A Film Review of<<flipped>>Have watched the film called <<flipped>> , l am deeply moved by the story happened between Juli and Bryce, two small children pure and know little about what is love .To be honest, l fall in love with young Juli when first saw her, just as the excellent article showed on class by teacher says, Juli has extremely bright eyes, which can catch your heart . You have to admit that Juli is a girl who is brave and caring. Met Bryce at the first time, she loses her heart and expect to g et Bryce’s kiss. In order to finish this purpose ,she did many things .However Bryce is a shy boy who is different from Juli ,avoiding to met Juli though they are in the same class. As far as l am concerned, as a boy should be outgoing, just like Juli ,dare to love and hate, have ideas on what to do and not to .More or less, a family plays a great role in children’s personality. Juli is lucky to have a good family to give her right va lue .Juli’s father is a dreamer, who does not care about material life and shows his full love to his family including to his retarded brother. Faced wi th the rich neighbor’s laughing, her father does not have any sense of inferiority, but holds his belief firmly and gives his daughter an eternal parasol tree after the world took away J uli’s big tree.As to Bryce’s father, rich but losing, elegant but impolite. Effected by his father, Bryce starts to looking down upon Juli and her family, thinking her family is poor and her yard is dirty, which leads to his refusing to the eggs Juli offers. Even more, his father show little respect to his sister and grandfather, which makes me disgust. Overall, though two families have their shortcoming, we should do what is beneficial to children’s growth rather than make them cultivate a bad personality which will make others keep distance to then.When first saw Juli climb up the tree, Bryce think it’s stupid, refusing to Juli’s invitation to climb up the tree with her. I do not understand why Juli so insistent to offer her invitation at the beginning, seeing light suddenly after Juli climbs to the top of the tree, where she can see the most beautiful scenery in the whole world and the fascinating sunrise and sunset. Perhaps she want to share cherish thing with whom she loved, so she is unwilling to come down when people plan to cut the tree which attribute to her appearing in newspaper. It’s her father ‘s painting about that tree that makes her find her happiness and ends up those day’s absent-mindedness and sadness.When growing, we all need somebody’s guide. Bryce is lucky enough to have a so great grandfather to tell him who he is and he should be a kind and honest person. Just as what Bryce’s grandfather ‘s said when they were walking together, “some of us get dipped in flat, some in satin, some in gloss. But every once in a while you find someone who’s iridescent, and when you do, nothing will ever compare.” ,which gives me a big shock. The growth of love, we often use the way to say” stop ”, in fact, we need a wise man’s leading, learn to how to love. That’s where our missing in education. l really love the old man who helping Bryce discover the brightness of Juli, helping Juli repair the yard and build the fences without explaining or saying voluntarily, stepping forward when Bryce’s father laughed at her retarded uncle.When you like me, l don’t like you; when you fall in love with me , l like you; when you leave me, l fall in love with you; is that you go to fast, or l can’t follow your footsteps. Movie review-----《Flipped》From the title of this film you can know that it is a story about love.First love.I saw the film again for my movie review.I think the same film you read it in different times you will have different feelings.So I read it third.When i saw it the first time,i think it’s just a simple love between a little boy and a young girl.From the film i can know a girl called Juli Baker,she like a boy called Bryce Loski.This story began in 1957’s summer. Juli is a outright girl, when she was in Grade Two she met Bryce Loski the first time, she say“The first day i met Bryce Loski, i flipped. It was those eyes, sth in those dazzling eyes”. From this sentence i can feel that a little girl met a person who she liked., and there is a feeling through her heart, we called flipped. I think it’s a magic that you meet a person and you got some feeling in your heart. The scene make me remind that a boy who i liked first time , i still remember the feeling. You want to see him everyday and try to make good friends with him.In the other side, what about Bryce？How does he feel about Juli. Acturelly Bryce isn't so sure. Beginning that day, and for the next five years, Bryce does everything he can do to keep away from Juli. Juli givea warm pursuit.It makes Bryce confuced,the only things he can do is just looking forward to get in different class in Junior high school.When they’re in Junior high school,Bryce’s grandpa move to live with them.One day,he has talk about Juli with Bryce.The reason is Juli does not come down the tree and her story has been published on the newspaper.There is a big sycamore tree in their community,Juli like to climb on the tree.The higher she got,the more amazed she was by the view.On the sycamore tree,some days the sunsets sould be purple and pink.And some days they were a blazing orange setting fire to the clouds on the horizon. Juli’s dad had talk to her about Bryce,he said that sometimes you have to look the whole landscape.And one day when Juli on the tree ,It was during one of those sunsets that her father’s idea of the whole being great more than the sum of its parts moved from her head to her heart.When there are some people try to cut down the tree,Juli’s father try to persuade her and say“It’s time to come down”I think it’s look like to tell her It’s time to review the relationship with Bryce.During this time,Juli get a review about herself and Bryce.Bryce grandfather say”Some of us get dipped in flat, some in satin, some in gloss. But every once in a while you find someone who's iridescent, and when you do, nothing will ever compare. ”i love this sentence very much, It’s to tell us It is not a lack of beauty of life.It is our lack of discovery.On their family meal , in Bryce’s room he was in troubled with what he should wear to meet Juli , but also he didn’t want Juli know his thought.This scene is very funny, the director vividly show the subtle feeling in Bryce heart.That night Bryce say”Juli Baker was out of my life .Or , more accurately i was out of hers” This is the summary of Juli’s grow.At the end of this story Bryce go to Juli’s house and plante a tree in her garden and Juli forgive him.At the beginning Bryce is cowardice,after a number of things he change his view of Juli and like this girl.Biologucally speaking,girl mature ealier,Juli always reflect on herself.The higher she got, the more she had.She is a very smart girl , she’s not only follow Bryce blindly , but also self-examination.She teach us , you should find a person who make you be better. The little girl, Juli Backer, started her unrequited love for Bryce Loski when the first day she met him, and even brazenly sometimes. But Bryce felt scared of Juli, who dared to embrace him in front of everyone in the classroom and also dared to climb to a grand tree to enjoy the spectacular view ,and when the tree was to be cut, she tried her best to protect it though just herself. From the initial dodge, to understanding Juli later, all the way is bumpy. When Bryce finally overcome his weakness and timidness, and got up the courage to give Julie a kiss which was her wish for years. but Julie Baker stayed away, she ride back home, and said to her mother that this is not what she wanted. but what did she really want? She had thought Bryce has the most beautiful and the most dazzling eyes in the world. However when she felt that Bryce said sorry to her just to make himself feel better.
