any extrainter pretation.Plus a smile, with all its simplicity and beauty, can be a very important factor in many aspects of our lives:You fall in love with a new country you visit because its people greet you with a welcoming smile everywhere you go; other countries you just don’t like even though they might have more history, nature, entertainment and what not because their people don’t seem so friendly or accepting. You feel like buying from a certain store when the vendor welcomes you in with asmile, sometimes even if you wouldn’t initially have bought anything; and in other stores, even though they have exactly what you need or better, you decide to walk away because the vendor doesn’t look welcoming at all.You want to give a waiter a good tip when he serves you with a smile, even if the food turns out not that good; on the other hand, sometimes you’ll have some of the best food ever, but you won’t feel like giving the waiter a tip, even if you do, because he was grumpy.More and more examples from our everyday life show how much a simple smile can change everything.Forever engraved in my mind will be the smiling faces of the people of Thailand, the friendly pizza delivery boy, the welcoming supermarket vendor, the nice cashier at the bank, … etc.It is these smiles that keep me wanting to go back, and that keep us all wanting to go back; looking at it from another view, if we break it down using business sense, a smile is one of the most effective means to generate sales and develop customer loyalty. On top of all that, a smile is a very simple and easy thing to do, so it amazes why no one bothers to do it, it not only makes the person in front of you better, but it also makes you feel better as well, and I’m not making this up,it has been psychologically proven.Personally, I’d like to see more smiling faces in this world; in the airports when I enter a new country, in companies, government agencies, restaurants, hotels, banks, everywhere; and I think it is up to governments to campaign about this, and even make it obligatory in certain important places like airports, hospitals, hotels … etc.Let’sall simply smile.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇9Thank you very much, Margaret, for that very generous introduction.First, let me say congratulations to our graduates. Welcome back to our alumni. Good afternoon to everyone –colleagues and friends, and family members, loved ones, and our most special guest –our eminent speaker. It’s a pleasure to address you this afternoon and to offer a few reflections as I approach the end of my first year as president.I realize, however, that I’m literally the last thing standing between you and the speech that you’ve all actually come here to hear. So, while I can’t promise to be mesmerizingly eloquent, I can at least promise to be mercifully brief. We gather this afternoon buoyed by the aspirations of our graduates –some 7,100 people who have distinguished themselves in nearly every field and every discipline imaginable. We welcome them into the venerable ranks of our alumni, and we send them forth into a world that is very much in need of both their minds and their hearts.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇10Good morning, everybody! In this world, there is one thing that is very fair to everybody, whether you are a male or female, young or old, rich or poor. Does anybody know what it is called?Right. It is time. The topic I am going to present to you today is called “Treasure Every Minute”.The clock is running. Make the most of today. To realize the value of ONE YEAR, ask a student who failed a grade. To realize the value of ONE MONTH, ask a mother who gave birth to a premature baby.To realize the value of ONE WEEK, ask the editor of a weekly newspaper. To realize the value of ONE HOUR, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.To realize the value of ONE MINUTE, ask a person who missed the train. To realize the value of ONE SECOND, ask a person who just avoided an accident. To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND, ask the person who won a silver medal in the Olympics.Treasure every moment that you have! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough tospend your time with. And remember that time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is amystery. Today is a gift. That's why it's called the present!! The clock is running. Make the most of today.Good luck, everybody!优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇11Actually, I have wracked my mind and heart for what I ought to say to you today. I have asked myself what I wish I had known at my own graduation, and what important lessons I have learned in the 21 years that have expired between that day and this.I have come up with two answers. On this wonderful day when we are gathered together to celebrate your academic success, I have decided to talk to you about the benefits of failure. And as you stand on the threshold of what is sometimes called ‘real life’, I want to extol the crucial importance of imagination. These may seem quixotic or paradoxical choices, but please bear with me.Looking back at the 21-year-old that I was at graduation, is a slightly uncomfortable experience for the 42-year-old that she has become. Half my lifetime ago, I was striking an uneasy balance between the ambition I had for myself, and what those closest to me expected of me.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇12I was convinced that the only thing I wanted to do, ever, was to write novels. However, my parents, both of whom came from impoverished backgrounds and neither of whom had been to college, took the view that my overactive imagination was an amusing personal quirk that would never pay a mortgage, or secure a pension. I know that the irony strikes with the force of a cartoon anvil, now.So they hoped that I would take a vocational degree; I wanted to study English Literature. A compromise was reached that in retrospect satisfied nobody, and I went up to study Modern Languages. Hardly had my parents’ car rounded the corner at the end of the road than I ditched German and scuttled off down the Classics corridor.I cannot remember telling my parents that I was studying Classics; they might well have found out for the first time on graduation day. Of all the subjects on this planet, I think they would have been hard put to name one less useful than Greek mythology when it came to securing the keys to an executive bathroom.I would like to make it clear, in parenthesis, that I do not blame my parents for their point of view. There is an expiry date on blaming your parents for steering you in the wrong direction; the moment you are old enough to take the wheel, responsibility lies with you. What is more, I cannot criticise my parents for hoping that I would never experience poverty. They had been poor themselves, and I have since been poor, and I quite agree with them that it is not an ennobling experience. Poverty entails fear, and stress, and sometimes depression; it means a thousand petty humiliations and hardships. Climbing out of poverty by your own efforts, that is indeed something on which to pride yourself, but poverty itself is romanticised only by fools.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇13What I feared most for myself at your age was not poverty, but failure. At your age, in spite of a distinct lack of motivation at university, where I had spent far too long in the coffee bar writing stories, and far too little time at lectures, I had a knack for passingexaminations, and that, for years, had been the measure of success in my life and that of my peers.I am not dull enough to suppose that because you are young, gifted and well-educated, you have never known hardship or heartbreak. Talent and intelligence never yet inoculated anyone against the caprice of the Fates, and I do not for a moment suppose that everyone here has enjoyed an existence of unruffled privilege and contentment. However, the fact that you are graduating from Harvard suggests that you are not very well-acquainted with failure. You might be driven by a fear of failure quite as much as a desire for success. Indeed, your conception of failure might not be too far from the average person’s idea o f success, so high have you already flown.Ultimately, we all have to decide for ourselves what constitutes failure, but the world is quite eager to give you a set of criteria if you let it. So I think it fair to say that by any conventional measure, a mere seven years after my graduation day, I had failed on an epic scale. An exceptionally short-lived marriage had imploded, and I was jobless, a lone parent, and as poor as it is possible to be in modern Britain, without being homeless. The fears that my parents had had for me, and that I had had for myself, had both come to pass, and by every usual standard, I was the biggest failure I knew.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇14In the matter of courage we all have our limits. There never was a hero who did not have his bounds. I suppose it may be said of Nelson and all the others whose courage has been advertised that there came times in their lives when their bravery knew it had come to its limit.I have found mine a good many times. Sometimes this was expected--often it was unexpected. I know a man who is not afraid to sleep with a rattle-snake, but you could not get him to sleep with a safety-razor.I never had the courage to talk across a long, narrow room. I should be at the end of the room facing all the audience. If I attempt to talk across a room I find myself turning this way and that, and thus at alternate periods I have part of the audience behind me. You ought never to have any part of the audience behind you; you never can tell what they are going to do.I'll sit down.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇15The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.Attitude to me is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what the other people think, say,or do.It is more important than the appearance, the giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company,a church ,a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day, regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.We cannot change our past.We cannot change the fact that people will act in acertain way.We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one stage we have. And that is our attitudes.I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me ,and ninety percent how I react to it.And so it is with you.We are in charge of our attitudes.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇16On Monday, tomorrow, during your commencement ceremonies, I will confer on you all the “rights and responsibilities” of a Yale degree. You rs is a great responsibility. You will have to know what you are for. What are you for?“Surely in the light of history,” Eleanor Roosevelt said, “it is more intelligent to hope rather than to fear, to try rather than not to try.”Yale has prepared you, as a scholar and a human being, to try; to face challenges with courage and determination. And I trust you are leaving Yale with a sense of your own responsibilities to one another, to the planet, and to our shared future.By serving others and our communities with the many gifts you have been given, you will live a life that is for something, a life of meaning and purpose. There is no time to waste; there are no words to waste: As a young Bob Dylan sang in 1965, “He not busy being born is busy dying.” We mus t give life to new ideas, imagine new ways of being in the world, new answers to the problems that vex us and our neighbors. Now is the time.Members of the Class of 20xx, please rise:We are delighted to salute your accomplishments, and we are proud of your achievements. Remember to give thanks for all that has brought you to this day. And go forth from this place with grateful hearts, paying back the gifts you have received here by using your minds, your voices, and your hands to imagine and create the new worlds you wish to see. What are you for?Congratulations, Class of 20xx!Thank you. Thank you.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇17President Faust, members of the Harvard Corporation and the Board of Overseers, members of the faculty, proud parents, and, above all, graduates. The first thing I would like to say is ‘thank you.’ Not only has Harvard given me an extraordinary honour, but the weeks of fear and nausea I have endured at the thought of giving this commencement address have made me lose weight. A win-win situation! Now all I have to do is take deep breaths, squint at the red banners and convince myself that I am at the world’s largest Gryffindor reunion.Delivering a commencement address is a great responsibility; or so I thought until I cast my mind back to my own graduation. The commencement speaker that day was the distinguished British philosopher Baroness Mary Warnock. Reflecting on her speech has helped me enormously in writing this one, because it turns out that I can’t remember a single word she said. This liberating discovery enables me to proceed without any fear that I might inadvertently influence you to abandon promising careers in business, the law or politics for the giddy delights of becoming a gay wizard. You see? If all you remember in years to come is the ‘gay wizard’ joke, I’ve come out ahead of Baroness Mary Warnock. Achievable goals: the first step to self improvement.优秀经典英语演讲稿范文篇18Looking around me today, I think of the generations of Yale graduates who have come before you. Individuals who have been。

2024英语演讲稿范文:保持积极的心态4篇

2024英语演讲稿范文:保持积极的心态2024英语演讲稿范文:保持积极的心态精选4篇(一)Ladies and gentlemen, distinguished guests, and fellow students,Good morning!I stand before you today to talk about the importance of maintaining a positive mindset in the year 2024.We live in a dynamic world with constant changes and challenges. It is easy to get caught up in negativity and pessimism. However, I firmly believe that a positive mindset is the key to achieving success and happiness.Firstly, a positive mindset allows us to see opportunities rather than obstacles. When faced with difficulties, instead of being discouraged, we can view these challenges as chances for growth and personal development. With a positive mindset, we can turn setbacks into stepping stones, pushing ourselves to become better versions of ourselves. Moreover, maintaining a positive mindset helps us to overcome fear. Fear often holds us back and prevents us from pursuing our dreams and goals. However, a positive mindset allows us to embrace fear and use it as a catalyst for action. When we maintain a positive attitude, we can conquer our fears and push ourselves outside of our comfort zones, leading to personal and professional growth. In addition, a positive mindset fosters resilience. It gives us the strength to bounce back from failure and setbacks. Life may throw us curveballs, but with a positive mindset, we can find the silver lining in any situation. We can learn from our mistakes, adapt to new circumstances, and keep moving forward.Lastly, maintaining a positive mindset not only benefits ourselves but also those around us. Positivity is contagious. When we radiate positivity, we inspire and uplift others. Our positive attitude can bring joy and optimism to our friends, family, and colleagues. So, how can we cultivate and maintain a positive mindset in 2024?Firstly, let's start our day with gratitude. Take a moment each morning to reflect on the things we are grateful for. It can be as simple as the sunshine or the love from our family. A grateful heart kickstarts the day on a positive note.Secondly, let's surround ourselves with positive influences. The people we spend time with greatly impact our outlook on life. Choose friends who uplift us and support our dreams. Engage in activities that bring us joy and fulfillment. Surround ourselves with positive energy to fuel our own positivity.Lastly, let's practice self-care. Taking care of ourselves physically, emotionally, and mentally is essential for maintaining a positive mindset. Prioritize activities that recharge our batteries and bring us inner peace. It can be exercising, reading, meditating, or simply taking a walk in nature. Remember, self-care is not selfish; it is necessary for our overall well-being.In conclusion, maintaining a positive mindset in 2024 is crucial for our personal and professional success. It allows us to see opportunities, overcome fear, foster resilience, and inspire others. Let us start each day with gratitude, surround ourselves with positive influences, and practice self-care. With a positive mindset, we can overcome any challenges and embrace the bright future ahead.Thank you.2024英语演讲稿范文:保持积极的心态精选4篇(二)Ladies and gentlemen,I stand before you today to discuss a topic that we can all relate to - courage. Courage is not the absence of fear, but rather, the ability to overcome it. It is that inner strength that enables us to face challenges head-on, to take risks, and to stand up for what we believe in. In the year 2024, as we navigate through an ever-changing world, courage will be more important than ever.Firstly, courage is crucial in the face of adversity. We are living in a time of great uncertainty, where we are constantly confronted with new challenges and obstacles. From climate change to economic instability, our generation is tasked with finding solutions to these complex issues. It takes courage to speak up, to take action, and to advocate for positive change. We must have the courage to challenge the status quo, to question traditional norms, and to think outside the box. Only through courage can we create a better future for ourselves and for generations to come.Furthermore, courage is essential in building meaningful relationships and fostering understanding. In a world that is increasingly interconnected, it is easy to retreat into our own bubbles and surround ourselves with like-minded individuals. But true courage lies in reaching out to those who are different from us, in embracing diversity, and in engaging in dialogue with an open mind. We must have the courage to listen to perspectives that may be uncomfortable or unfamiliar, to empathize with others, and to seek common ground. Only through courage can we build bridges of understanding and create a more inclusive society.Lastly, courage is vital in pursuing our dreams and passions. In a society that often values conformity and stability, it can be daunting to pursue a path that deviates from the norm. But it is those who have the courage to follow their hearts, to take risks, and to chase their dreams, who often make the biggest impact. We must have the courage to believe in ourselves, to persevere in the face of setbacks, and to never give up on our aspirations. Only through courage can we push the boundaries of what we thought was possible and achieve greatness. In conclusion, courage is a quality that will be of utmost importance in the year 2024 and beyond. It will enable us to face adversity, build understanding, and pursue our dreams. Let us embrace courage in all aspects of our lives and be the change we want to see in the world. In this fast-paced and ever-changing world, let us not forget the essence of a mother's love, for it is the epitome of selflessness, sacrifice, and unwavering support.A mother's love is unlike any other love. From the moment we take our first breath, it is a bond that is unbreakable and enduring. She is our first teacher, guiding us through life's trials and tribulations with an unconditional love that knows no bounds. Her love is like a warm embrace, comforting us in times of need and celebrating our achievements with unbridled joy.In the hustle and bustle of life, it is easy to take our mother's love for granted. We get caught up in our own lives, chasing success and pursuing our dreams. But amidst it all, our mother remains a constant presence, silently supporting us from the sidelines. She may not always say it, but her love is evident in the little things she does - the meals she cooks, the late nights she stays up worrying, and the sacrifices she makes to ensure our happiness.A mother's love is selflessness personified. She puts her own needs, desires, and dreams on hold to ensure the well-being and success of her children. She carries the weight of our burdens on her shoulders without complaint, always putting our needsahead of her own. Even when faced with adversity, a mother's love shines through, giving us strength and encouragement to face our own challenges with grace and resilience.Furthermore, a mother's love is a guiding light that illuminates our path in life. She instills in us values and morals that shape the very core of our being. She teaches us the importance of empathy, compassion, and kindness, qualities that are crucial in today's interconnected world. It is through her love that we learn to love and care for others, thereby creating a ripple effect of love and positivity in our society. So, let us not forget the immeasurable worth of a mother's love. Let us acknowledge the sacrifices she has made and continues to make for our sake. Whether it is through words, acts of kindness, or simply spending quality time with her, let us show our appreciation and gratitude for the love she selflessly bestows upon us.In conclusion, a mother's love is a force that transcends time and space. It is a love that knows no boundaries nor limits. So, let us cherish and celebrate this unconditional love, for it is a beautiful gift that enriches our lives in ways that words cannot express. When you treat other people kindly, they will treat you kindly in return. Try to spend one day smiling and being kind to everyone you meet. You will see a big difference in your life. 万能经典英语演讲稿篇1Weve all been taught that we should help people. It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others. It may even win us favors in return. However, we must be realistic. We cant say yes to every request. If we did, we would fail or go crazy for sure. Sometimes we simply dont have the time to help. In this case, we must know how to say no politely. When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really cant do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic.A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty about saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. In short, we cannot please everyone all the time. Refusing favors is a part of life.万能经典英语演讲稿篇2Good morning, everybody! And treasure it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend your time with. And remember that time waits for no one. Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is amystery. Today is a gift. Thats why its called the present!! The clock is running. Make the most of today.Good luck, everybody!万能经典英语演讲稿篇3The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.Attitude to me is more important than facts. And that is our attitudes.I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me ,and ninety percent how I react to it.And so it is with you.We are in charge of our attitudes.万能经典英语演讲稿篇4In the matter of courage we all have our limits. You ought never to have any part of the audience behind you; you never can tell what they are going to do.Ill sit down.万能经典英语演讲稿篇5So many people under estimate the power and importance of a smile, that simple little facial expression characterized by anupward curving of the corners ofthe mouth.A smile has many meanings: pleasure, friendliness, welcome, amusement, and many more; and it is part of a universal body language that doesn’t need any extrainter pretation.Plus a smile, with all its simplicity and beauty, can be a very important factor in many aspects of our lives:You fall in love with a new country you visit because its people greet you with a welcoming smile everywhere you go; other countries you just don’t like even though they might have more history, nature, entertainment and what not because their people don’t seem so friendly or accepting. You feel like buying from a certain store when the vendor welcomes you in with asmile, sometimes even if you wouldn’t initially have bought anything; and in other stores, even though they have exactly what you need or better, you decide to walk away because the ven dor doesn’t look welcoming at all.You want to give a waiter a good tip when he serves you with a smile, even if the food turns out not that good; on the other hand, sometimes you’ll have some of the best food ever, but you won’t feel like giving the waite r a tip, even if you do, because he was grumpy.More and more examples from our everyday life show how much a simple smile can change everything.Forever engraved in my mind will be the smiling faces of the people of Thailand, the friendly pizza delivery boy, the welcoming supermarket vendor, the nice cashier at the bank, … etc.It is these smiles that keep me wanting to go back, and that keep us all wanting to go back; looking at it from another view, if we break it down using business sense, a smile is one of the most effective means to generate sales and develop customerloyalty. On top of all that, a smile is a very simple and easy thing to do, so it amazes why no one bothers to do it, it not only makes the person in front of you better, but it also makes you feel better as well, and I’m not making this up,it has been psychologically proven.Personally, I’d like to see more smiling faces in this world; in the airports when I enter a new country, in companies, government agencies, restaurants, hotels, banks, everywhere; and I think it is up to governments to campaign about this, and even make it obligatory in certain important places like airports, hospitals, hotels … etc.Let’sall simply smile.万能经典英语演讲稿篇6Today we organize an English speech contestto Celebrate One hundred years anniversary of the China Communist Party establishment. We should challenge ourselves , force ourselves to be successful in some cases . There is a story. One day a litter girl had a serious illness . She must be operated on quickly . Because of fear, she cried, shouted and refused. The doctor and the father had no choice but to control her , force her for saving her life. For example , if we have a cold , we have to take some medicine no matter how bitter it is. Or we have to take an injection no matter how painful it is . It’s said that there will be a rainbow after astorm. Never give up. Perseverance means victory. force ourselves to be successful.Nothing is difficult to the man who will try. where there is a will, there is a way. It’s a piece of cake to learn English. Everyone is born with the ability to learn . But Whether or not you can do it well depends on your learning habits, attitudes, Research shows that successful learners have active attitudes and some good habits in common.
