The former CEO of Apple company is Steve Jobs, though he died many years ago, his lengend is still going on. 一、结算条款的修订：2017版合同进一步明确“计日工”计价方式的适用

（一）“计日工”条款修订内容

2013版原文如下：10.9 需要采用计日工方式的，经发包人同意后，由监理人通知承包人以计日工计价方式实施相应的工作，其价款按列入已标价工程量清单或预算书中的计日工计价项目及其单价进行计算；已标价工程量清单或预算书中无相应的计日工单价的，按照合理的成本与利润构成的原则，由合同当事人按照第4.4款〔商定或确定〕确定变更工作的单价。

（二）何谓“计日工”？

建设工程领域有两种计价模式：定额计价和清单计价。定额计价系按照国家或省一级建设主管部门确定的建设工程计量单位消耗的人材机等标准消耗量，套用定额单价，最终得到工程总价的计价模式。定额计价参照的是单位工程社会平均消耗量和单价，个体之间不产生差异。
