DLFA-BJJ03零部件自动标记机实训系统技术文件图片仅供参考一、设备概述该系统能够真实模拟工业自动零部件标记机的工作状态，可以完成在零部件上用印泥印字的工序。
该系统由工作部分、控制部分和上位机界面组成。
工作部分含有多种工业传动系统，多种工业传感器，能够真实模拟自动零部件标记机的工件传送以及印章和分类存储的工序。
控制部分采用支持三种控制方式（PLC控制、单片机控制、上位机控制），完成整个系统的控制运行。
1该系统自动运行采用单片机控制，启动接口面板上的控制按钮，控制印章机运行。
可外接PLC控制印章机运行。
旋转转换开关SA1，即可改变控制方式，单片机控制/PLC控制/PC控制。
该系统带有上位机监控，可在上位机上直接监控印章机运行过程。
控制面板上留有PLC控制输入输出接口及上位机通讯接口。
二、技术指标1、电源输入：单项三线AC220V 50Hz1、设备工作电压：DC24V2、温度：-10℃～40℃；环境湿度：≤90%（25℃）；3、整机容量：≤1KVA4、外形尺寸：960×600×1250（mm）三、实训项目1、气动系统的安装与调试项目；2、传感器系统的安装与调试项目；3、电气控制电路的安装和PLC（可选配）程序编写项目；24、机电设备安装与调试项目；5、自动控制系统安装与调试项目。
四、产品功能描述该系统配置了直流电机、传送带系统、气动系统、传感器、气动吸盘、料槽组合系统及Z轴滚轴丝杠传动系统等实训部件。
整个系统为模块化结构的开放式实训平台,实训模块可根据不同的实训要求进行组合，学校还可以根据教学需要，配置不同品牌的（PLC）模块或增加其它的实训模块。
系统的执行机构由气动电磁阀-气缸构成的气压驱动系统实现整个系统的自动运行，并完成物料的分拣。
整个实训考核系统的模块之间连接方式采用安全导线连接，以确保实训和考核安全。
五、系统原理（1）送料检测单元供料工作单元的主要作用是为加工过程逐一提供加工工件。

在印刷过程中，纸张高速的传递，会产生细微的移位与拉伸，同时，纸张在吸收润版液与油墨后亦会有一定的变形，为弥补这种无法抗拒
的缺陷给印刷质量带来的影响，印刷中出现了陷印的工艺。
传统印刷中，
一般在印前设计与制作软件中进行陷印设置。
本文以海德堡QM DI46－4 为例，探讨一下数字印刷中的陷印控制。
一、陷印基本理论
1．陷印概念
在多色印刷中，为了获得最佳的印刷效果，必须保证在整个印刷过
程中具有非常精确的套印精度。
但是在实际印刷中，由于纸张的变形，在
进行四色的套印时，各色图文在纸张上的印刷位置就会有一定程度的偏移，那幺承印材质的底色就会显露出一条细小的白线。
为了避免类似的位移，
必须调整各色块的叠印范围。
这种色块的交叠或扩展就叫作陷印。
下文中
主要讨论两种陷印类型：
（1）通过外扩或内缩来扩展对象。
（2）从色块相交的边缘像素值来计算出一条色带的色值与位置。
2.陷印条件
一般来说，在两种以上色彩差异较大的色块相接时，需要进行陷印。
当”Easy Trap”的阈值（即色彩的差异程度）针对各个陷印程序被定义
后，则陷印程度就会自动激活。
在分色时，QM－DI－RIP在对PS文件进行解释的过程中计算评估整个过程，如果色值差异的百分比值大于或等于陷
印阈值，将会自动产生一扩展色带（即陷印）。
这个过程中的先决条件是，文件的分色过程必须在QM－DI-RIP中进行。

印刷英文词汇
PS版presensitized offset plate 预先在版基表面涂布感光涂层的胶印版材。
侧规side guide 使纸张侧边缘准确定位的部件。
串墨辊ink vibrator 轴向串动的匀墨辊。
串水辊dampening vibrator 轴向串动的传水辊。
递纸sheet transfer 将已定位的纸张等承印物，通过递纸牙传递给压印滚筒进行印刷。
递纸牙transfer gripper 从前规接过纸张等承印物，在与压印滚筒同步时传递给滚筒的叼牙部件。
叼口gripper edge 单张纸印刷时，在印版和纸张等承印物端留出的空白边。
叼纸牙gripper 在印刷过程中，传递和交接纸张等承印物的部件。
掉版image weakening 平印版的图文细微调子变浅，网点和线条面积减小，甚至失去亲墨性。
堆纸sheet stacking 单张纸印刷前将待印的纸张或承印物整齐地堆积在输纸台上。
多层金属版multi-metal plate 用钢或铝皮作版基，以铜为亲墨层，铬或镍为亲水层的一种平印版。
规矩guide 单张纸胶印机的纸张定位部件。
规矩线register mark 设置在印版边缘的十字线和角线，系校版和检验套准的依据。
滚压rolling 胶印机橡皮布滚筒和印版滚筒或压印滚筒间在压力下相对滚动。
滚枕cylinder bearer 滚筒两端用以确定滚筒间隙的凸起钢环，亦是调节滚筒中心距和确定包衬厚度的依据。
糊版filling in 由于印版图文部分溢墨，造成承印物上的印迹不清晰，属胶印印品故障。
即涂感光版wipe-on plate 用手工涂布感光层，随涂随用的一种平印版。
胶印offset lithography 印版上的图文先印在中间载体（橡皮布滚筒）上，再转印到承印物上的间接印刷方式。
胶印版材offset plate 表面经过涂布处理，能用来制作胶印印版的平面单张版材。
胶印故障offset printing trouble 在胶印过程中影响印刷正常进行或印品质量缺陷的总称。

当打印颜色管理文档时，可以指定其他颜色管理选项以保证打印机输出中的颜色 一致。单击【打印】对话框中的【颜色管理】选项，弹出【颜色管理】选项设置， 如图8-6所示。该选项可以将文档的颜色转换为台式打印机的色彩空间。
【打印】选项
❖ 【文档】：如果选择该选项，可以打印文档； ❖ 【校样】：如果选择该选项并针对RGB打印机，InDesign CS3则使用选择的颜
❖ 【在OPI中忽略】：如果勾选此复选框，可以在将图像数据发送到打印机或文件 时有选择地忽略导入不同的图像类型，只保留OPI链接，有OPI服务器以后处理。
【透明度拼合】选项
❖ 【预设】选项中包含高、中、低三种分辨率设置，其选择意义如下： ❖ 【低分辨率】：主要用于打印黑白快速校样，以及要在Web发布的文档或要导出
否缺失等信息。 单击对话框中【链接和图像】选项，可以查看当前文档所有链接、嵌入的图像，
并显示它们的相关信息。 单击对话框中的【颜色和油墨】选项，类表框中将显示文档中使用的油墨名称。
预检程序将检查带有重复意义的专色。 单击对话框中的【打印设置】选项，列表中将列出所有的打印设置，如图打印
份数、校样、拼贴等信息。
色配置文件将颜色数据转换为RGB值。
【选项】设置

1、给宽幅标识T3200打印机连接网线，然后我们在HP的显示面板上就能看到打印机的IP地址。
2、然后在浏览器中输入看到的IP地址。
3、切换到HP WEB服务选项卡中，点击启用。
4、在启用之后，宽幅标识T3200打印机就会自动打印出一份文档，文档里是如何使用HP云打印的说明。
5、打开HP云打印服务网站（注：第一次使用，是没有账号的，可以按提示注册一个账号。
）
6、在上面点击添加宽幅标识T3200打印机，并填写步骤4中已经获取的打印机代码。
然后点击确定即可。
7、设置打印机的邮件地址，为了不让打印机受到垃圾邮件攻击，尽可能的设置个独特些的地址。
8、设置宽幅标识T3200打印机使用权限。
9、如果对邮件的地址不满意，可以在这里进行更改，只要这个地址没有被占用就可以。
10、使用时，把文档发送到注册的邮件地址中，宽幅标识T3200打印机就会自动的帮你打印出来。
