1A Fun Day at Binjiang Forest ParkWow, I had the best day at Binjiang Forest Park in Pudong, Shanghai last weekend! It was so much fun exploring all the cool areas of this huge park. I went with my mom, dad, and little brother Xiao Ming. We took the metro and then walked a little ways to get to the park entrance. As soon as we went inside, I could tell this place was going to be awesome. There were tons of big trees everywhere and lots of green spaces. We started off on one of the walking trails that winds through the forest areas. It was so peaceful listening to the birds chirping and looking at all the different plants and flowers. My little brother kept running ahead on the trail, so we had to keep telling him to slow down. After a little while, we came to this big open field area called the Central Lawn. It was completely covered in bright green grass as far as I could see! Xiao Ming immediately ran out onto the grass and started rolling around. I had to join him - it was toomuch fun not to! We played catch for a bit while my parents rested on a bench. I wished we had brought a frisbee or something to toss around. The next part we explored was the Wetland Area. There were lots of little ponds and streams with ducks and other water birds swimming around. We crossed over this awesome wooden bridge and got to see the birds up close. The water was so clear and there were pretty flowers blooming along the edges. My dad told me this area is really important for protecting nature in the city. Then we went over to the Kids' Play Areas which were my favorite! There were several different themed playgrounds spread out with all kinds of cool equipment. One had a massive spider web climb net that I scrambled up to the very top of. Another had these really fun spinning cup rides that Xiao Ming and I took turns riding over and over until we got dizzy. There was also a big pirate ship playground that we pretended to sail the high seas on. So much fun! After playing for a while, we stopped for a snack at one of the food carts in the park. I got a chocolaty ice cream cone that was so delicious on the篇2A Fun Day at the Big Forest ParkLast Saturday, my mom and dad took me to a really cool park called Pudong Binjiang Forest Park. It's a huge park right on the river in Shanghai with lots of trees, trails, playgrounds, and fun things to do. I was super excited to go!We took the metro downtown and then walked a little ways to get to the park entrance. The park is absolutely massive - it goes on for miles and miles along the riverfront. As soon as we went through the gates, I could see endless rows of tall trees and winding paths crisscrossing everywhere. It felt like being in a real forest right in the middle of the city! The first thing we did was walk along one of the main trails deeper into the woods. The trail was nicely paved and really wide, with maps and signs pointing out different areas along the way. Everywhere I looked there were different kinds of trees and plants - pines, willows, oaks, and all sorts of flowers and bushes too.It was such a beautiful sunny day and the fresh air smelled amazing. My dad said all the trees were helping to clean the air in Shanghai, which I think is really cool. We saw lots of otherfamilies out walking too, along with some people riding bikes and a few runners jogging by. Some areas even had exercise equipment set up along the trails for outdoors workouts. After walking for a little while, we reached this clearing with a huge open field perfect for running around. There was a big playground there too with swings, slides, monkey bars, and rockers shaped like animals. I begged my mom and dad to let me play, so they found a spot to sit on a bench while I went crazy on all the playground equipment for like an hour straight! The playground was packed with other kids and we all had a blast.Once I had gotten my energy out on the playground, we continued our hike and found a stream running through the woods. There were cute little bridges crossing over the stream every so often. We followed the stream for a ways, looking for fish and admiring all the flowers, until we reached a big lake in the middle of the park. The lake was so pretty and peaceful looking. People were out rowing boats around the water while ducks swam nearby. Some people even had remote control sailboats that they were racing across the lake, which looked fun. We walked along the lakeshore path for a little while, taking in the beautiful scenery.Eventually, we reached an area of the park called "Holiday Beach." This part had real sand like an actual beach! There were lounge chairs you could rent, little cabanas, and places to buy snacks and drinks. My dad got us some ice cream cones and we enjoyed them while relaxing in the warm sun on the sandy beach area. It was so nice to just sit back and soak in the holiday beach vibes. After resting for a bit, I was getting antsy to explore more of the park. We walked over to another area that had all these cool exhibits about nature, animals, the environment, and science. One exhibit let you go inside a little dome theater and watch a movie about the rainforest projected all around you. Another one had tons of stuffed animals you could pose for pictures with. There were interactive games, virtual reality experiences, and all sorts of fun hands-on stuff to learn about the natural world. As we kept walking, I noticed we were getting close to the river on the edge of the park. Finally, we reached the riverwalk trail hugging the shoreline. From there we had an awesome view looking out over the Huangpu River towards the iconic skyscrapers of the Pudong financial district. We could even see the famous Oriental Pearl TV Tower in the distance! We followed the riverwalk for a while, watching boats glide by on the water as the city skyline glittered in the sun. At one point, we came across an outdoor exercise area where people were doing things like tai chi, dancing, stretching, and playing hacky sack. It looked like so much fun that I joined a group doing some stretches and yoga poses with them for a little bit.Eventually, we had to start heading back towards the park entrance as it was getting late in the afternoon. But not before stopping at the greenhouse garden area one last time! The greenhouse domes had the most gorgeous flowers inside along with some other exotic plants. My mom took about a million pictures of all the vibrant blooms in every color imaginable. On our way out of the park, I begged my parents to let us come back again soon. Pudong Binjiang Forest Park was even more amazing than I could have imagined. With so many trails to hike, playgrounds to play on, exhibits to explore, and beautiful sights to see, one day was not nearly enough time! I can't wait to return and have another fun adventure in the big forest park by the river.篇3My Fun Day at Binjiang Forest ParkWow, I had such an awesome day at Binjiang Forest Park in Pudong, Shanghai! It was the best field trip ever. I want to tell you all about the fun things I did and saw there.First thing in the morning, we took a big bus from school to the park. The ride was kind of long, but I didn't mind because I was just so excited to go! When we finally got there, I could barely sit still on the bus because I wanted to jump out and start exploring right away.As soon as we went through the big entrance gate, I was like "Whoa!" The park was huge, with tons of trees and forests and gardens everywhere. Our teacher told us it's one of the biggest parks in all of Shanghai, covering over 20 square kilometers! That's basically the size of a small town. No wonder I felt so tiny compared to everything around me.Our first stop was the Wetland Reserve area. There were these beautiful little ponds and streams with clear water running through them. And get this - we saw a whole flock of cute little wild ducks just splashing around and quacking up a storm! My friend Lily tried to get close to them to feed them some bread, but they got scared and waddled away. Maybe next time we can get one of the park workers to help us get close safely. After the wetlands, we went on a nature hike through the forest trails. The whole forest felt like a jungle with all the tall trees covering the sky. Our teacher told us to keep an eye out for interesting plants, animals and bugs. I spotted a praying mantis just chilling on a leaf! Those things are so bizarre looking, like little aliens or something. Some of the other kids found colored mushrooms, fuzzy caterpillars, and even a sleepy raccoon napping in a tree hollow. Exploring the forest was like a real-life nature documentary! When we finished the hike, my feet were pretty tired. But then our teacher said it was time for a picnic lunch, and that got me energized again! We all sat down on these big picnic blankets near a grassy field and took out the lunches our parents had packed for us. My mom had made me a sandwich, an apple, some carrot sticks, and a cookie for dessert. Yum! While we were eating, we could see people flying colorful kites up in the big open field. It looked like so much fun. After lunch, we got to go play on the huge adventure playground in the park. This place was like a giant jungle gym on steroids! There were tons of ladders, tubes, swings, seesaws, monkey bars and other crazy stuff to climb on. My favorite was this really tall spiral slide that looked kind of like a roller coaster. Imust have gone down it 100 times! I also tried out this nifty zipline where you could soar over the whole playground area. So awesome! Finally, we ended our day by walking along the riverfront trail. We got to see gorgeous views of the Huangpu River and the iconic Shanghai skyline across the water. The skyscrapers looked like giant metal trees lining the horizon. Our teacher told us that some of the world's tallest buildings were over there! It almost didn't seem real.On the bus ride back to school, I could barely keep my eyes open after such an awesome but exhausting day. Binjiang Forest Park had everything - animals, trails, playgrounds, you name it. I gave my mom a huge hug when I saw her and shouted "That was the best field trip ever!" I can't wait to go back again someday. Maybe they'll even let me take bread to feed the ducks next time!篇4My Amazing Day at Binjiang Forest ParkHi friends! I'm so excited to tell you about the super fun time I had at Binjiang Forest Park in Pudong, Shanghai last weekend. My mom and dad took me there and it was the best day ever!First, we had to take the subway to get there. I love riding the subway in Shanghai because it's so modern and fast. We got off at the Huamu Road station and then had to walk a little bit to get to the park entrance. As soon as we walked in, I could tell Binjiang Forest Park was going to be awesome! The first thing I noticed was how big and green everything was. There were tall trees everywhere and lots of plants and flowers. It felt like we had stepped into a forest in the middle of the huge city! My dad said the park covers over 200 hectares - that's about the size of 300 football fields squished together. Wow!We started our adventure by walking along one of the hiking trails that winds through the woods. The path was nice and flat, so it was easy for me. As we strolled, I heard all kinds of bird songs and saw cute little critters like squirrels and chipmunks scampering around. It made me feel like I was in a real nature wonderland. After a little while, we came to this enormous green field called the Great Lawn. It seemed to stretch on forever! There were people having picnics, tossing frisbees, kicking soccer balls, and just relaxing on the lush grass. I begged my parents to let me run around and they said yes. I sprinted back and forth, didcartwheels, and just enjoyed the fresh air and open space. Sometimes in the city it feels like there's no room to really stretch your legs, you know? When I finally got tired, we kept walking and found ourselves at the Huangpu River waterfront area. The view looking out over the river towards the Pudong skyscrapers was just breathtaking. We could see the famous Oriental Pearl Tower and other tall buildings shining in the distance. It was such a cool contrast - this peaceful, natural park on one side and the big modern city on the other side of the river. My dad took a bunch of pictures of me posing with the skyline in the background. As we walked along the riverfront path, I spotted some cool playgrounds. Of course, I had to stop and check them out! There were big crazy slides, climbing nets, seesaws, and other fun equipment. I ran around playing tag and hide-and-seek with the other kids for a while. Parents were relaxing on benches in the shade nearby keeping an eye on everyone. It was such a nice family atmosphere.Eventually, my grumbling tummy told me it was time for lunch. We found a little cafe in the park that had outdoor seating in a pretty garden area. I got a yummy chicken sandwich and an ice cream bar for dessert. While we ate, a couple of friendly parkguides came by and told us about some of the other cool areas we could explore, like the wetland area with boardwalks and an arboretum with plants from all over the world. I definitely want to check those out next time! After lunch, we stumbled upon the most amazing place - the park's roller skating trail! It was a long, winding path just for roller bladers, skateboarders, and bikes. Mom and Dad rented roller blades for me and I cautiously rolled around a bit while they walked alongside giving me pointers. Once I got the hang of it, I was zipping all over the place pretending I was in the Olympics. Roller skating quickly became my new favorite thing! My mom said we had been at the park for over five hours by that point, but it didn't feel like nearly that long because I was having such a blast. I didn't want to leave! On our walk back to the subway station, we passed by beautiful flower gardens, little ponds with ducks swimming around, and people doing tai chi and dancing. The energy and peacefulness of Binjiang Forest Park is just incredible. In the subway on our way home, I summed up my thoughts out loud: "That park is like the ultimate playground where you can run and rollerblade and see amazing nature stuff all in one place! We have to take my friends there soon." My parentssmiled and agreed. I'm already counting down the days until my next visit to my new favorite spot - the wonderful Binjiang Forest Park!篇5A Fun Adventure at Binjiang Forest ParkWow, I had such an awesome time at Binjiang Forest Park! It was the best day ever. Let me tell you all about my exciting adventure.Last Saturday, my mom and dad surprised me by saying we were going on a special family trip. I was super curious about where we were going. When we got in the car, I could barely sit still because I was so excited to find out. Finally, after about a 30 minute drive, we arrived at this huge park called Binjiang Forest Park in the Pudong district of Shanghai. As soon as we stepped out of the car, I could tell this place was going to be amazing. The fresh air smelled so good and there were tons of tall trees all around. My dad told me the park covers over 20 square kilometers! That's bigger than my whole neighborhood. I couldn't wait to explore. The first stop was the Central Scenic Area. There were pretty gardens with fountains and sculptures everywhere. I saw one sculpture that looked like a giant metal dandelion - it was so cool! We walked along the winding trails through the gardens, watching butterflies flit between the colorful flowers. It felt like we were in a magical forest. After the gardens, we went up to the Sunrise Pavilion which is on top of a big hill. The view from up there was breathtaking. You could see the entire park below, including the huge lakes and the skyscrapers of Pudong in the distance. My mom pointed out the Huangpu River snaking through the city. I felt like I was on top of the world up there! Then it was time for the part I had been waiting for - the roller coaster rides! Binjiang has an awesome amusement park area called Happy Valley with tons of thrilling rides. I convinced my dad to go on the looping coaster with me called the Scorpion's Tail. We went upside down like five times! My stomach felt so funny but it was a blast. My favorite ride was probably the Sky Shuttle though. It's this tower that shoots you up super fast until you're 90 meters in the air. Then it slows down and you get to see an incredible viewbefore dropping back down quickly. I screamed the entire time because it was so scary but fun. After riding tons of coasters and spinny rides, we were all starving. Luckily there were plenty of restaurants and food stalls to choose from at Happy Valley. We got some yummy jianbing which is kind of like a Chinese crepe with egg, veggies and sauce inside. It really hit the spot after all that running around. As if the day couldn't get any better, we finished up by renting a paddle boat and cruising around the huge Binjiang Lake. Gliding across the peaceful water was so relaxing after the adrenaline-pumping rides earlier. We even saw a few fishermen out on the lake trying to catch fish.By the time we got back home, I was completely tuckered out. Walking through the door, I dropped my bag, flopped on the couch and immediately knocked out for a little nap. Visiting Binjiang Forest Park was such an awesome family adventure.I gave my mom and dad a huge hug before going up to my room and told them I wish we could go back again tomorrow. Binjiang had everything - pretty gardens, cool sculptures, thrilling rides, yummy food, and amazing views. My favorite part was definitely the roller coasters but I loved discovering all the different areas of the massive park.I'm already counting down the days until we can go back! Maybe next time we can rent bikes or take a boat tour down the river too. There's just so much to do and see at Binjiang Forest Park. I feel so lucky to have such an amazing place like that so close to home here in Shanghai. It's the perfect spot to spend quality time with my family while having nonstop fun!篇6A Fun Day at the Big Forest ParkWow, you'll never guess where my family took me last weekend! We went to this gigantic park called Binjiang Forest Park in the Pudong area of Shanghai. It was so much fun, I can't wait to tell you all about it!We took the subway to get there, which was an adventure by itself. The subway station was really deep underground and we had to take the longest escalator ride ever to get down to the train platform. I've never seen escalators that long before! The subway train was really packed but we were able to squeeze in.When we finally got out at the Tangqiao station near the park, we could see tall green trees right outside the station exit. I was so excited! We walked across a big road and suddenly wewere right inside the park. It felt like we had stepped into a whole different world. The first thing I noticed was all the huge trees everywhere! There were pine trees, gingko biloba trees, camphor trees, and so many others I've never seen before. Some of them were taller than buildings! The trees made everything feel cool and shady, which was great because it was a really hot summer day. I took some deep breaths of the fresh forest air - it smelled so good and green. As we walked along the windy paths, I loved spotting all the different birds flitting between the branches up above. I heard their chirping songs and saw bright feathers of yellow, red, blue, and more. My dad told me there are over 100 species of birds that live in the park! I tried to see how many I could find. One of my favorite parts was the rivers and lakes with all the beautiful lotus flowers and waterfalls. The water was so clean and clear, with little fish swimming around. We crossed over some bridges with pretty pavilions on them. I felt like I was in a painting!Another highlight was the Sculpture Park area with all the cool, giant sculptures of animals and people. My little brother and I had a blast running around, checking them all out up close. Some of them were as tall as houses! We took lots of fun pictures posing next to the huge sculptures.Later on, we stopped for a picnic lunch that my mom had packed for us. We found a nice grassy area near a little stream and laid out our blanket in the shade. The food tasted extra yummy after walking around so much. A few friendly squirrels even came up close looking for snacks! After lunch, we played at the adventure playground for a while. There were tons of different climbing structures, swings, slides, and obstacle courses to explore. We ran around getting exercise and letting off some energy. I didn't want to leave the fun playground! Before we knew it, the sun was starting to go down and we had been at the park for almost the whole day. My legs were tired from all the walking and playing, but I felt so happy. The Binjiang Forest Park was like a real forest in the middle of the big city. I loved seeing all the nature and having space to run around freely. As we made our way back to the subway station, I looked back at the park one last time, with its tall green trees swaying in the warm evening breeze. I told my mom I want to come back again soon to explore more of the trails and maybe have acampout sometime. A kid could never get bored at that amazing forest park!。
