Everyone believes that the earth is becoming _w_a_r_m__e_r. __H_u__m_a_n__a_c_ti_v_it_y_ has caused this global warming: human produces energy by burning f_o_s_s_il_f_u_e_ls___. During this process, greenhouse gases are produced. Greenhouse gases can trap _h_e_a_t_ from the sun and warm the earth which is called “greenhouse effect”. The attitudes of scientists towards global warming are _d__if_fe_r_e_n_t_ . On the one hand, it is a positive thing. On the other hand, if there are too many greenhouse gases, more heat will be trapped, causing global warming.

Researchers say these changes are having severe effects on animals such as penguins, seals and polar bears.
