银川外国语实验学校以初三学生为主要研究对象，对设备的准备，测试软件的信度与效度，被测试学生的心理焦虑度，英语口语教学策略如何适应考试形式的变化等做了系统的研究和分析。
该研究数据收集多样化，包括测试、师生访谈、问卷调查等。
研究表明，人机测试在减轻学生考试焦虑度的同时可有效提高英语口语测试的信度与效度，并且更能真实地反映学生的实际英语水平。
【关键词】人机对话英语口语行动研究口语教学随着科学技术的发展，如何利用计算机技术来进行大规模口试受到人们越来越多的关注。
口试正经历着从传统的直接型口试（面试），到半直接型口试（利用磁带录音口试），再到计算机辅助口试发展的历程。
“人机对话”作为英语教学改革的新理念，应该说“人机对话”是英语教学改革的必然趋势。
我省在2016年中考中推行“人机对话”模式。
长期以来，中考英语口语测试都是在“人人对话”的环境下进行的，因此，“人机对话”模式必将对当前初中英语教学带来较大的冲击，也促使各学校积极探索英语听说教学改革，不断创造条件以适应这种考试模式的需要。
在这种大背景下，银川外国语实验学校被选中为第一批试点实验学校进行“人机对话”的测试。
学校对此项任务极其重视，专门组成了课题小组，对考试设备的购置、测试学生的选择、测试时间的安排做了详细的计划，并对四次模拟进行了全程监控，开展了一个为期两个月的行动研究，以期解决以下问题：一是现行口语评分软件是否具有信度和效度；二是现行口语评价标准是否有利于学生口语的发展；三是从“人人对话”到“人机对话”学生的焦虑程度的变化。
所谓“人机对话”，包含几个方面：一是出题自动化：以海量题库为基础；二是考试自动化：采取“人机对话”方式；三是判卷自动化：全部阅卷由计算机完成；四是结果反馈：自动化生成评估报告。
考生进行考试的全过程不介入任何人为因素，这种完全基于现代信息技术环境下的英语听说测试与传统听说测试相比，有很多优势。

属性，既强调标准参照测验下划定考核层次，又重视 常模参照测验下人才选拔的区分度。而在人机对话 实践中，目前来看，两种测验模型往往难以调和。调 研发现，为降低由于考试形式变化带来的“不稳定” 风险，人机对话试题的难度一般较笔试部分低，表现 为高分组与低分组平均值差异小、区分度底。低区 分度带来的弊端已初露端倪，值得重视。一是考生 学业负担不降反增。访谈发现，对英语高水平考生 来说，低难度的试题降低了该类考生的学科竞争力。 为达到“止损”的目标，这部分考生一方面继续加强 听说能力的训练，确保人机对话不丢分；另一方面在 笔试部分投入更多的时间和精力以扩大优势。对中 等水平考生而言，人机对话难度降低后为其创造了 与高水平学生缩小差距的机会，为此投入更多的时 间成本已成必然。必须承认，以上种种异象是优质 教育资源匮乏背景下以升学率作为核心考核指标的 结果表现。二是广义公平下对个体利益的忽视。广 义上看，低难度的试题有利于激发基础薄弱学校和 学生教与学的积极性，有助于其听说能力的整体提 升，符合罗尔斯有关弱势群体社会保护的公共利益 观[4]。但就个体而言，高水平考生其固有的学科优势 被压缩，但难以获得相应的补偿机会，广义上的群体 公平存在忽视个体利益的嫌疑。由此可见，人机对 话的低区分度并不能完全满足“两考合一”的目标要 求。但同时也应该看到，作为一项促进学生英语学 科能力发展为旨趣的教学评价活动，其整体“投入— 产出”的社会效益值得肯定。

中考英语口语的考查是以完整性、准确性、流利 性、韵律性4个标准来评测打分。 完整性，即朗读短文是否完整，话题表述是否 对回答要点完整表述等； 准确性，则是将学生的发音与标准语音库进行 对比，看差别打分，这套系统对此都能有效评 测。 此外，更高的要求就是流利性和韵律性，对语 速快慢、是：巧妙预测；顺序答题；边听边
记；抓关键词句；大胆猜测等等。 口语：指导停顿、连读、失爆、语调 等朗读技巧方面，平时课本文本内容 尽量播放录音，教师少领读，话题简 述则着重突出选用句型、句子的连贯 和符合要求的适度拓展等内容，让学 生在实践中感悟。
1、耳麦要轻拿轻放，考试过程中不要 随意摆弄已调整好的耳麦设备；戴好 耳机后，音量适中；不要抢答，及时 修正。计算机会按照读正确的那一遍 来打分。但同时提醒，不要重复修正， 那样会在流利性上失分。

首先让学生了解人机对话考试到底是
怎么回事，熟悉和掌握考试流程，严 肃认真参加考试，按计算机提示进行 操作，消除学生考前的紧张情绪和恐 惧心理。
2、考试是统一开始，统一结束，所有 考生的答题时间和步骤都是一致的， 不能越题答，更不能提前答。比如给 15秒答题，你只花了5秒，此时也需 要等15秒答题时间结束才能进入下一 题。所以，考生不用着急作答。
3、口语部分的答题需要考生十分注意
听语音提示，不要抢答。听到“开始录 音”的提示，等“嘀”声开始后开始答题， 此时录音设备才会将考生的答题内容 录制下来。千万不能抢答， 否则就会 出现漏录，影响了考生完整性得分。
