英语演讲稿范文1
Ive seen some people, who many would consider to “have it
all” end their life because they thought they were not good enough.
A thought, a belief within them told them they were not
worthy.
These people that many were jealous of, many envious of,
were not good enough.
You must value yourself enough, to take the time EVERY
SINGLE DAY to work on you. To engage in something, that will
ensure you are a positive influence on the world.
This of course doesnt mean life will suddenly be perfect. The
same life-challenges will show up, but if your mind is strong, if you
mind is at peace, your REACTION to the challenging times will be
very different.Your reaction will be HOW CAN I MAKE THIS WORK,
not why is this happening to me
英语演讲稿范文2
And then others will look to you, not with pity but with HOPE,
because your strength will become their HOPE, their strength.
You really can be that powerful.
You can ditch the victim story, you can leave the pain behind
and FOCUS on how you will react next. How you will react
positively.
Read. Read all you can read to get your mind in a positive
place.
Take steps to ensure you will be in a better position next time
– whatever pain you are suffering – how can you ensure it wont
show again – Take little steps… and soon you will be at the top of
the stair case.
Dont give up
You are worthy
You are more than worthy!
You deserve to experience how great life can be – and you owe
it to the world to be that positive change for others. To inspire
others – who will look to you and say – he did it, she did it, and I can
do it too.
Dont give up. You are worthy. You are MORE than worthy!
英语演讲稿范文3
Im not afraid to take a stand
Everybody come take my hand
Well walk this road together, through the storm
Whatever weather, cold or warm
Just to let you know that, youre not alone
Holla if you feel that youve been down the same roadYeah, Its
been a ride…
I guess i had to go to that place to get to this one
Now some of you might still be in that place
If youre trying to get out, just follow me
Ill get you out…You can try and read my lyrics off of this paper
before I lay em
But you wont take the sting out these words before I say em
Cause aint no way Im let you stop me from causing mayhem
When I say em or do something I do it, I dont give a damn
What you think, Im doing this for me, so fuсk the world
Feed it beans, its gassed up, if a things stopping me
Imma be what I set out to be, without a doubt undoubtedly
And all those who look down on me Im tearing down your
balcony
No if ands or buts dont try to ask him why or how can he
From Infinite down to the last Relapse album hes still shit and
Whether hes on salary, paid hourly
Until he bows out or he shits his bowels out of him
Whichever comes first, for better or worse
Hes married to the game, like a fuсk you for christmas

i will do everything i can to be worthy of your faith and trust and to honor the powerful example of senator daniel patrick moynihan. i would like all of you and the countless new yorkers and americans watching to join me in honoring him for his incredible half century of service to new york and our nation. senator moynihan, on behalf of new york and america, thank you.i promise you tonight that i will reach across party lines to bring progress for all of new york's families. today we voted as democrats and republicans. tomorrow we begin again as new yorkers.and how fortunate we are indeed to live in the most diverse, dynamic and beautiful state in the entire union. you know, from the south bronx to the southern tier, from brooklyn to buffalo, from montauk to massena, from the world's tallest skyscrapers to breathtaking mountain ranges, i've met people whose faces and stories i will never forget. thousands of new yorkers from all 62 counties welcomed to me into your schools, your local diners, your factory floors, your living rooms and front porches. you taught me, you tested me and you shared with me your challenges and concerns - about overcrowded or crumbling schools, about the struggle to care for growing children and aging parents, about the continuing challenge of providing equal opportunity for all and about children moving away from their home towns because good jobs are so hard to find in upstate new york. now i've worked on issues like these for a long time, some of them for 30 years, and i am determined to make a difference for all of you.you see, i believe our nation owes every responsible citizen and every responsible family the tools that they need to make the most of their own lives. that's the basic bargain. i'll do my best to honor in the united states senate.and to those of you who did not support me, i want you to know that i will work in the senate for you and for all new yorkers. and to those of you who worked so hard and never lost faith even in the toughest times, i offer you my undying gratitude.中学生英语课前2分钟演讲稿篇4you know, you know, we started this great effort on a sunny july morning in pinders corner on pat and liz moynihan's beautiful farm and 62 counties, 16 months, 3 debates, 2 opponents, and 6 black pantsuits later, because of you, here we are.you came out and said that issues and ideals matter, jobs matter, downstate and upstate, health care matters, education matters, the environment matters, social security matters, a woman's right to choose matters. it all matters and i just want to say from the bottom of my heart, thank you, new york!thank you for opening up your minds and your hearts, for seeing the possibility of what we could do together for our children and for our future here in this state and in our nation. i am profoundly grateful to all of you for giving me the chance to serve you.i will - Life isn’t about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin. In fact it’s not about if you have lots of friends or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn’t about that. But life is about whom you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness and compa ssion. It’s about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance and building confidence. It’s about what you say and what you mean. It’s about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. And we should always remember to be ourselves. Other might have things that we desire but being what we really are is the only trail leading to the true colors of life. Most of all, it’s about choosing to use your life to touch someone else’s in a way that could have never been achieved otherwise. The paradox of our time in history is that we have taller buildings but shorter tempers; we buy more but enjoy them less. We’ve learnt how to make a living but not a life, we’ve added years to life, but not life to years. And it is time for us to choose whether to make a difference in our life. And these choices are what life is about.中学生英语课前2分钟演讲稿篇7Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one so that when we finally meet the rightperson, we will know how to be grateful for that gift.Yes, my dream. to give my famliy a warm, give my friend happy. Yes, my dream. The podium from the first station began his love this place, started from the first published an article looking forward to the world of words, decided to stay here from the beginning, stick to bottom of my heart desire.Years in our faces no matter how many additional traces, no matter how much things to us across the chest wounds, as long as we have the right to breathe, to have a passion for remodeling dreams! Oxygen to survive as long as we have to have the courage to create a passion!Choose to continue, select the value, select the achievements of the passion of life, the brave hearts of the initial dream of success!中学生英语课前2分钟演讲稿篇8different people have different ideas about success; cause people's hopes and ideas vary from one another. but i am sure every success is dear to everybody, cause it is not easy to come by, cause in the process of our striving for success, we got both our body and soul tempted, meanwhile we are enlightened by the most valuable qualities of human beings: love, patient, courage and sense of responsibility. these are the best treasures. so now i am very proud that i have this opportunity to stand here speaking to all of you. it is my success, cause i raise up to challenge my hope.what is success? everyone has his own interpretation as i do. but i am sure every success leads to an ever-brighter future. so ladies and gentlemen, believe in our hopes, believe in ourselves, we, every one of us, can make a successful life!wish you all good success!中学生英语课前2分钟演讲稿篇9Why does football get people into a frenzy?Who is your idol? It may be Napoleon, Picasso, or Michael Jackson. But who is my idol? Can you guess? It is Ronaldo. He is the No. 1 super star of football.Football is a game in which 22 people chase one ball around a large field. The aim of the game is to get the ball into the net to score. After all, it’s such an easy game, and yet people go crazy mad over it. The answer lies in two facts. One is the game itself. Sometimes it is beyond any description. Football is a game of passes and techniques, passion and love, more importantly, unity is the key---the whole team working as one, united they will never be defeated. The European’s style. of play is like a Waltz, the Brazilian like a Samba, and the passionate Argentineans play as if they are doing a Tango. Football is so unpredictable, so unbelievable. You will never know who will win until the last minute. Especially when suddenly there is a goal, the fans who have been sitting on the edge of their seats, will be wild with joy and excitement; and the losers with disappointed hearts will despair over their teams. The other is of course the super stars. Each one has his own personality, just like my idol Ronaldo. When he smiles, we all smile with him. Who can forget that buck-toothed smile, or that unique hairstyle. during the 20xx World Cup. Ronaldo was born to a poor family. He has set an example to children who can’t afford a pair of shoes, but have talent and a passion for football. He gives them confidence and hope of a better future.Football is the game that wins everyone’s heart and the best game ever invented.

1Sometimes it takes things falling apart, for better things to fall into place. Sometimes it takes the most uncomfortable path, to lead your life to the most beautiful place. There's gonna be bad days, there's gonna be dark days, but you've gotta embrace it.Because that pain is what makes you stronger. Failure is what makes you stronger. You have to accept those down times, because once you realize those down times, are just as much part of life as anything else, you're able to strive again. You'll never see the purpose of the storm, until you see the growth it produced. You'll never understand why you went through what you went through, until you see the strength, the power, the resilience that it built inside of you. Ask yourself why.But this why is a better why, "Why am I doing this? Why am I failing? Why am I even getting myself in a situation where I could fail? Because I have a dream. Because I have goals."中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇2Let me say that again. The reason anyone gets depressed always comes down to the CONSISTENT thoughts we think, and the CONSISTENT beliefs we hold.If I believe I am fat, horrible, ugly and unworthy of love, I will most likely become depressed or have depression thoughts If my thought process is “I must be in a relationship and earn X amount to be happy” I might get depression if I don’t achieve those goals. The point here is that anyone that is depressed, is so, because there is an external factor that didn’t materialize in their life –i.e…. (They have lost something outside of the ir control, or don’t have something that is out of their control) the most common reasons for depression are : a lost a job, relationship break downs or non existence, body image, comparison to others. The only way out of this is to work on yourself, every day.In school we are taught how to get a job, but no one teaches us how to live in a state of happiness. No one teaches us how important our conscious and unconscious thoughts and associations are.Is our happiness not worth more than a job?Yes it is.And before you say, happiness won’t pay my bills –happiness WILL pay your bills, when you realize you will be 10 times more energized, focused and take positive action in your life, when you FIRST choose to develop yourself as a priority, and THEN get to all the “stuff” of the world.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇3I want you to know that, no matter where you are in life… No matter how low you have sunk… No matter how bleak your situation… This is NOT THE END.This is not the end of your storyThis is not the final chapter of your life.I know it may be hard right nowBut if you just hang in thereStick it outStay with me for a little while…You will find, that this tough moment will pass, and, if you are committed to USING this pain, using it to build your character, finding a greater MEANING for the pain, you will find that, in time, you can turn your life around, and help others going through the same struggles.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇4The world right now is in the middle of a mental health crisis. It’s estimated almost h alf the population suffers from depression at some stage throughout their life.Rather than join the cue, it’s important we it’s learn why we get down, and then how we can change it, because believe it or not, we create our own negative feelings and we can also ensure that we turn our lives around and be a positive change for others. The reason anyone gets depressed always comes down to the CONSISTENT thoughts we think, and the CONSISTENT beliefs we hold.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇5the more you're thinking back to those original goals, the easier it is for you to get back up and say, "Alright, it might be difficult, it might be painful, it might be stressful, there might be no people that believe in me, but I believe in myself."You know it might have been the case that you should have gone through that harsh break up, that you should have gone through that heavy loss, just in order to find something even better. But the only way to get to that even better, is to get back up and work. To get back up and put yourself out there again. And arise from that again, stronger, better, smarter, ready to grasp that new opportunity. You gotta believe the tables in your life will turn. That pain will become power, that weakness will become strength, and thatconfusion will become peace. Better things are coming for your life.Everyday is a new beginning. It's time for you to start treating it that way.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇6Let me conclude with this. I’m not going to moralize about to whom much is given, much is expected, because most of you have made of yourself much more than what you’ve been given. But now you are in a privileged position. You’re part of an exceptional generation and doors will open to you that will not open to others. My Yale Law School grad son graduated very well from Yale Law School. My other son out of loyalty to his deceased mother decided to go to Syracuse Law School from Penn. They're a year and a day apart in their age. The one who graduated from Yale had doors open to him, the lowest salary offered back in the early ‘90s was $50,000 more than a federal judge made. My other son, it was a struggle -- equally as bright, went on to be elected one of the youngest attorney generals in the history of the state of Delaware, the most popular public official in my state. Big headline after the 20xx election, “Biden Most Popular Man in Delaware -- Beau.” (Laughter.)And as your parents will understand, my dad’s definition of success is when you look at your son and daughter and realize they turned out better than you, and they did. But you’ll have opportunities. Make the most of them and follow your heart. You have the intellectual horsepower to make things better in the world around you. You’re also part of the most tolerant generation in history.I got roundly criticized because I could not remain quiet anymore about gay marriage. The one thing I was certain of is all of yourgeneration was way beyond that point. (Applause.)中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇7finally, when leaders wrap themselves in the flag, or the national anthem, and try to make you think that critics of your government don’t love and respect our country, real patriotism isn’t about honoring symbols. Real patriotism is about bringing truth to light, and when action is required, standing up and taking action. In other words, real patriotism is about taking pains. So if you remember nothing else from today, remember that phrase. Or, to make it even simpler, just remember: T-Pain.Graduates, as you leave this great university, I hope you will take the pains that are necessary to preserve and extend our democracy. Take pains to understand the other side. Take pains to expose lies. Take pains to reject scapegoating and xenophobia. Take pains not to fall for easy answers. And take pains to hold our leaders accountable for their words and their deeds. If you do that, I have no doubt that truth – and America – will prevail. And my generation will be able to say, as we pass the leadership torch to yours, the same words that Washington spoke with his last breath: ‘Tis well.So tonight, have one last drink, maybe at T’s, dance to your own beat or to the beat of Ninja Turtle Backpack Guy, and tomorrow, get to work. The world needs you more than ever.Congratulations, and good luck.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇8All across America – at family gatherings, in social settings and workplaces, on college campuses, and certainly on social media, Americans are losing the ability to conduct civil and productive dialogue with those who hold different political views. And that has profound effect…profou nd implications for our ability to function as a society. After all, when you can’t talk with one another, you can’t understand one another. When we can’t understand one another, we can’t work together. When we can’t work together, we can’t do anything, at least not anything big and important. We face a lot of hard challenges in America today –from climate change to gun violence, to failing schools to the opioid epidemic, and on campuses, from the frightening trend towards racism, sexism, hatred, anti-Semitism and intolerance of unpopular views and opinions. To have any hope of overcoming these challenges, we have to start by reclaiming our civic dialogue from those who are debasing and degrading it –and preventing us from getting things done. All of you can help do that – no matter what your politics are and no matter what line of work you pursue later on. Maybe your passion is science or education, or the arts or education, or medicine or health care, or business. There is not a single issue that isn’t af fected by political debates. And there is not a single issue that isn’t threatened by the breakdown in our civic discourse.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇9And then others will look to you, not with pity but with HOPE, because your strength will become their HOPE, their strength. You really can be that powerful. You can ditch the victim story, you can leave the pain behind and FOCUS on how you will react next. How you will react positively.Read. Read all you can read to get your mind in a positiveplace.Take steps to ensure you will be in a better position next time – whatever pain you are suffering –how can you ensure it won’t show again –Take little steps… and soon you will be at the top of the stair case.Don’t give upYou are worthyYou are more than worthy! You deserve to experience how great life can be – and you owe it to the world to be that positive change for others. T o inspire others – who will look to you and say – he did it, she did it, and I can do it too.Don't give up. You are worthy. You are MORE than worthy! 中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇10In all seriousness, the board back then made an inspiring decision to choose Washington. And anyone who thinks this school is in D.C. or near Seattle clearly hasn’t been paying attention. It seems fitting that an institution named for Washington has played such an important role in presidential elections in recent decades. WashU has hosted a number of nationally televised debates, including the last one you saw in 20xx.Hosting a presidential debate is an experience that few s chools or students get. But I can’t stand here and tell you it provided a great civics lesson. I wish I could.Instead of focusing on the critical issues facing the country, that debate was more about locker room talk and ‘lock her up.’ Lincoln-Douglas, I think it’s fair to say, it was not.And that brings me to the topic du jour. It would be easy to blame the candidates or the moderators for the poor quality ofthat debate. But the problem runs much deeper.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇11In ancient Greece, these were called Sophists –and they would have loved Twitter and Facebook.Social media has given rise to a new golden age of sophistry –aided and abetted by blind partisanship. The only way to overcome it – the only way to lift our national discourse out of the gutter –is to heed Washington’s words and take pains to bring truth to light. Those pains are the burden of citizenship in a democracy. And a great education does not relieve them. It intensifies them. This is especially true, I believe, for graduates of a university bearing the name Washington.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇12On the other hand, my other son, Hunter, who heads the World Food Program USA, graduated from Yale Law School. (Applause.) Now, he thought it’s a great idea. But then again, law graduates always think all of their ideas are great ideas. (Laughter.)By the way, I’ve had a lot of law graduates from Yale work for me. That's not too far from the truth. But anyway, look, the truth of the matter is that I have a lot of staff that are Yale graduates, several are with me today. They thought it was a great idea that I speak here.As a matter of fact, my former national security advisor, Jake Sullivan, who is teaching here at Yale Law School, trained in international relations at Yale College, edited the Yale Daily News, and graduated from Harvard -- excuse me, Freudian slip -- Yale Law School. (Laughter.) You’re lucky to have him. He’s a brilliant and decent and honorable man. And I miss him. And wemiss him as my national security advisor. But he’s not the only one. My deputy national security advisor, Jeff Prescott, started and ran the China Law Center at Yale Law School. My Middle East policy advisor and foreign policy speechwriter, Dan Benaim, who is with me, took Daily Themes -— got a B. (Laughter.) Now you know why I go off script so much. (Laughter and applause.)中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇13Now, look, I realize no one ever doubts I mean what I say, the problem occasionally is I say all that I mean. (Laughter.) I have a bad reputation for being straight. Sometimes an inappropriate times. (Laughter.) So here it goes. Let’s get a couple things straight right off the bat: Corvettes are better than Porsches; they're quicker and they corner as well. (Laughter and applause.) And sorry, guys, a cappella is not better than rock and roll. (Laughter and applause.) And your pundits are better than Washington pundits, although I’ve noticed neither has any shame at all. (Laughter and applause.) And all roads lead to Toads? Give me a break. (Laughter and applause.) You ever tried it on Monday night? (Laughter.) Look, it’s tough to end a great men’s basketball and football season. One touchdown away from beating Harvard this year for the first time since 20xx -— so close to something you’ve wanted for eight years. I can only imagine how you feel. (Laughter.) I can only imagine. (Applause.) So close. So close. But I got to be honest with you, when the invitation came, I was flattered, but it caused a little bit of a problem in my extended family. It forced me to face some hard truths. My son, Beau, the attorney general of Delaware, my daughter, Ashley Biden, runs a nonprofit for criminal justice in the state, they bothwent to Penn. My two nieces graduated from Harvard, one an all-American. All of them think my being here was a very bad idea. (Laughter.)中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇14It means you’re willing to look foolish, you’re willing to run the risk of looking foolish in the service of what matters to you. And if you remember that, because some of the things your heart will tell you to do, will make you among your peers look foolish, or not smart, or not sophisticated. But we’ll all be better for people of your consequence to do it.That’s what I want you to most remember. Not who spoke at the day you all assembled on this mall. You’re a remarkable class. I sure don't remember who the hell was my commencement speaker. (Laughter.) I know this is not officially commencement. But ask your parents when you leave here, who spoke at your commencement? It’s a commencement speaker aversion of a co mmencement speaker’s fate to be forgotten. The question is only how quickly. But you’re the best in your generation. And that is not hyperbole. And you're part of a remarkable generation.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇15I’m so happy to be here on your day and all of y our day. It’s good to know there’s one Yalie who is happy I’m being here -- be here, at least one. (Laughter.) On “Overheard at Yale,” on the Facebook page, one student reported another student saying: I had a dream that I was Vice President and was with the President, and we did the disco funk dance to convince the Congress to restart the government. (Laughter.)Another student commented, Y’all know Biden would be hilarious, get funky. (Laughter.)Well, my granddaughter, Finnegan Biden, whose dad went here, is with me today. When she saw that on the speech, I was on the plane, Air Force Two coming up, she said, Pop, it would take a lot more than you and the President doing the disco funk dance. The Tea Party doesn't even know what it is. (Laughter.) Look, I don't know about that. But I’m just glad there’s someone -- just someone -- who dreams of being Vice President. (Laughter and applause.) Just somebody. I never had that dream. (Laughter.) For the press out there, that's a joke.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇16You have earned the endorsement of those who have come before you and we expect that you will honor the legacy of improving the world by your contributions in [the] years to come. And while it may not be easy to determine your passion or decipher your purpose, we will always be here to support you as you navigate this experience we call ‘life’.We will always be here not just to tell you, but to show you that the only way around adversity isn not around it at all; it is straight through it.So, expect adversity – expect adversity, excuse me. It’s about being engaged. It’s about being there for a friend or a colleague when they're injured or in an accident, remembering the birthdays, congratulating them on their marriage, celebrating the birth of their child. It’s about being available to them when they're going through personal loss. It’s about loving someone more than yourself, as one of your speakers have already mentioned. It all seems to get down to being personal. That's the stuff that fosters relationships. It’s the only way to breed trust in everything you do in your life.Let me give you an example. After only four months in the United States Senate, as a 30-year-old kid, I was walking through the Senate floor to go to a meeting with Majority Leader Mike Mansfield. And I witnessed another newly elected senator, the extremely conservative Jesse Helms, excoriating Ted Kennedy and Bob Dole for promoting the precursor of the Americans with Disabilities Act. But I had to see the Leader, so I kept walking.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇18I felt like a fool. He then went on to say, Joe, it’s always appropriate to question another man’s judgment, but never appropriate to question his motives because you simply don't know his motives. It happened early in my career fortunately. From that moment on, I tried to look past the caricatures of my colleagues and try to see the whole person. Never once have I questionedanother man’s or woman’s motive. And somet hing started to change. If you notice, every time there’s a crisis in the Congress the last eight years, I get sent to the Hill to deal with it. It’s because every one of those men and women up there -- whether they like me or not -- know that I don't judge them for what I think they're thinking.Because when you question a man’s motive, when you say they're acting out of greed, they're in the pocket of an interest group, et cetera, it’s awful hard to reach consensus. It’s awful hard having to reach across the table and shake hands. No matter how bitterly you disagree, though, it is always possible if you question judgment and not motive.Senator Helms and I continued to have profound political differences, but early on we both became the most powerful members of the Senate running the Foreign Relations Committee, as Chairmen and Ranking Members. But something happened, the mutual defensiveness began to dissipate. And as a result, we began to be able to work together in the interests of the country. And as Chairman and Ranking Member, we passed some of the most significant legislation passed in the last 40 years.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇19The second thing I’ve noticed is that although you know no one is better than you, every other persons is equal to you and deserves to be treated with dignity and respect.I’ve worked with eight Presidents, hundreds of Senators. I’ve met every major world leader literally in the last 40 years. And I’ve had scores of talented people work for me. And here’s what I’ve observed: Regardl ess of their academic or social backgrounds, those who had the most success and who were most respected and therefore able to get the most done werethe ones who never confused academic credentials and societal sophistication with gravitas and judgment.Do n’t forget about what doesn’t come from this prestigious diploma -- the heart to know what’s meaningful and what’s ephemeral; and the head to know the difference between knowledge and judgment. But even if you get these things right, I’ve observed that most people who are successful and happy remembered a third thing: Reality has a way of intruding.I got elected in a very improbable year. Richard Nixon won my state overwhelmingly. George McGovern was at the top of the ticket. I got elected as the second-youngest man in the history of the United States to be elected, the stuff that provides and fuels raw ambition. And if you’re not careful, it fuels a sense of inevitability that seeps in. But be careful. Things can change in a heartbeat. I know. And so do many of your parents.Six weeks after my election, my whole world was altered forever. While I was in Washington hiring staff, I got a phone call. My wife and three children were Christmas shopping, a tractor trailer broadsided them and killed my wife and killed my daughter. And they weren’t sure that my sons would live. Many people have gone through things like that. But because I had the incredible good fortune of an extended family, grounded in love and loyalty, imbued with a sense of obligation imparted to each of us, I not only got help. But by focusing on my sons, I found my redemption.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇20ou know what I do have: two hands and two feet. I looked at that moment and realized I may not have my mother ever again, but I had these resources. I had myself and I could go forward.中学生出色两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇21In sports, we call for “fresh legs” when our health is on the decline, when our bodies are met with dis-ease, or when veteran players get sick or tired. 中学生英语演讲稿2分钟文稿(精选12篇)
中学生英语演讲稿2分钟文稿(精选12篇)中学生英语2分钟文稿篇1“Once upon a time, there was a king who had a daughter as beautiful as a blooming rose. T o all the suitors who came to the king's palace to ask for the hand of the princess, the old king assigned three tasks to be accomplished, each next to impossible. One day, into the king's palace came a handsome young prince…" Well, you know the rest. The three tasks may be different in different versions, but the main plot is always the same, with the prince claiming the princess's hand triumphantly. And the ending is always the same, finishing with the line "And they live happily every after."Why aren't we tired of something so fanciful, so unrealistic, and, I would say, so unimaginative? How can a story like that endure generations of repetition`? Because, I think, it is a typical success story. It is highly philosophical and symbolic. By implication, we see a 4-step definition of success: 1 ) a goal to be set. as represented by the beautiful princess; 2 ) challenges to be met, as represented by the three tasks; 3 ) the process of surmounting difficulties, as represented by the ordeals the youth goes through; and 4 ) the reward of success, as represented by the happy marriage. The story not only caters to everyone's inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the process and the result. The reward of success will be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. If a person inherits his father's millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. The term"success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. But as I understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. To clarify my view, let me give another analogy.中学生英语演讲稿2分钟文稿篇2If we changed the rules of football, greatly enlarged the goal and sent away David Seaman or any other goal keeper, so that another David, namely David Beckham, could score easily, then scoring would not give him the thrill of accomplishment and the joy that it brings. If we further changed the rules by not allowing Arsenal's defenders to defend, so that Beckham needed only to lift a finger, actually a toe, to score, then there would be no game at all, because the meaning of winning would have disappeared. In accepting the challenge, in surmounting the difficulties and in enduring the hardship, success acquires its value. The sense of attainment varies in proportion to the degree of difficulties on overcomes. The concept of success is not constant but relative because the nature of difficulty is also relative. Something you do effortlessly might pose a great difficulty for a handicapped person. In acquiring the ability to do the same as you can, he or she achieve success. That's why we greatly admire Stephen Hawking, because, though confined to a wheel chair, he has contributed greatly to the field of science.I myself, a rather shy person by nature who easily suffer from stage fright, had to pluck up great courage to take part in a speech contest like this. I could have stayed away and had an easy time of it by not entering the university level contest. But I chose to accept the challenge and to face the difficulties. Now here I am. If I come out first, it will be a great success for me. If Icome out last-I hope this will not be the case-but if I come out last, I will not call my attempt a failure, but will also celebrate it as a true success, because part of my goal is my own character training-to do more assertive, to be brave in face of difficulties. For me, it is a meaningful step forward, small as it is, in the long journey toward the final success in my life, because I have truly gained by participating.Let us return to our handsome young prince and the 4-step definition of success. You my have noticed that the usual worldly criteria of wealth, position and fame were not mentioned as part of the story, but rather, it emphasized the process of overcoming difficulties. The ancient wisdom had already defined the meaning of success, and this is my definition, too.中学生英语演讲稿2分钟文稿篇3she kindled a third match. again shot up the flame; and now she was sitting under a most beautiful christmas tree ,far larger, and far more prettily decked out, than the one she had seen last christmas eve through the glass doors of the rich merchant's house. hundreds of wax-tapers lighted up the green branches, and tiny painted figures, such as she had seen in the shop-windows, looked down from the tree upon her. the child stretched out her hands towards them in delight, and in that moment the lights of the match warm quenched; still, however, the christmas candles burned higher and higher, she beheld them beaming like stars in heaven; one of them fell, the lights streaming behind it like a long, fiery tail.“now some one is dying,” said the little girl, softly, for she had been told by her old grandmother, the only person who had ever been kind to her, and who was now dead that whenever a star falls an immortal spirit returns to the god who gave it.she struck yet another match against the wall; it flamed up, and surrounded by its light, appeared before her that same dear grandmother, gentle and loving as always, but bright and happy as she had never looked during her lifetime.中学生英语演讲稿2分钟文稿篇4Today smoking is a widespread habit ali over the world. Different people have different opinions. Somethink yes, while others hold the opposite. It is true that with enough money one can buy all the things one wants, andlive a life of comfort and security. However, it is equally true that lack ofmoney causes great distress. It is a common view that "money is the root of allevil." The pursuit of money drives many people to cheat and steal. In someplaces there is nothing that cannot be bought with money, resulting in corruptsocieties where everybody is miserable. So, money does not necessarily mean happiness. It all depends on how it isused. 初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文(精选10篇)初中生两分钟英语篇1In a way, if you watch the movie, you’ll see everything I’m talking about today. You’ll see what I mean about taking risks or being willing to fail.Because taking a risk is not just about going for a job. It’s also about knowing what you know and what you don’t know. It’s about being open to people and ideas.Over the course of the film, the character I play begins to take risks. He slowly overcomes his fears, and ultimately his heart becomes flooded with love. And I can’t think of a better message as we send you off today. To not only take risks, but to be open to life.To accept new views and to be open to new opinions.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇2It’s estimate d almost half the population suffers from depression at some stage throughout their life. And before you say, happiness won’t pay my bills – happiness WILL pay your bills, when you realize you will be 10 times more energized, focused and take positive action in your life, when you FIRST choose to develop yourself as a priority, and THEN get to all the “stuff” of the world.Rather than join the cue, it’s important we it’s learn why we get down, and then how we can change it, because believe it or not, we create our own negative feelings and we can also ensure that we turn our lives around and be a positive change for others. The reason anyone gets depressed always comes down to the CONSISTENT thoughts we think, and the CONSISTENT beliefs we hold.Let me say that again. The reason anyone gets depressed always comes down to the CONSISTENT thoughts we think, and the CONSISTENT beliefs we hold.If I believe I am fat, horrible, ugly and unworthy of love, I will most likely become depressed or have depression thoughts If my thought process is “I must be in a relationship and earn X amount to be happy” I might get depression if I don’t achieve those goals.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇3To be willing to speak at commencement at one of the country’s best universities… even though you’re scared stiff. While it may be frightening, it will also be rewarding.Because the chances you take… the people you meet… the people you love...the faith that you have—that’s what’s going to define your life. So… members of the class of 20xx: Thi s is your mission:When you leave the friendly confines of West Philly: Never be discouraged. Never hold back. Give everything you’ve got.And when you fall throughout life—and maybe even tonight after a few too many glasses of champagne—fall forward.Congratulations, I love you, God bless you, I respect you.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇4I began at Fordham University as a pre-med student. That lasted until I took a course called “Cardiac Morphogenesis.”I couldn’t pronounce it… and I couldn’t pass it.Then I decided to go pre-law. Then journalism. With no academic focus, my grades took off in their own direction: down.My GPA was 1.8 one semester, and the university very politely suggested it might be better to take some time off.I was 20 years old, at my lowest point. And then one day—and I remember the exact day: March 27th, 1975—I was helping out in the beauty shop my mother owned in Mount Vernon. An older woman who belonged to my mother’s church, one of the elders of the town, was in there getting her hair done and kept giving me these strange looks. She finally took the drier off her head and said something to me I’ll never forget:“Young boy,” she said. “I have a spiritual prophecy: you are going to travel the world and speak to millions of people.”Like a wise-ass, I’m thinking to myself: “Does she got anything in that crystal ball about me getting back to college in the fall?”But maybe she was on to something. Because later that summer, while working as a counselor at a YMCA camp in Connecticut, we put on a talent show for the campers.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇5The Middle East needs your help. Japan needs your help. Alabama and Tennessee need your help. Louisiana needs your help. Philadelphia needs your help. The world needs a lot—and we need it from you, the young people. So get out there. Give it everything you’ve got—whether it’s your time, your talent, your prayers, or your treasure.Because remember this: You’ll never see a U-haul behind ahearse. You can’t take it with you. The Ancient Egyptians tried it—and all they got was robbed! So what are you going to do with what you have? And I’m not talking how much you have. Some of you are business majors. Some of you are theologians, nurses, sociologists. Some of you have money. Some of you have patience. Some have kindness. Some have love. Some of you have the gift of long-suffering.Whatever it is… what are you going to do with what you have? Now here’s my last point about failure:Sometimes it’s the best way to figure out where you’re going.Your life will never be a straight path.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇6After the show, another counselor came up to me and asked: “Have you ever thought of acting? You should. You’re good at that.”When I got back to Fordham that fall I changed my major once again —for the last time. And in the years that followed—just as that woman getting her hair done predicted—I have traveled the world and I have spoken to millions of people through my movies.Millions who—up ‘till today—I couldn’t see while I was talking to them. But I do see you today. And I’m encouraged by what I see. I’m strengthened by what I see. I love what I see.Let me conclude with one final point. Many years ago I did this movie called Philadelphia. We actually filmed some scenes right here on campus.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇7The point here is that anyone that is depressed, is so, because there is an external factor that didn’t materialize in their life –i.e…. (They have lost something outside of their control, or don’t have something that is out of their control) the most common reasons for depression are : a lost a job, relationship break downs or non existence, body image, comparison to others. The only way out of this is to work on yourself, every day.In school we are taught how to get a job, but no one teaches us how to live in a state of happiness. No one teaches us how important our conscious and unconscious thoughts and associations are.Is our happiness not worth more than a job?Yes it is.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇8Philadelphia came out in 1993, when most of you were probably still crawling around in diapers. Some of the professors, too.But it’s a good movie. Rent it on Netflix. I get 23 cents every time you do. Tell your friends, too! It’s about a man, played by T om Hanks, who’s fired from his law firm because he has AIDS.He wants to sue the firm, but no one’s willing to represent him until a homophobic, ambulance-chasing lawyer—played by yours truly—takes on the case.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇9I’ve seen some people, who many would consider to “have it all” end their life because they thought they wer e not good enough.A thought, a belief within them told them they were notworthy. These people that many were jealous of, many envious of, were not good enough. You must value yourself enough, to take the time EVERY SINGLE DAY to work on you. To engage in something, that will ensure you are a positive influence on the world. This of course doesn’t mean life will suddenly be perfect. The same life-challenges will show up, but if your mind is strong, if you mind is at peace, your REACTION to the challenging times will be very different.Your reaction will be HOW CAN I MAKE THIS WORK, not ‘why is this happening to me.初中生两分钟英语演讲稿范文篇10I want you to know that, no matter where you are in life… No matter how low you have sunk… No matter how bleak your situation… T his is NOT THE END.This is not the end of your storyThis is not the final chapter of your life.I know it may be hard right nowBut if you just hang in thereStick it outStay with me for a little while…You will find, that this tough moment will pass, and, if you are committed to USING this pain, using it to build your character, finding a greater MEANING for the pain, you will find that, in time, you can turn your life around, and help others going through the same struggles. The world right now is in the middle of a mental health crisis.。
初中生两分钟英语演讲(精选22篇)
初中生两分钟英语演讲(精选22篇)初中生两分钟英语演讲篇1feeling of youthno young man believes he shall ever die. it was a saying of my brother's, and a fine one. there is a feeling of eternity in youth, which makes us amend for everything. to be young is to be as one of the immortal gods. one half of time indeed is flown-the other half remains in store for us with all its countletreasures; for there is no line drawn, and we see no limit to our hopes and wishes. we make the coming age our own-the vast, the unbounded prospect lies before us.death. old age. are words without a meaning. that paby us like the idea air which we regard not. others may have undergone, or may still be liable to them-we "bear a charmed life“, which laughs to scorn all such sickly fancies. as in setting out on delightful journey, we strain our eager gaze forward- bidding the lovely scenes at distance hail!初中生两分钟英语演讲篇2youth is not a time of life, it is a state of mind it is not rosy cheeks , red lips and supple knees, it is a matter of the emotions : it is the freshness ; it is the freshness of the deep springs of life .youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity of the appetite , for adventure over the love of ease. this often existsin a man of 60 more than a boy of 20 . nobody grows old merely by a number of years . we grow old by deserting our ideals.years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul .worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being …s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what‟s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there‟s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.thank you!初中生两分钟英语演讲篇3It's something we overcome. But what if we looked at fear in a fresh way? What if we thought of fear as an amazing act of the imagination, something that can be as profound and insightful as storytelling itself? It's easiest to see this link between fear and the imagination in young children, whose fears are often extraordinarily vivid. When I was a child, I lived in California, which is, you know, mostly a very nice place to live, but for me as a child, California could also be a little scary.I remember how frightening it was to see the chandelier that hung above our dining table swing back and forth during every minor earthquake, and I sometimes couldn't sleep at night, terrified that the Big One might strike while we were sleeping. And what we say about kids who have fears like that is that they have a vivid imagination. But at a certain point, most of us learn to leave these kinds of visions behind and grow up.We learn that there are no monsters hiding under the bed, and not every earthquake brings buildings down. But maybe it'sno coincidence that some of our most creative minds fail to leave these kinds of fears behind as adults.初中生两分钟英语演讲篇4Like a child endlessly asking, we humans, throughout history, have been continually demanding what we desire from nature. We enjoy the comfort and beauty of our furniture, yet we never bother to think about the serious soil erosion caused by deforestation. We take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural resources. We appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes. Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother earth. As we tragically learned from last summer's floods. we cannot continue our carelessness. Finally, standing here at the threshold of the 21st century, we cannot help thinking of our posterity. Nature is not only the mother of the present generation, but also the mother of the generations to come. How severely our descendents will criticize us if we leave them a barren and lifeless mother? How much more they will appreciate us if we give them a world of harmony to inherit? Let us start respecting and caring for nature from now on. Let us start the campaign of creating a mutually beneficial relationship between people and nature right from this moment. With this new start, I firmly believe, that our children, and our children's children will live in a brand new age of green trees, clean air, crystal water, blue sky and an even more promising world!初中生两分钟英语演讲篇5The environment of the world has been damaged by thehuman beings for so many years without much notice. In recent years, however, more and more nations have begun to preserve the environment as they have realized the importance of it.The nature has given us so much, but look at what we have done in return for its generosity.Thousands upon thousands of trees have been cut down, including some precious species. Numerous rivers and lakes have been drained only to set up modern buildings. Priceless wildlife has turned into delicious dishes on the table. The air is being befouled by the smoke from the chimneys of the plants...All this irritates the nature ,which results in the shortage of valuable resources, air pollution, countless acres of lands becoming deserts, etc.Fortunately, many countries have got to know the seriousness of the problem and take active measures to preserve the environment. We sincerely hope that all the peo;le in the world willtake part in the campaign and join hands to protect the nature.初中生两分钟英语演讲篇6学习如何说不我们都被教导说,我们应该要帮助别人。

We can also protect our natural resources by preserving forests, oceans, and wildlife habitats.Thirdly, we can promote sustainability in our communities by supporting local businesses and using eco-friendly products.
