(二)教学颇受诟病社会上多年来盛行不衰的形形的英语培训学校、辅导班，以及讨论中大量消失的"哑巴英语'和"聋子英语'等词汇使得广阔英语老师颇受诟病。
将英语辅导学校的盛行归因于学校英语教学的不力好像有几分道理。
高校生参加高校英语教学状况调查时亦做出类似反馈，将胜利归因于自身的努力，而将失败归因于高校英语老师的教学不得法［3］。
