教材分析
本节课是第八单元第一课Roots & Shoots的第二课时，重点是课文内容的回顾与拓展及对文本语言、语法知识的学习。本课涉及的语法点是非谓语动词，要求学生区分以-ing结尾和以-ed结尾的动词在句中充当定语、状语、宾语补足语、表语的用法。
教学目标
在本课学习结束时，学生能够：
1. 在小组展示中口头介绍“根与芽”组织；
