内燃机与配件0引言船舶用柴油发动机是船舶承载最重要的动力源。

伴随着新的排放规定的实施和石油资源的削减。

作为船舶最大的排放能源消耗机器，为了满足节能削减排放的需要，技术开发和新能源的开发利用对策是必需的。

船舶用柴油发动机核心关键部件的研发技术、高品质燃料技术、高效废气净化技术、可再生能源技术的应用等，可为满足海洋运输的高效、节能和减排的需要作出巨大贡献。

1国内船舶柴油机技术分析①工业基础经过多年的努力，我国船用柴油机的开发从无到有，迄今已取得了丰硕的成果，除此之外国家还建立了船用柴油机研究机构和相应企业。

最近几年，大多数已被列为国家高新技术项目，所以，我国柴油机的生产及自主研发、制造水平得到了的大大提高[1]。

②在引进新的技术和改革开放之前，我国引进了多种船用柴油机，通过引进外国先进技术，培养高水平技术人才，目前，已经取得一些科研成就，同时也具备了和世界发达国家竞争力的能力，如今与国外的先进技术相比，我国与发达国家之间船用柴油机的制造技术差距越来越小。

2船舶柴油机技术的发展现状船舶用柴油发动机是船舶用辅助装置的核心，是中国造船产业可持续健康发展不可缺少的组成部分。

近年来，随着世界造船中心向亚洲转移，中国船舶用柴油发动机产业迅速发展。

通过引进国外先进技术，形成了中高速船舶用柴油发动机可设计、制造、开发的产品群，部分产品达到国际先进水平。

甚至为中国船舶用柴油发动机产业的发展奠定了坚实的基础。

但是，中国的船舶用柴油机的开发，现在的综合开发的条件无法满足，产品设计、研究开发、生产技术等领域，国内的柴油机制造企业与国际先进企业之间的差距还有很大。

目前，国内柴油机在中国造船业的匹配率还不到40%，远远落后于与制造业相关的其他产业。

船舶用柴油发动机已经成为影响中国造船行业进一步发展的瓶颈。

在国际上，欧洲造船业中低速船舶用柴油发动机依然被发达国家垄断，manb&w 、WNS 等知名企业的市场份额超过70%[2]。

船舶主机及轴系安装

1）工艺过程：在船台按减速器输出轴中心为基准来定位尾轴管；在船台加工尾轴管孔；下水后坞内安装螺旋桨轴和螺旋桨；出坞后进行水上轴系校中定位。２）优缺点：方法简单，但风险大；主机与尾轴管定位下水会有变形，此变形无法控制；变形过大，导致尾轴管报废。
