船到了码头，靠了岸，那个人从刻着记 号的地方跳下水，用手去摸。摸了好半天，除 了几根水草和枯木棍，什么也没有找到。他双 眉紧锁，百思不得其解：没错呀，我的剑明明 是从这里掉下去的呀！莫非我的剑会游水不成？ 他站在水中，呆呆地望着远处的江面。岸上的 人们看着这个愚蠢的人都哈哈大笑起来。 如果宝剑真得会游水，也许它还能跟着船 游到岸边。就是因为宝剑落入水中就沉到了江 底，所以那个人到了岸边再找剑，当然是找不 到的。
