随着社会的不断发展，英语越来越受重视，孩子从小学就开始学英语，而在小学英语教学中，
词汇教学是必不可少的一个重要环节。词汇是语言的基本材料，是语言的三大要素（语音、
词汇、语法）之一。无论从学校的英语教学，还是从生活实际的需要看，谁掌握的词汇越多，
谁运用英语的能力也就强，反过来促使人们更多更快地学会更丰富的词汇。
而学习英语最常遇到的问题，便是词汇不足和学习词汇时的痛苦。对于初学英语的小学生更
是如此。刚学英语，许多小学生就出现了今天学的东西明天就忘了的现象，进入五、六年级
英语的深入学习，学生碰到的单词越来越多，需要记忆拼写的东西也越多，不少学生感到记
忆起来困难，掌握其合法就更困难，以致出现“掉队”现象。绝大部分学生完成小学六年的英
语学习，脑袋中也装满了单词和短语，可惜不会灵活运用，无法说出一个完整的句子，学到
的仍然是"哑巴英语"。如何帮助学生在单位时间内最高效率地牢牢记住所学的词汇，只有解
决了效率的问题，才能既减轻学生的负担，又提高教学质量，我们要向时间要效率，而不是
用时间补效率，这是我们英语教师要致力研究的课题。因此，结合本校实际，我们本学期的
校本研修主题是“小学英语词汇教学研究”。
一、发现与分析问题
1、每位英语教师总结一下自己在进行英语词汇教学时发现了哪些问题；
2、以年级备课组为单位，归纳分析本年级英语组在利用进行英语词汇教学时出现了哪些问
题；
3、以英语教研组为单位，汇总我们在小学英语词汇教学中产生的较为普遍的问题，加以分
析。
二、研修原则
（一）自主性原则：以学生为主体，让每个学生自主参与词汇的认知、感受过程，教师给予
恰当的启发和指导。
（二）实践性原则：根据中段学生的认识规律和年龄特点，让他们在活动中多动手、多动脑
思考，多动口表达，在实践的基础上理解，开发学生的学习潜能。
（三）趣味性原则：以激发学生的学习、钻研的兴趣为着眼点，使学生喜欢词汇的积累学习，
乐意参与，达到寓教于乐目的。
（四）异步性原则：允许学生在起步上不同，效果有异，在发展上不受限制，做到有浅入深，
因材施教，个别指导。
（五）思考性原则：要让学生在学习的过程中以典型的作品为对象，学会一些基本的分析方
法，掌握基本的认识规律。教师在选择内容的时候需要在趣味性中兼顾启发性，使学生在学
习后有再思考的余地。
三、研修措施
（一）、探究有效的教学方法和科学的记忆策略。
词汇教学是由教师的“教”和学生的“学”两个部分组成的。教师作为教学活动的主导，时时要
以学生为主体，不仅要在课堂上引导学生高效率地开展词汇学习，课上和课下还要设计多种
形式的操练活动和记忆活动帮助学生有效地掌握并运用这些词汇，从而帮助他们提高语言学
习水平，养成良好的词汇学习习惯。
立足语言技能和文化意识等语言知识的积累，关注学生语言运用能力的发展过程及学习效
果，把学生的终身学习和发展作为战略目标，从而最终培养出综合语言运用能力和终身学习
能力的人才。同时，英语教师要熟练地掌握一定的语音、词汇和语法知识，要有过硬的听说
读写能力，还应具备教育学、心理学和教学法等多方面的知识。
（二）、根据儿童自身需要，激发浓厚的学习兴趣。
根据需要理论，儿童的心理需要主要由兴趣、成功、审美、创造性四要素构成。其中，兴趣
是影响学习自觉性和积极性的最直接因素。因此在教学单词时，要从教学实际出发，注意学
生的情感因素，运用学生乐于接受的教学形式，营造轻松愉快的学习气氛，激发学生的学习
兴趣，满足他们积极学习的心理需要。并提供科学的记忆方法，利用过程性评价和终结性评
价让学生体验记词的成功。
（三）、通过科学系统的教学方法，帮助学生轻松学习词汇。
三、研修方法：实验法、观察法、内省法、调查法、案例总结法。
四、预期价值：课题组抓住词汇教学的环节，运用多种教学手段，吸引学生，激活学生的兴
趣，让学生在快乐的心境中，积极主动地学习新知识。以学生的活动为载体，活化教材，以
动激思。让学生在课堂上充分地动起来，把静态的词、句、文变成学生的活动，激活语言习
得机制，在教学中努力做到“活”：把词语活化为话语；把教材内容活化为实际生活，活化为

五、研究时间安排
1．前期准备阶段：20xx年9月。组建学校研究小组，制订实验方案，做好人员分工，物资
准备等工作。组织课题组成成员学习讨论，统一认识，认真学习相关知识，积极进入角色。
组织专家论证、修改、完善方案。积极，稳妥做好研究前的准备工作。组织教师学习“新课
标”精神，研读有关英语词汇教学的材料，并撰写好学习心得。
2．中期实施阶段：20xx年10月至11月。启动研究，在专家指导下，制订阶段目标，有
