SONY电视维修实例三十例作者:为民服务文章来源:不详点击数:261 更新时间:2006-10-311.故障实例:索尼KP-EF61MG型(背投影彩电)三无待机指示灯不亮闪烁开机后即自动保护,面板上的待机指示灯不停闪烁。
根据现象分析,问题可能出在I2C总线被控电路。
检修时,打开机盖,用万用表测电源电路输出的各电源电压均正常,开机瞬间用示波器测行输出级,发现行输出级没有工作。
该机采用了先进的FC总线技术,机内的各主要集成电路,都挂在总线的时钟线、数据线上,总线电路中,有一个主控集成电路,若干个被控集成电路。
主控集成块一般由电脑(CPU)承担。
每个被控集成电路都编有不同的地址码,主控电脑块利用时钟线、数据线,根据不同的地址码,选中不同的被控集成电路,要求它接收电脑指令或是向电脑供电、外部晶振不正常等引起该1C不工作时,在开机瞬间该被控IC就不能向电脑反馈工作正常的信息,电脑就会进入保护关机状态。
该机中总线上的被控集成电路有大约十个,但只有CXA2050S(行/场振荡、亮/色处理)、M24C08FM6T(配属电脑块的El'ROM)损坏时,会造成开机保护,而其它被控集成电路损坏时不影响正常的开机。
该机经检查为CXA2050S内部损坏。
更换CXA2050S集成块后,机器故障排除。
2故障实例:索尼KP-EF48MC型(背投影彩电)满屏红光栅有回扫线开机后屏幕为红色光栅,且有满屏回扫线。
根据现象分析,问题可能出在聚焦控制电路。
索尼背投彩电有一聚焦盒组件,行输出变器输出的高压进入此组件,经内部六个电阻电位器分压,分别给投影管提供加速极电压、聚焦电压(共六根输出线)。
运输或使有中振动会造成聚焦组件某一引线虚接、开路。
该机经检查为聚焦组件一引线虚接而使红管加速极电压太高,造成红色回扫线。
重新接好并重调红管加速极电压,使图像恢复正常,机器故障排除。
3故障实例: 索尼KV-3400RM679型三无电源指示灯不亮开机后无光栅无图像无伴音,电源指示灯不亮。

四、开关电源故障检修 1.掌握开关电源各单元电路的分类方法,学会划分主要电路和次要电路 主要电路: 稳压电路,振荡电路,交流220V和电源输出端整流滤波电路。 次要电路:过流、过压、过热、欠压保护电路,恒流驱动电路、待机控制电路。
五、图像信号处理电路故障检修 1.图像信号处理电路组成
5.代换法 代换法指采用元件替换的方式,对所怀疑的元件进行替换。由于代换法维修,并没有完全锁定故障在所替换的元件上,仅是怀疑而已,所以,代换法换下的元件并不一定存在故障,彩电维修中,代换法只在故障存在不确定性的情况下使用。
6.调试法 调试法指通过调试恢复电视机原有工作状态。调试法通常用于光栅白平衡和会聚调试。也可用于对故障范围进行确定。 7.开、短路法 电路中某些元件或单元电路,属于辅助电路或开、短路后,不影响电路的工作状态和造成其它元件损
2.掌握主要电路和次要电路在开关电源中的作用 主要电路的作用是产生振荡脉冲信号,对脉冲信号进行放大,通过变压器的互感作用和整流滤波电路向负载电路提供稳定的直流电压。 次要电路的作用是提高开关电源的稳定性、可靠性和电源电压的适应范围,避免开关电源和负载电路出现异常情况时扩大故障范围。
3.掌握不同开关电源主要电路和次要电路在开关电源中的工作状态 在有独立副电源的彩色电视机中,开关电源中的主要电路和次要电路,在电视机工作在待机时均不工作,在无独立副电源的彩色电视机中,开关电源中的振荡电路、稳压放大电路和待机控制电路处于工作状态,其余电路不工作。 电视机工作中正常工作状态时,次要电路不工作(相当于从电路中断开)。
(5)字符形成电路 作用:形成与电视机工作状态一致的文字信号,送往RGB基色信号处理电路。 故障现象:屏幕上无字符显示或显示的字符不正常(如字符位置不正常或字符变小等)。 故障检测点:字符显示所需要的条件 字符振荡电路和字符定位脉冲输入电路(行、场脉冲)。
电视机简易故障修理

简易故障修理内部资料严禁外传1 散焦出图漫原因:聚焦、加速极电压变低,开机后会逐渐增高,恢复正常。
常见原因。
管座受潮绝缘性能下降。
修理方法:换管座2 上部回扫线原因:场逆程幅度不足。
导致逆程不足原因:场逆程供电不足,自举升压电容失容、升压二极管不良开路,偏转线圈不合适。
修理方法:换自举升压电容、二极管,换偏转线圈管座,查找逆程供电不足的原因。
3 无伴音无噪音这里讲的是常出的的部位:扬声器断线。
原因:潮湿锈蚀而断。
修理方法:1,换扬声器,最好与原来的扬声器完全相同。
没有也可不同,阻值应当和原来相同或略小。
,螺丝固定位置尽可能相同,不同时可能无法固定所有螺丝,要最少固定两个螺丝。
2,修复,一般情况均可修复使用。
将断线用多股细导线(越细越好)从原焊点处连接好,焊点用松香覆盖,防止再氧化。

2,pll锁相还检波换上中周只有一个,只要有图一般不用调整。
3,中周调整可用38M信号配合数字表调整。
7 高压帽打火8 高压线破损9 色斑产生原因:消磁电阻损坏修理方法;更换消磁电阻。
消磁电阻好坏判定:坏的消磁电阻晃动有响声。
用电组档测试,电阻变大。
测试时要处于常温下测试。
10 部分按键失控产生原因:按键损坏修理方法:换按键。
产生原因:按键输入线路有故障,否则cpu损坏。
11 按键正常遥控失控产生原因:按键线路故障,否则cpu损坏。
因为按键优先。
12 伴音小噪声大产生原因:多为伴音鉴频中周电容失容。
修理:换中周或换电容,重新调试中周即可。
调试方法:用万用表测试去加重端的电压(也可鉴频输出端),调节伴音鉴频中周,测试点电压要有足够变化范围,然后调到图纸标注的电压。

这些彩电的主板大多数元件已经进入老化期,而相当一部分电视的“彩管”还可以使用,加上近几年由于彩电的更新速度,集成电路的大规模化,多数厂家的彩电主板在4~5年过后很难找到原材料。
由此市面上出现了替代原彩电机心的主板,来替换原主板,使彩电可以继续使用,而将以往不带遥控及频道容量不够的彩电的功能进行了增加。
目前,市场上彩电的主板可谓是琳琅满目,但是都差不多应用一样的三洋机心电路(LA76810/76818),有少部分应用LA76931大规模单片机。
在改装过程中,由于每个维修人员对这类主板的认识不同,有的甚至是用户自己进行改装。
因此,在改装过程中出现的问题也各式各样,为此,本人将自己的改装经验写出来供大家参考。
不足之处还望指正。
1.电路说明CPU大多采用LC8635XX系列,其中后缀以55K7/55L7/52Y7/52H4/55P2/5Y29/56A6/54A1/5Z26等加以区分;解码芯片采用LA76810/LA76818;场输出电路采用LA78040/LA78041或LA7840/LA7841(其中LA78041/LA7841用于64 cm/25英寸)以上的大屏幕主板;伴音电路无一例外都采用TDA2003(用于54 cm/21英寸以下的小屏幕)和LA4265(用于64 cm/25英寸以上大屏幕)。

SAFETY-RELATED COMPONENTWARNING!!Replace all components with Sony parts whose part numbers appear as shown in this manual or in supplements published by Sony.WARNINGS AND CAUTIONSSAFETY-RELATED COMPONENTWARNINGIt is essential that all critical parts be replaced only with the part number specified in the electrical parts list to prevent electric shock, fire, or other hazard.NOTE:Do not modify the original design without obtainingwritten permission from the manufacturer or you will void the original parts and labor guarantee.USE CAUTION WHEN HANDLING THE LCD PANEL When repairing the L CD panel, be sure you are grounded by using a wrist band.When repairing the LCD panel on the wall, the LCD panel must be secured using the 4 mounting holes on the rear cover.1)Do not press on the panel or frame edge to avoid the risk ofelectric shock.2)Do not scratch or press on the panel with any sharp objects.3)Do not leave the module in high temperatures or in areas ofhigh humidity for an extended period of time.4)Do not expose the LCD panel to direct sunlight.5)Avoid contact with water. It may cause a short circuit withinthe module.6)Disconnect the AC power when replacing the backlight (CCFL)or inverter circuit.(High voltage occurs at the inverter circuit at 650Vrms.)7)Always clean the LCD panel with a soft cloth material.8)Use care when handling the wires or connectors of the invertercircuit. Damaging the wires may cause a short.9)Protect the panel from ESD to avoid damaging the electroniccircuit (C-MOS).SAFETY CHECK-OUTAfter correcting the original service problem, perform the following safety checks before releasing the set to the customer: 1.Check the area of your repair for unsoldered or poorlysoldered connections. Check the entire board surface forsolder splashes and bridges.2.Check the interboard wiring to ensure that no wires are“pinched” or touching high-wattage resistors.3.Check that all control knobs, shields, covers, ground straps,and mounting hardware have been replaced. Be absolutely certain that you have replaced all the insulators.4.Look for unauthorized replacement parts, particularlytransistors, that were installed during a previous repair. Point them out to the customer and recommend their replacement.5.Look for parts which, though functioning, show obvioussigns of deterioration. Point them out to the customer andrecommend their replacement.6.Check the line cords for cracks and abrasion. Recommendthe replacement of any such line cord to the customer.7.Check the antenna terminals, metal trim, “metallized”knobs, screws, and all other exposed metal parts for ACleakage. Check leakage as described below.Leakage TestThe AC leakage from any exposed metal part to earth ground and from all exposed metal parts to any exposed metal part having a return to chassis, must not exceed 0.5 mA (500 microamperes).Leakage current can be measured by any one of three methods.1. A commercial leakage tester, such as the Simpson 229 orRCA WT-540A. Follow the manufacturers’ instructions touse these instructions.2. A battery-operated AC milliampmeter. The Data Precision245 digital multimeter is suitable for this job.3.Measuring the voltage drop across a resistor by means of aVOM or battery-operated AC voltmeter. The “limit”indication is 0.75 V, so analog meters must have an accurate low voltage scale.The Simpson’s 250 and Sanwa SH-63TRD are examples of passive VOMs that are suitable. Nearly all battery-operated digital multimeters that have a 2 V AC range are suitable (see Figure A).How to Find a Good Earth GroundA cold-water pipe is a guaranteed earth ground; the cover-plate retaining screw on most AC outlet boxes is also at earth ground. If the retaining screw is to be used as your earth ground, verify that it is at ground by measuring the resistance between it and a cold-water pipe with an ohmmeter. The reading should be zero ohms.If a cold-water pipe is not accessible, connect a 60- to 100-watt trouble- light (not a neon lamp) between the hot side of the receptacle and the retaining screw. Try both slots, if necessary, to locate the hot side on the line; the lamp should light at normal brilliance if the screw is at ground potential (see Figure B).FigureA.
